I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was truly satisfied. The value for money is simply excellent: generous portions leave you more than satisfied, without ever compromising on the quality of the ingredients.

Don't be fooled by the discreet exterior: Trattoria Gualina is a true gem waiting to be discovered! While somewhat hidden from view, the restaurant boasts a spectacular interior and an atmosphere that foreshadows the quality you'll find on the plate.
The true highlight is the cuisine, meticulously prepared down to the smallest detail. The chef's passion and mastery are evident, particularly in the goose dishes: a superb experience that alone is worth the visit. Each bite is a perfect balance of tradition and refinement.
To accompany these delicacies, there's an equally impressive selection of beverages: the wine cellar is excellent and offers a wide selection, as is the selection of grappas for an excellent end to your dinner.
The service is impeccable, punctual, and managed by highly professional staff. The owners are also extremely friendly and know how to make you feel at home right away.
Gualina isn't just a trattoria, it's a culinary experience I recommend to all lovers of good food.

27/10/2025: A well-rounded culinary experience. Excellent ingredients, cooked with a masterful touch. We ate a lot, but above all, everything was delicious. The appetizer was a dream: risotto with goose salami and porcini mushrooms, cooked to perfection and with the perfect consistency; the slow-cooked goose melted in your mouth. Great hospitality, warm and discreet at the same time. The setting allowed us to have a wonderful family lunch. Thank you, Casa Angela.
28/09/2025: If I could, I'd give it a zero. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life: pure agony.
We arrived at 12:30 and only managed to finish lunch at 4:50.
The wait was interminable: between the appetizer and the first course, we waited 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The appetizers were served one course every 30 minutes, and some of them were even forgotten, so much so that we had to point them out.
No wine list available.
The service was completely disorganized: the dishes arrived one person at a time, forcing everyone to eat at different times.
One person in our group didn't eat the set menu: they brought her the first course while we were already starting the second course, and for the "secondo" she received a simple lamb's lettuce and apple salad, more like an improvised side dish than a real dish.
Finally, we had to wait 20 minutes at the cashier to pay.
In short: terrible service, lackluster organization, and endless waits.
👉 Not recommended, I'll never go back.

21/08/2025: Too bad I've taken it in person several times, always good. Unfortunately, on Monday, due to a back problem, I ordered three pizzas at 8:00 pm for home delivery for 8:30/8:45 pm. At 9:20 pm they still hadn't arrived, I called back and they assured us that they would deliver by 10:00/10:10 pm, apologizing because they had a lot of orders and to make up for it, they gave us a free Coke. I was ok, no problem. At 11:00 pm the pizza still hadn't arrived, in the end I had to order from McDonald's. If you had delivery problems, you could have told me when I called back the second time so I wouldn't have to wait for you for 3 hours...
18/08/2025: I placed an order for a pizza, but it was never delivered...I'm speechless.

16/09/2025: I had lunch here and chose the Barbera risotto and an omelet. Both dishes were good, but I would have preferred the risotto a little drier, both in terms of flavor and aesthetics. It was a satisfying lunch. The service was courteous, and the place has a quiet, simple atmosphere. The quality/price ratio is good.

A noi piace perche siamo sempre stati bene e se vuoi un risotto buono da Manzini sei sicuro di mangiarlo. Le paste ripiene, i secondi, sempre gustosi.
Gli antipasti( a volte mangiato questi potresti deporre le posate).

16/03/2025: Locale specchio di una cittadina che personalmente trovo un po' triste. Entrando si viene proiettati negli anni '80 e forse nemmeno in quelli più vivaci e allegri. L'arredamento la dice lunga. Tavoli da esterni coperti da una tovaglia di carta che ricorda tremendamente il lenzuolo monouso dei lettini ambulatoriali. Abbiamo mangiato la pizza. Sottile. Nn male ma nemmeno posso dire fosse buona. Intorno a noi venivano serviti piatti di pesce che i clienti (numerosi quindi locale ben frequentato) mangiavano di gusto. Suppongo la materia prima sia indubbiamente buona. Conto onestissimo. In questo meritano un plauso convinto. Ci tornerei? Credo di no.
02/02/2025: Ottimo per una serata tra amici. Abbiamo scelto secondi di pesce, pizze e dolci. Tutto molto buono e ben cucinato. Tempi di preparazione medi, locale un poco rumoroso. Consigliato anche a gruppi di 8/10 persone, dopo avere prenotato, per una serata tra amici senza accendere un mutuo.
