21/01/2025: Pranzo di lavoro, siamo clienti abituali. Veniamo accomodati in stanza gelida, il locale è insolitamente pieno, una ventina di coperti (!?!). Mezz'ora di attesa per ordinare, cuoco e cameriera nel pallone, nel menù è segnata una arrabbiata, ma esce una amatriciana. Un cortese (fin troppo) cliente, vegetariano, chiede di cambiare il piatto, dalla cucina la risposta alla cameriera è a voce alta, pubblica e disarmante, a suon di parolacce e bestemmie, la sostituzione non si fa. Dopo un'ora e un quarto il secondo non arriva, paghiamo e ce ne andiamo. Mai, mai più

05/01/2025: Gambarina Alta ..in Mortara province of Pavia ..it is open and closes at 5.00pm, it is a very nice restaurant with a well-kept location where the staff is truly welcoming and always ready to meet the customer. The atmosphere is familiar and very pleasant, we are immersed in the countryside in a farmhouse that has remained as classic as it was born. Here the typical food of these places is exquisite, and very abundant. You get here... via a country road just outside Mortara... in front of the restaurant... there is a large car park and also a very nice garden, the interior of the place is small but welcoming, lunch is on a fixed menu... which varies from day to day, with a fast service. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality meal..come and try it..!

13/09/2024: The friendliness and skill of the pizza chef are wonderful. You can eat pizza with gusto, the pasta is delicious and the filling is more than plentiful. The price is fair.

15/12/2024: We had lunch in the cold. Everything else took a back seat. A cold beak. Frozen feet.

15/12/2024: You don't treat customers like that! At the lunch organized for weeks by the club, we ate in the cold (several customers ate with jackets), smoke in the room with the fireplace almost extinguished, the agreed menu was not respected, both in terms of courses and drinks, it's a shame that at the dinner try being splendid and then when you have 80 customers to serve you perform these poor performances. The risotto was embarrassing to say the least, yet we are in Lomellina!
