I had the mixed fried fish and was served practically only calamari and shrimp nothing else. No sauce

The side dish is paid separately.
First time visited this restaurant and it will surely be the last. Too bad I made a trip from Locarno for nothing.

17/08/2025: We ate at this restaurant as a family. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the staff attentive and courteous, and the food was served quickly. The menu offers something for every taste (meat, fish, pasta, pizza, Mexican, and vegetarian). We enjoyed it so much we ate there again the next day.
Note: Avoid the restrooms in the basement (old and not very nice); use the new restroom instead.
14/08/2025: I absolutely can't understand the current rating of 3.8. The service was really great, and the food was delicious, too. If you come here on a Wednesday, which is market day in Luino, the restaurant is almost completely full – if there are any mistakes, I can understand that. But we were only there for lunch, not on a Wednesday, and everything was always perfect and nice and quiet!

11/06/2025: It was absolutely wonderful! We were surprised with 7(!) pizzas and other appetizers. The food was delicious, and the staff were truly accommodating! To finish off, we were treated to a lemon sorbet on the house and a whole(!) bottle of homemade limoncello. It was truly a fantastic experience! Thank you so much and highly recommended!
11/06/2025: We had dinner with 11 people; we got 7 pizzas and 3 mixed salads on the house! For dessert, we also had lemon sorbet and limincello with Mario. The very friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and the drinks were well-stocked.
We'll be back!

16/08/2025: What was planned as a drink turned into several beers and glasses of wine because it was so nice. There's no food available. We had a seat outside, overlooking the intersection. The IPA was outstanding. The wine and service were also good. In the end, the price was right, too.

20/07/2025: A RUDE, IGNORANT OWNER WHO MISTREATS EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS LOUDLY AND WITHOUT CARE ABOUT BEING OUT OF PLACE AND ANNOYING.
I stood up out of desperation, so as not to listen to a pompous person who acts as if the world wouldn't go on without him, when perhaps he should take a LONG vacation.
(To a therapist, perhaps.)
I feel sorry for the employees.
16/07/2025: The waiter was arrogant and rude. During our brief stay, he continually and unnecessarily insulted the non-Italian-speaking customers. We sat down and left after two minutes. I'm shocked by what I saw. Shame on you.
