We had dinner in the village of Altidona. In a small square, Amaca is located, a family-run restaurant where you can rediscover the flavors of the Marche region. On the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and hills, we sampled the tasting menu of local dishes, including Ascoli olives and cremini, local cured meats and cheeses, fried tagliatelle, and much more. The Barbula di Altidona wine was truly delicious and fragrant. Everything was delicious. The staff was courteous and welcoming.
