17/12/2024: 4 of us had lunch, arriving at 1.40pm with a reservation 20 minutes before, a nice surprise, a really good starter of cold cuts with chips, 4 first courses, two raviolis and two delicious risottos! The ricotta and lemon cake is really good! 4 coffees all 104 euros I recommend it

09/11/2024: Oggi abbiamo pranzato in questo bel ristorante. Molto curato sia all'esterno con meravigliose piante grasse sia all'interno. Le toilette uno specchio. Abbiamo preso risotto pere e gorgonzola, una delizia, ben cucinato, penne al salmone, fritti misti ed un ottimo filetto al sangue. Che dire dei dolci? Spaziali. A conduzione famigliare, cura massima del cliente. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo quando visiteremo la parte medioevale del Castello di Chignolo che dista 10min.

21/01/2025: After the visit to the castle of Chignolo Po, we went here to eat and we ate very well. Rustic and clean place, quick to serve and all the dishes were tasty and well prepared. Easy parking. Very recommended!

08/02/2025: A real Osteria. A home where you feel good, they treat you well and the flavors are authentic. I didn't photograph the dishes because I didn't have the time. Too greedy not to savor them instantly. The photo is for the Patron! Who deserves applause for his family. 😃🤗😋

03/12/2024: I went to Osteria Sant'Ambrogio for lunch on a Saturday. From the outside, the place doesn't look like anything special, in fact, it doesn't give an inviting impression. But, as we know, very often the clothes don't make the man. The restaurant offers grilled dishes prepared with experience and knowledge. Excellent! But let's go in order. The family business, if I understand correctly, is really excellent. Mom in the kitchen, dad on the grill and the two daughters in the living room. A round of applause to everyone! The two girls proved to be very knowledgeable about how their parents work and how to prepare the dishes. They were able to confidently answer all the questions asked by a person suffering from allergies. They offered kind, professional and attentive service. The dishes, starters, first and second courses, were all excellent, plentiful and appetizing. The desserts are also good. Service and food therefore top marks! Honest prices. It's just a shame that the environment isn't up to par with everything else. But once at the table it doesn't matter. So, well done everyone! I had a great time and hope to return soon.
