17/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria and at an excellent price! A truly typical Italian atmosphere, you absolutely must try their tiramisu and their "bulk white wine" if you go there.

16/12/2025: A great place to sleep, an idyllic setting to relax for a few days, and good places to enjoy wine and good Italian pasta.
08/10/2025: We had a lovely stay in early September to attend a wedding nearby. Wonderful location, attentive staff, and the food was great too! Lake Como is truly beautiful and this small Inn is a great choice for accommodations.

11/01/2026: I went for lunch, and it was absolute hell. Waiters take orders but don't know the dishes are sold out. You wait, and after half an hour they tell you there's not even a side dish to complete the dish. Then, after 10 minutes, they tell you there's no main course either. They bring you the side dish when you've already finished the main course. It was truly disorganized. I was absolutely devastated! It was supposed to be a pleasure, but it turned out to be a constant source of indignation.

13/01/2026: I have fond memories of pleasant times when I was just starting to live, after decades of sacrifice. It's a romantic place, especially in the evening. Thanks to the people who took me there, they were just friends.

04/01/2026: There were four of us. On New Year's Eve, we spent 90 euros each, and I think if I'd done the cooking (and I'm not good at it), I'd definitely have been better than the chef.

03/09/2025: You can't see the lake, even with a telescope. It's a hole, and the prices are very high for the quality/price ratio. I'll never eat there again. 3 main courses and half a glass of wine cost €151. They take advantage of foreigners. Thieves.

06/01/2026: We've been going to Tavernetta for many years and it feels like family. The pizza is delicious, they also have red beer on tap, my favorite. The restaurant is also excellent.

No comment about the food simply because, despite the email confirmation of our reservation #279023623695 for Sunday, August 3, at 1:00 PM, the restaurant was closed!
The girl managing the lido bar apologized and offered us a pizza or some other simple dish there.
The worst part was that at 1:27 PM I received an email from Quandoo (the website that handles reservations) with the following content:
They informed us that you didn't show up.
The website says it's open, so I tried calling for more information, but no response.
I won't add anything else!
Disappointed and angry, we went looking for a restaurant nearby.
And luckily, we found a beautiful place right on the lakeside.

06/05/2025: Siamo arrivati a piedi con una facile passeggiata dalla stazione di Lierna (45 Min circa).
Abbiamo cenato all'aperto, vista lago.
Ottimo il gran tagliere, goduriosi gli gnocchi e le Patole di Esino.
Abbiamo molto apprezzato il coniglio alla cacciatora con polenta e i marroni stufati con polenta serviti con primo sale di capra.
Birra agricola: ottima
Torneremo, consigliato.
