10/01/2026: Asina Luna. Strange name, serious cuisine. Here they don't age the meat. They educate it. With patience, with respect. And then they send it to the sea "Da Màr"®.
Yes, really.
It's a registered trademark, a gastronomic revolution. A real Florentine steak, from select farms. The one with the bone, the fillet, and the soul. They age it meticulously. Then it's immersed for 10 days in purified Mediterranean seawater. No chlorine, no pretense. Something curious happens, the meat changes. It absorbs mineral salts, iodine, potassium. It becomes more tender, more flavorful. No need for salt, no tricks. It's good on its own. The sea doesn't wet it, it transforms it. It's a meat that tastes of earth and waves. On the grill, it behaves like a diva. Perfect crust, red heart, aroma of fire and salty wind. The knife sinks in like butter. The flavor explodes like applause. Close your eyes. 21/09/2025: It's called 'the house of ice cream,' but the staff freaks out if you ask for a takeaway tub. When I asked, the girl exclaimed to her colleague, 'Oh, but you know how to make a tub, I don't.' Result: more than 10 minutes of improvisation, with the final result being puke-like and all the flavors mixed together. In the end, the ice cream dripped onto the tub, which was cleaned with a paper towel. NEVER AGAIN

24/12/2025: The restaurant is located in an industrial area of Peschiera Borromeo, with the added bonus of having plenty of parking in front. The staff was truly courteous and kind, accommodating the requests of one of us who had several food allergies. We ordered a variety of items, from a veggie burger to a pizza da pala, and everyone was happy with the choices. It wasn't completely packed, so it wasn't a particularly noisy evening; we chatted peacefully.
19/12/2025: The pizza baked in a pizza oven is delicious. At first bite, the anchovies tasted a little salty, but as I continued to eat, I didn't mind it any more.

The pizza was too dry and impossible to cut; it tasted like a frozen product.
They also don't issue receipts; payment is cash only.
26/11/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Pizzeria La Fazenda wasn't a positive one. The place, at first glance, appears welcoming and well-decorated, but the welcome wasn't the best: the lady who greeted us wasn't particularly friendly.
We ordered two specialty pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. The wait was short, but the pizzas were a disappointment. In my case, the gluten-free dough arrived practically raw and, for me, completely inedible. We reported the problem and the pizza was remade, but the second version was even worse than the first.
The situation didn't improve when it came to the bill: we reported the problem to the pizza chef, but instead of listening to the criticism, we received an unprofessional response. My friend was even told that she was "used to frozen pizzas," a comment we found inappropriate and completely unjustified.
In the end, we paid the full amount—€19 each for a pizza that, in my case, was undercooked, and a simple bottle of water. Considering that at 7:30 PM the place was completely empty, I now understand why.
Based on my personal experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.
