26/08/2024: I have been going for several years and recently found it a bit difficult with the service, excellent value for money, we are happy to go there.

02/08/2024: Without a reservation, we enter Uncle Frenk's, asking for a table for two. They offer us one along the corridor, and adjacent to a room full of customers, intent on watching a football match on the big screen, but obviously creating a lot of noise and confusion. On the opposite side of the corridor, we notice that, in another quieter room, there are several empty tables for two people. We ask if we can sit at one of those tables, because they are further away from the noise, and above all we are not in the way of waiters and customers passing by who need to access the bathrooms. They tell us that we can't, because they have already been booked. Our dinner, which I underline was excellent, lasted a long time. In this period of time (approximately 2 hours), none of the tables booked were occupied by customers. We had dinner in chaos, unable to talk to each other due to the loud noise. Finding no explanation for this refusal, but just an opportunistic choice on the part of the waiters, we will hardly return to this place.

14/12/2024: Honest prices. Very good pizza and possibility of having a dinner menu for €9 with first course, second course and side dish. With €38.50, 4 of us got 2 pizzas, 2 portions of steamed Chinese dumplings and two menus for €9 + 2 water.

08/12/2024: They couldn't have done a worse organization, they even treated us terribly, after waiting almost 2 hours standing for a table. The food arrives and doesn't arrive, furthermore, to add to the insult, they also asked us to get up to seat someone else. Embarrassing is an understatement.

19/11/2024: Very nice place, with fireplace, they don't have menus to view, everything was said verbally, we chose it because there was a varied menu on the site, with also a vegetarian menu, however when we had to order they told us that the menu seen by we on the site were old... and fish (meat only steak, fish only shrimp!) what a variety!!!! So nothing..... Various appetizers but nothing special!!! Sorry because the place was very nice 🙅 🏼🙅🏼

06/10/2024: Vendiamo qui a festeggiare il pensionamento di mio suocero…eravamo 6 adulti e 4 bambini… Partiamo dal fatto della lunghissima attesa per prendere le prenotazioni…circa 30 minuti… Prendiamo 3 meno di carne,3 menu di pesce e 4 menu bimbo. Per gli antipasti un’altra mezz’ora,con i bambini che giustamente iniziavano a spazientirsi per l attesa. L antipasto di pesce abbastanza buono…quello di carne 4 fette di affettanti con un cestino di gnocco fritto per 3 persone…bastava forse per una persona chino un buon appetito. Le linguine al nero di seppia niente di eccezionale e i pacchetti al ragù quasi crudi. I secondi erano tagliate e fritture di pesce… Le fritture più verdure in pastella che pesce e le tagliate gommose. Porzione minime…una delusione. Passiamo al menu bimbi. I primi erano delle semplice pasta al sugo che abbiamo aspettato mezz’ora… Il bello arrivano con le cotolette…ci spiegano che c è stato un problema in cucina e quindi o aspettavamo alti 15 minuti per rifarle o prendano altro… i bambini decidono di aspettare la costoletta. Il problema era che a posto del sale erano state condite con lo zucchero… Nel frattempo arrivano su richiesta le patatine fritte che erano di contorno…erano dolci… Avvisiamo il cameriere di non friggere le altre cotolette nello stesso olio…per fortuna per non sbagliare non mentono ne sale ne zucchero… Dolci confezionati pagato da 5/6euro l’uno. Pranzo che è iniziato alle 13.00 e finito quasi alle 16.00. Al momento di pagare mio suocero chiede spiegazione o sullo scontrino perché si trova qualche pietanza non nostra. Alla fine scalano una trentina di euro per piatto mai ordinati. Abbiamo pagato 322 e euro per alzarci con la fame,non soddisfatti e irritati per le lunghe attese. Non ci torneremo di certo. Sconsigliatissimo!!!

15/09/2024: We celebrated my wife's birthday and everything was perfect! Exquisite food, friendly staff, fun entertainment and relaxing environment. We will definitely be back!

13/12/2024: I don't give it a 5S because I had a hard time digesting the pizza with meat sauce and meatballs. It could be my problem as it is a demanding dish. I don't put 5S because €5 cover charge for 10 cent paper placemats and €2 for coffee.... It's true the service is of a high standard, they offer you two bruschettas to start with and limoncello at the end... But in the end you do pay for everything! All things considered, two pizzas, two beers and two desserts cost €58.

24/11/2024: We were greeted very friendly. First we got a drink and bruscetta on the house. The service staff was efficient, despite a full house, and very accommodating. The pizza was very tasty!!! Really recommended. The restaurant is as you would imagine it to be in Italy.
