The menu is crafted with intelligence and flavor, starting with a refined opening of zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta mustia, accompanied by fresh notes of gazpacho, corbarino, and lime: a dish that perfectly balances creaminess, acidity, and lightness. The large platter of cured meats and cheeses with jams and honey is a tribute to tradition, yet presented with a care that makes it anything but ordinary.
The first courses are the true heart of the cuisine: the artisanal pasta with guinea fowl ragù is intense, profound, with a craftsmanship that is evident at first bite. The risotto alla Milanese with ossobuco ragù is simply masterful: just the right amount of creaminess, rich but never heavy, a clear sign of solid technique and excellent ingredients.

18/02/2026: I wouldn't have given even one but only out of respect I'll do it! I had an aperitif which cost me 11 euros but the bad thing is that it was water! Colored orange and also it had 2 chips, 2 olives and 2 tiny slices of pianecchi with oil and oregano! A real disappointment for me who works in the Duomo not even in Milan which is a Milan they give you this aperitif really miserable! Disappointed but it's the truth!

The food isn't overly elaborate, but it's truly sublime. I arrived late and asked for advice; I couldn't have made a wiser decision. The marinated chicken with vegetables was a unique delicacy. I haven't eaten such good meat in ages. The prices are more than fair.
24/06/2025: The first one was good.
After several attempts, we managed to get in.
The fried cake and cured meats were good.
The gnocchi in broth were delicious.
The second one was also good.
The culatello was good.
The tortelli were also good.
The Bargnolino was ok.
The price was a bit high.
We returned and I tried the anolini with stew in broth. They had nothing to do with the traditional Pramsana anolini. The tortelli with herbs and tagliolini with culatello were good. The desserts were good, the homemade Bargnolino was good.
Another evening.
On the night of the ruzada in San Svan.
Mixed appetizer of cured meats and fried cake, followed by parmesan with onions in balsamic vinegar. All very good.
Trio of tortelli with potatoes and culatello, and the star of the evening was ricotta and herb tortelli.
Dulcis in fundo: sbrisolona with mascarpone.
The end with Bargnolino and Tuscan cheese.
A very pleasant evening with background music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s.

18/04/2026: Terrible experience. The chef clearly labeled us as tourists, feeling entitled to offer us shoddy and inattentive service. The food was soulless and tasteless, compounded by the wine that seemed watered down. Even though we weren't tourists, we suffered the typical treatment reserved for those who aren't supposed to know much about local cuisine. A €100 bill for two was completely disproportionate to the (disgusting) quality of the food served. When passion is missing, all that's left is a hefty bill and a lot of disappointment.
05/04/2026: We chose Locanda del Transito (Osteria Manfredi) for Easter lunch and can say without a doubt that it was a fantastic experience! 🐣✨
Everything was truly exquisite, with a menu full of delicious and carefully crafted dishes, where each dish was prepared with great care and flavor. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen. 🍽️😋
A big shout-out also goes to the staff, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcomed and pampered throughout the lunch. 👏😊
It's definitely a great place not only for special occasions like Easter, but also for lunch breaks or aperitifs, thanks to the pleasant atmosphere and impeccable service. 🥂

02/08/2025: Locale accogliente, peccato per lo spiacevole ritardo dei piatti e per lo spiacevole aroma di feci della tagliata, sembrava uscita dall’area cani di piazza mac mahon,funzionale l’area bambini, ma pare che mi cacarono in to o piatto
