11/04/2026: ...not a very happy experience...paid a considerable amount for an entree that consisted of a mini dish with a breaded anchovy inside...a seared tuna, a paltry grill, with company-cafeteria-style baked potatoes...service needs reviewing. Disappointed.

13/06/2026: The pastry shop is open from 5 a.m. and offers excellent croissants. I haven't tried the pastries yet, but they'll surely be just as delicious. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and helpful.

09/06/2026: We stayed at Chalet Ciaschì in Grottammare and appreciated the choice between three different menus, catering to different tastes and needs.
The fish was fresh and well-cooked. The typical dish of cazzole and melecche was very good, definitely a specialty worth trying, although the portions seemed a bit limited.
The portions overall weren't particularly large, but they weren't small either: I'd say they were just the right amount. The service was courteous and there was no long wait.
The atmosphere is rather small and simple, but welcoming. Overall, a good experience for those looking for fresh fish and traditional local dishes.

21/05/2026: The young management is interesting and attentive. The staff is courteous, and the selection isn't huge, but it's thoughtful and varied. We went with our three-year-old daughter, who enjoyed everything we ordered and was treated with kindness and care. It's not always easy to find a welcoming atmosphere for little ones in dining establishments, especially in places that don't have a lot of space. The only downside, if I may say so, is that there are no tables inside, but since it's a more seasonal establishment, I imagine, that problem is self-evident. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area.
07/05/2026: We had dinner on a Saturday evening at this wonderful little place.
The restaurant is located in a small square near the tourist hub, but it's well-sheltered, giving diners privacy and a lovely atmosphere.
We had reservations for dinner with four friends.
Once we arrived, we enjoyed a fantastic steak tartare accompanied by a pickled vegetable salad that also included apple. Very good.
We then tried an excellent parmigiana and Ascoli olives.
All washed down with a bottle of Rosé.
For dessert, we were recommended a coconut and pistachio cheesecake.
I found both unique and delicious.
The owner accompanied us through dinner, explaining and recommending wines.
He also let me try the sailor's coffee.
You could see he puts passion and love into his work.
Good prices and very friendly staff.
We had a wonderful time.
I recommend it and will definitely return.
