26/12/2025: Everything was excellent, but it's a shame that some dishes were off-menu and weren't told about them. We only discovered them by looking at the neighboring tables, and we would have happily eaten them instead of the cold cuts.

10/12/2025: We dined in the restaurant...a very elegant place with a picturesque view. The staff were truly friendly, especially when it came to off-menu requests, which were all accommodated. You could sense the quality of the products and the attention to detail in the dishes...it was a wonderful discovery, highly recommended.

01/12/2025: I only had the cake and a cappuccino for breakfast but it was really good, a very good shortcrust pastry for a pear and chocolate cake, other possibilities with blueberries etc.. historic restaurant, excellent location I think the quality is similar to the cake

01/01/2026: The place is beautiful and super clean. I've been there and they served me within a minute of ordering, which isn't the case with many bars. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is comfortable, and it's very fitting for a lakeside location. There are plenty of places to sit, not just inside but also outside on the long lakeside promenade. They have a wide variety of food, and you'll be spoiled for choice. There are also many new winter treats, like hot chocolates—not always the classic ones, but also new flavors. Or, perhaps for an aperitif, they have some delicious, inspiring Christmas drinks. I repeat, the service is perfect, and the staff is very friendly. I recommend this place to everyone.

27/09/2025: Perfect cocktails! The only place in Laveno for a pleasant aperitivo. I recommend Il bacio di Klimt, a fantastic cocktail: coconut, stega, pineapple, chili pepper, pineapple... The bartender, Patrick, is excellent. The lake view, great music, and friendly waiters are not to be underestimated!

21/09/2025: Home cooking with quality ingredients. The legendary Brigida (owner and cook) truly knows how to live the life of a traditional innkeeper. So, in addition to her divine cooking, she also manages to entertain and delight her guests with stories and tales! 👏💪
Highly recommended!
16/09/2025: The food was not so overwhelming! The perch fillet was fried and quite bland. The only reason to visit, is the old couple who run it and they give you a bit of an italian experience.

10/09/2025: Terrible service, a chef who looks like a bricklayer, grumpy owners, it seems like you bother them when you show up, a terrible place, long waits to pay, poor food, maybe it's better for them to change jobs, if they can't do something they leave you waiting forever, why don't they hire staff, I wonder? I'll never go back, I don't recommend it, not to mention the son, he doesn't even know what catering is, and he's just there, but that's not his job, in this job you need humility, kindness, and patience, I've seen people leave, not to mention the waitress doesn't even speak Italian very well, I think she's Romanian, she doesn't understand anything, always nervous, never a smile, let alone the owner, unique arrogance. I don't recommend it.

28/09/2025: Very nicely located. Shady. Overwhelmed at lunchtime. The male waitresses were very courteous, but the two female staff were unfortunately disgruntled. Lots of pasta and very few vongole. Too expensive for that.

Because customers and staff are at the center of everything. Everything runs as it should... well done everyone. ❤️. 🤪😎🥺🫠

07/01/2026: I'm from Puglia, but I've eaten your desserts and sat down at your restaurant on several occasions. Everything was delicious, and the location is charming, near the lake, and convenient for a nice stroll.
04/01/2026: I'm sorry because the quality is supposed to be high, but the waits are always interminable, even when the place is empty. Update: the pastries are delicious, but the coffee is terrible.
