26/05/2025: Update May 2025: Unfortunately in recent years this store has been getting worse and worse. For about a couple of years now we no longer do our main shopping here because of the perpetually empty shelves, even though the prices of some products are more convenient than for example Esselunga (although not all) the continuous and chronic lack of supplies has made us switch to the competition. Now we only stock up on a few things that we like and that always cost less than the competitors. However in the last few months the situation has gotten worse, more and more products are missing from the shelves for weeks, really unnerving. In addition I have also noticed a worsening in the kindness of the staff, a few years ago they were all much more polite, now they barely say hello and if you need help at the assistance desk you always have to hope that someone passes by there by mistake. In short, unfortunately it's always worse, and yes, once it was our favorite supermarket. Too bad.. 2021/2022: It's our reference supermarket for our main shopping. We find all the products we like, fruit and vegetables are always good, we have rarely found a counter out of stock. The meat is always excellent too. There is a sushi counter and they do it all day long at the moment. The latter costs a little more than other supermarkets, but the quality is much higher, it's worth it. The shopping with pistols is also excellent, even if the offers are not always displayed on them, but they are counted at the checkout. There is also an Amazon locker and a refreshment point, the latter not exactly of excellent quality. The underground parking is excellent, you can always find a place even on very busy days. Ultimately an excellent sales point, varied and well stocked with everything, often with really interesting offers. We also find ourselves very well following an almost completely vegetarian diet.

24/05/2025: Thursday I had lunch at the supermarket bar/restaurant, the staff is kind, helpful and very fast and effective in recommending the dishes, which are very good, better than a restaurant, and are cheap. I took wholemeal macaroni with fish sauce, (very good) and sea bass with a side of green beans, and on top of the sea bass 2 asparagus wrapped in speck or bacon. (good) All for €9.90 I didn't take photos because I was hungry! 😂

30/05/2025: Almost always the same variety but you really eat what you want. Castellanza the best without a doubt of the whole chain together with the one in Peschiera Borromeo

04/05/2025: Stop for a cappuccino before starting work...cappuccino excellent as are the croissants...nice place, well kept. A little expensive but you can feel and see the quality 😋

05/01/2025: Ho prenotato 5 pizze. Condivido l’orario per il ritiro. Aspetto al locale più di mezz’ora. Ho fatto presente l’attesa e mi è stato detto che prima di me c’erano altri clienti. Mi domando allora perché mi ha detto l’orario? Tornato a casa 2 pizze non cotte e 3 bruciate e secche Esperienza pessima Avevo provato anche con deliveroo ritardo di 40 minuti. Li ho richiamati e solita scusa è in strada … arrivato dopo 15 minuti …. Mai più ….

05/01/2025: At the cherry tree court in Castellanza, Pasticceria Stefanetti created the refreshments for our son's baptism, Alessandra and Silvia from Pasticceria Stefanetti demonstrated professionalism and familiarity in helping us with this party. The food was excellent, starting with focaccia, savory croissants, cream puffs and many other appetizers... let's move on to the Ligurian lasagnetta, ending with a fantastic fruit tart. They followed us step by step in the choice and together with their staff they presented a rich, delicious refreshment, which received compliments from all the guests. We are happy with everything, and we would like to thank them personally. Together with their help we managed to create a great refreshment. They took care of all the details, for the setting up of the room, for its cleanliness, for the service to the guests. We really appreciated all their contributions. 24/04/2025: High prices and vegan options not received, quality of drinks average. A special mention instead for the staff, they are all very nice and of a rare kindness. 2025 - Two years later I have to say that nothing has improved, zero vegan options. Inexplicable.
