I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Ancona

10/07/2025: Diciamo che, rispetto alle recensioni, mi ero creata un'aspettativa diversa... Il locale, effettivamente molto piccolo - per cui sicuramente è indispensabile la prenotazione - si trova in città, nella parte storica di Senigallia e mi par di capire che la gestione è affidata a poco personale, al fine di contenere i costi, ma sia in sala che in cucina si fanno in quattro per accogliere i clienti. Il menù, presentato su una simpatica lavagnetta, offre una scelta limitata (più ampia per gli antipasti, meno per i primi piatti). Il pesce è sicuramente ottimo, ma almeno una proposta di contorni ci vorrebbe e non abbiamo preso il dessert, in quanto era suggerita o una "sacher" o il "tiramisù", che personalmente trovo più adatti alla stagione invernale... Insomma, con qualche modesto aggiustamento si otterrebbe un risultato ancora più accattivante...

01/06/2025: Eccellente. Siamo stati a pranzo nel locale, abbiamo preso 2 antipasti (nota particolare sul "pane e sgombro"), 1 primo, 1 secondo, vino e dolce. Una piacevolissima sorpresa nel centro di Senigallia, materie prime ottime, lavorate in modo preciso e curato. Servizio rapido e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo senza esitazione.

11/07/2025: Consigliato da mia sorella,ieri sera abbiamo provato questo ristorante,una sola parola: divino. Consiglio a tutti di prendere come antipasto ( ma avviso che è come una droga) le crocchette di cacio e pepe,sono veramente divine. Per non parlare degli gnocchi ripieni,una squisitezza. Tutto veramente buonissimo,personale top... Che dire sbrigatevi a provarlo.

07/06/2025: A friend of ours had invited us to this beautiful restaurant last night. Since you can't get fish at Mercato Trattoria Pop and since, when we eat out in Senigallia, we actually always eat fish, we regularly looked at this restaurant from the outside, saw that it was always full, but we had never been there. We regret that now! It is quite a large restaurant, but because it is made up of several smaller rooms you don't notice it at all. It is modern and brightly decorated and partly because of the modern art on the wall and the colors chosen, there is a warm atmosphere. In summer, by the way, you can eat outside on the corner of the beautifully restored Piazza Garibaldi Caterina is the hostess and radiates hospitality and obvious pleasure in her work. Her husband runs the kitchen, and how! It is an open kitchen and that is always an extra challenge We sampled several entrees, vitello tonnato, melanzane alla parmiggiana, grilled peppers and a very special combo of elderberry blossoms fried in tempura batter, zucchini flowers and green asparagus. All equally delectable. Beautiful homemade bread to go with it. It was savoring! Then ravioli with a delicious filling and cannelloni. Also delicious. For main course there were spare ribs that were so tender you didn't need a knife, meatballs after Caterina's grandmother's recipe and, very special and delectable, lamb sweetbreads! Because everything was so delicious, we became curious about the desserts, and they turned out to be of the same high standard. We drank with the meal a delicious white house wine, which they have in half bottles (A Pecorino from Le Marche) Here we will come back very soon! Highly recommended!

29/07/2025: Sono stata con amici a pranzo. Ristorante sulla spiaggia con bellissima vetrata. Personale gentile e disponibile,soprattutto le ragazze. Consiglio sempre di chiedere se pesce fresco. Ho avuto un problema con una insalata con gamberetti (in salamoia) Tutto risolto velocemente dalla padrona di casa.

24/07/2025: Antipasto del giorno buono ma porzione minime, spigola con le patate molto buona ma anche in questo caso quantità molto scarsa. Diversi camerieri non professionali almeno 3 "arrivo subito" e mai più visti, distratti e non concentrati, servizio scarso per la location.

04/08/2025: When we're in Loreto, we can't miss this wonderful restaurant. Last night, we had our newborn grandson with us, and they welcomed us with great warmth, even with little Gabriele in a stroller. The staff was incredibly kind, the portions were generous and delicious; I had the unbeatable spaghetti allo scoglio. We recommend this restaurant to everyone; it's excellent value for money, cleanliness, and quality. The dessert was delicious.

29/07/2025: Beginning was light and crisp with Italian sparkling white, followed by starters made with attention and creativity. Main courses were hearty - full of flavour and aromas. Dessert sounded simple - mascarpone with wild berries. But it was an explosion of flavours and texture. Well.. don’t judge the book by its cover.. Nice wine pairing just rounded my great birthday evening. If you want to get food, don’t go there as this is the place to experience new or unusual flavours and enjoy the creativity of the chef.

11/07/2025: A truly positive experience. The new waiters need a little more training, but the experienced staff knows their stuff. The food is truly excellent, experimental and at times dreamlike; I think you can feel the influence of the great chef Uliassi. The wine list is very interesting. I recommend trying the tasting menus, which are truly delicious. Reservations are required, and you'll have to wait a bit for the courses, but it's worth it.

20/07/2025: Found on The Fork, this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was good and the prices reasonable. It also had a beautiful view of the Marche hills.

18/05/2025: Bellissima location! Personale cordiale e preparato. Menu semplice e davvero ben fatto. Ottimi strozzapreti e tagliata. Hanno anche una bella carta dei vini.

29/07/2025: A friend of mine and I went to dinner. The service was friendly, but the food was awful. We ordered a mixed grill and mutton, and both were stale. As soon as they put the plate in front of me, the smell of chicken that must have been in the fridge for at least three days arose. The only edible things were a sausage and a piece of pork. The result: the next day, we both had stomach upset. I'm just sorry I didn't say anything that night, but honestly, I'm going out to dinner to relax and didn't feel like arguing. But, beyond all that, if the meat smells cooked, is it possible they didn't smell it raw in the kitchen? So there are two possibilities: either everyone in the kitchen has a stuffy nose from a cold, or they were simply trying to. A gift of 60 euros and complimentary stomach cramps and diarrhea. Thank you!

26/07/2025: 20 minuti per ordinare.. Abbiamo ordinato una pizza fritta di antipasto e due pizze. Dopo molta attesa arrivano le pizze. Antipasto mai visto, pizze molto piccole. Servizio disorganizzato e lentissimo. 3 camerieri di cui una correva come una pazza, una portava solo bibite e uno prendeva solo ordinazioni. Ordinati 2 caffè, mai arrivati nemmeno quelli. Conto un po’ too much, 2 pizze e due birre 44 euro Ci sono posti migliori.

26/07/2025: Il locale è carino, ci sono tavoli sia fuori che dentro. La pizza nella media, sia come gusto che come prezzo. C’è però poca scelta. Il personale giovane e cortese. La nota dolente è la lunga attesa: 40 minuti per due pizze in un locale semi vuoto (solo due tavoli da servire prima del nostro) mi sembra un po’ troppo.
