Professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. A well-deserved five-star rating. He gave us precise advice and was always thorough. The spaghetti carbonara frittatas were a complete surprise: I'd never tried them like this before, truly excellent. The carbonara was spectacular, and the pizza had an impeccable crust. Overall, I'll gladly return to try other dishes. Congratulations.

Good pizza, easy to digest and with intense flavours

I've been to Baita dei Sapori del Sud twice, and on both occasions, I found the pizzas truly exceptional. The pasta frittatas are also truly delicious, especially the carbonara. The quality of the food is excellent, and it shows. The only negative is the second experience, which was unfortunately marred by a truly long wait: we arrived at 8:30 PM with a reservation and ate around 10:05 PM, even though the place wasn't even full. The delay was likely caused by a very large table (about 10-12 people) sitting next to ours, which practically monopolized service for the entire evening. This was confirmed by the fact that once everyone at that table was served, pizza and appetizers were also served to tables belonging to people who arrived after us—people who must have waited less than 20 minutes! I completely understand that priority is given to those who order first, but in situations like this, I think it would be more appropriate to manage the service in a more balanced and fair manner, without leaving other tables waiting for over an hour and a half. That said, I can't fault the kindness of the waiters or the, in my opinion, sublime quality of the food. I'll definitely be back, hoping for better time management.

I can't give more stars because the service was too slow. We waited over an hour for the appetizer (Neapolitan cuoppo). The orecchiette were very good! We'll be back to try the pizza, which looked very inviting. The atmosphere is rustic, and the tables are very close together.

A truly special pizza, with authentic flavors and a light dough. The staff is very welcoming, and the restaurant, with its distinctive and refined style, adds that special something. A small place that captivates.

It's rare to still find such good Neapolitan pizza and desserts.

Excellent pizza. The buffalo mozzarella is not served at room temperature but is too cold. If it's fresh, it should never be refrigerated. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is informal and pleasant. I'll be back.

The set lunch menu is incredibly generous and very reasonably priced. The pizza is amazing, I've started ordering it in the evenings through Deliveroo too. The staff are incredibly kind, very accommodating, attentive, and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the ingredients are top-quality. I'll be back often. ♥️
