24/09/2025: While preparing for a half-day of motocross at the nearby track, we arrived a little early and, finding the parking lot not full, we ventured into the osteria.
We were immediately struck by the pleasant, family atmosphere and welcomed to a table in front of the fire pit. Given our upcoming commitments, we didn't dare try anything that would most appeal to us, and instead settled for a generous portion of tagliatelle with meat sauce, followed by an appetizer of mixed cured meats. The opportunity was fleeting for us, but the quality of the food and the passion with which the family runs the osteria certainly merit a visit, or rather, multiple visits :-)
Highly recommended!

Pizzeria Ristorante da Gino

14/10/2025: A very charming and well-decorated restaurant where we had lunch last Sunday before taking a guided tour of the castle.
We ordered both meat and fish main courses; both were truly satisfying, and the freshly prepared fruit salad was also very fresh.
The quality/price ratio was good, and the wait staff was truly courteous and professional, so we absolutely recommend it.

16/09/2025: Convenient parking. The place is simple and rustic, but clean and well-kept. Tables are spaced well apart, and there are cloth tablecloths and napkins. The menu is limited, as is appropriate for a small trattoria, but the dishes are good and plentiful. Prices are reasonable. Service is good, but not always smiling. The lady who answered the phone when I booked was a bit unfriendly.

27/05/2025: This is a modest but well-kept place. Local food, delicious fried fish, cleaned of entrails and light fried. I would have eaten tons of them!!! Moderate prices. It's worth trying!!!
The restaurant is located next to the Po River, a place to visit.
25/05/2025: We arrived at this restaurant by chance without a destination but it will be a destination to return as soon as possible. I recommend it

11/01/2025: Mi è capitato di venire più e più volte in questo ristorante; All'interno è bellissima. L'unica cosa che vorrei sottolineare è l'atteggiamento poco carino che ha assunto la cameriera nei miei confronti sopratutto quando ho dovuto pagare. Ho pagato non solo il doppio ma anche una bottiglia d'acqua che non avevo nemmeno ordinato. La ragazza deve assumere un atteggiamento più serio quando lavora e no prendere in giro la clientela. Del resto il cuoco fantastico, lavapiatti fantastica e la pizza buonissima.
07/01/2025: In questo posticino in quel di Orio Litta abbiamo scoperto un posto da 10 e lode.
Il ristorante, all'apparenza piccolo, in realtà ha un interno grande e spazioso. La sala, tra le luci soffuse, da la sensazione di trovarsi in un posto accogliente ed elegante.
Staff gentilissimo e cordiale, ci ha aiutati nella scelta delle portate.
Abbiamo deciso di provare il menù di mare, suggeritoci dallo chef Gianni, simpaticissimo.
Inutile dire che sorprendentemente, io e la mia metà concordavamo sul fatto che fosse uno dei pranzi migliori a base di pesce mai fatto.
Tra tonno pinna gialla, Insalata di mare, gamberi in salsa cocktail e Salmone alla piastra, terminiamo il pranzo, ma non prima di aver assaggiato un dolce in due squisito fatto la mattina stessa, si sentiva fosse stato fatto recentemente.
Esperienza consigliata. Un saluto ad Angelo, Gianni e Gigi.

07/07/2025: The good bread of the past, the smell spreads outside the shop, you will find yourself in a village shop like few still exist. For a shopping of the essentials or a picnic you can find a little bit of everything.
