You are pitiful

05/01/2025: At the cherry tree court in Castellanza, Pasticceria Stefanetti created the refreshments for our son's baptism, Alessandra and Silvia from Pasticceria Stefanetti demonstrated professionalism and familiarity in helping us with this party. The food was excellent, starting with focaccia, savory croissants, cream puffs and many other appetizers... let's move on to the Ligurian lasagnetta, ending with a fantastic fruit tart. They followed us step by step in the choice and together with their staff they presented a rich, delicious refreshment, which received compliments from all the guests. We are happy with everything, and we would like to thank them personally. Together with their help we managed to create a great refreshment. They took care of all the details, for the setting up of the room, for its cleanliness, for the service to the guests. We really appreciated all their contributions. 19/01/2025: We went today 19 January 2025 to a tidy supermarket with a fishmonger's, butcher's shop and delicatessen, everything was normal except for the sore point of the "delicatessen" which was really unpleasant, apart from the difficulty in behaving with a minimum of empathy which is not for everyone, professionally very poor, if you don't like your job, it changes that there are many people who want to work

16/02/2025: Serata in coppia , antipasto e secondi . I secondi ( fritto di calamari) immangiabili , durissimi e qualitativamente non soddisfacenti, c’è stato chiesto subito se tutto andava bene visto che nei piatti era rimasto tutto immangiato , detto il perché la risposta è stata “ ce lo hanno detto anche i giorni scorsi , se vuole li rifacciamo …… per amor del cielo ….. lasci perdere . Decaduto per me mai più ( oltre che al prezzo fuori luogo )

14/02/2025: Pessimo cibo da evitare cozze riciclate il che immediatamente vi è venuta la diarrea. Poi senza parlare dalle 20.00 alle 22.00 avevamo mangiato solo l'antipasto Pessimo ci siamo alzati e andati via il che alla cassa volevano adebitare tutto quello che avevamo ordinato ma mai arrivato. Quindi 1/4 di vino acqua e antipasto uno diviso in due 40€ E in più ci anno dimenticato abbiamo dovuto sollecitare varie volte ma senza risultati anzi ci portavano le quietanza delle altri tavoli sbagliavano persino le ordinazioni esperienza da dimenticare Mi più!!!!

11/01/2025: They ask for a receipt first but the guy at the cash register doesn't even know what he's selling and he couldn't even tell me all the croissants they have for sale, in the end I picked one at random. The guy behind the counter with a face that looks like he's just been told his cat died doesn't say hello or even a detestable smile. And what about the incredible products they sell? In my personal opinion it's disgusting so much variety but all soft you can see that they've been there for a long time or have been defrosted too long. Petito once had some good products before deciding to become a chain now well. Update after reply: Let's start from the assumption that making the customer go to the counter to ask what is there, making him go to the cashier to pay, and making him return to the counter seems like a really bad idea to me, it creates chaos and is a waste of time. Bad days definitely happen, but it's already the second time I've come to you precisely to give you another chance and I've always been treated like this. I asked the lady PLEASE for cinnamon in the cappuccino, she looked at me and ignored me, the cappuccino obviously arrived without it.
