18/01/2026: A lovely evening with friends.
The appetizers were top-notch, worthy of a 5-star meal.
Followed by a fried dish that didn't live up to the restaurant's name.
The baked sea bass was okay.
The first courses (served last) were passable, perhaps I'm used to bolder flavors.
Followed by gelato on a bed of fruit that was excellent, and a mini cannolo that was twice as good.
Coffee followed by a jug of amaro to help digest the bill.
17/01/2026: Very satisfied, excellent and plentiful dishes. It's a shame they closed at the end of January 😕
We hope they open again...it's definitely worth it 🏆🏅

20/09/2025: On Saturday evening, a 15-minute walk away, Sonia welcomed us and explained the menu: platter, pizzoccheri, and a trio of polenta with mushrooms, gorgonzola, and venison... we really enjoyed it, the homemade cakes were the best, we'll definitely be back for lunch because the view and the food are truly worth it.
Thank you, Sonia, we felt right at home.
19/09/2025: After our hike, we took a spontaneous detour to this place and were so glad we did! The service, ambience, and food were incredible. We tried Pizzoccheri for the first time, and it was delicious. The view was amazing as well.

30/12/2025: Don't turn up at 1.55 even though it says closes at 2.30. they won't serve you and Ont even let you do a take away and you have to walk a way feom'parking to get there
02/12/2025: One-star welcome. Even for two guys after us.
I only ate chicken and threw up all the chicken towards the evening.
My colleague called me shortly after and said he also threw up all the chicken.
Now the restaurant manager should tell me what chemical he used to make that chicken acceptable. It was probably spoiled... then with the chica he probably made it acceptable.
2 out of 2 is no coincidence.

05/02/2026: Wonderful experience, a place recommended by a friend. Eight of us went for lunch on a Sunday and were immediately greeted by timeless kindness and friendliness. Our first impressions were excellent, further enhanced by the beauty of the place and the deliciousness of their dishes.
I had sciatt and pizzoccheri. What can I say? I can't wait to return and order the same dishes.

28/02/2026: A place you'll find by chance, but you'll fall in love with. Laura, Dimitri, Paolo, and Carla will accompany you from the entrance to the exit, ensuring a fantastic experience. We ordered an appetizer, a first course, and a second course, and, not content with that, we decided to order more entrees because they were truly delicious. Quality and a friendly atmosphere are the hallmarks. Highly recommended.
21/02/2026: My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch on a Friday afternoon after a short walk in Valentino Park. We ordered a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by an excellent giardiniera. We then shared a plate of pizzoccheri and polenta with mushrooms. Excellent food and generous portions. The service is simple but attentive, like the place itself. Highly recommended!

28/09/2025: Very friendly family atmosphere, excellent polenta and porcini mushrooms! The outdoor terrace and playground are lovely for children.

03/01/2026: My girlfriend and I had a pumpkin and sausage lasagna, it was perfect, great portions, the menu was also super, to accompany fresh bread and a delicious focaccia, we asked for seconds, in short, 10/10!!

12/11/2024: Ho organizzato in questo rifugio un ritrovo con amici per festeggiare il raggiungimento di un traguardo personale importante; avevo bisogno di supporto per gestire una presentazione e Iris è stata di una gentilezza e disponibilità oltre ogni aspettativa, aiutandomi sia con suggerimenti sia con la “fornitura” dell’hardware necessario. Ci siamo tutti sentiti accolti con partecipazione massima.
Oltre a tutto ciò, abbiamo mangiato molto bene, con cibo di qualità e in un ambiente rinnovato che fa sentire veramente “al rifugio”.

02/04/2025: In una domenica soleggiata, il locale si è riempito velocemente ma noi avevamo prenotato per tempo.
Ci sono molti posti a sedere.
Il servizio è veloce e il cibo proposto buono
Molto soddisfacenti i primi per qualità e quantità, mentre I secondi non ci hanno entusiasmato, soprattutto la tagliata. Magari un'altra volta proveremo qualche altro secondo
Per il nostro bimbo abbiamo trovato un seggiolone e stoviglie adatte
31/12/2024: È stata una piacevole esperienza. Personale gentile e veloce, ambiente rustico di montagna e piatti buoni ed abbondanti.
Pizzoccheri e cervo ai mirtilli veramente ottimi, anche tiramisù e crostata ricotta e marmellata di mirtilli da applausi. Prezzi più che onesti. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo.

26/12/2025: We spent a day in this area, stopping at the Parco Valentino lookout point with a spectacular view. On the way back, we stopped for lunch at this place and had a great time. We ordered two first courses: pizzoccheri and polenta with stew, two beers, and two coffees. The price was fair and the staff were friendly.

Ci hanno venduto un crodino passandolo per aperol spritz alla modica cifra di 6 euro.
Magari i turisti riuscite a farli fessi. Imbarazzante è inqualificabile il servizio, che di fatto non c’è proprio. Siamo ad un self service

12/08/2024: Chiedo di mangiare un’insalata d’asporto. Mi dicono che è possibile sedendosi al tavolo. Mi siedo e mi dicono che non ci sono insalate. Mi viene consigliato lo spiedino di pollo. Dico va bene. Mi chiedono se voglio qualcosa da bere. Rispondo di no. Mi chiedono se voglio anche delle patatine. Rispondo di no. Mangio UNO spiedino impiattato. UNO. Vado in cassa. 16 euro. Chiedo in che senso. Mi dicono che il menù secondo si paga tutto, anche se non prendo niente. Dico che dovrebbero dirlo prima. Mi dicono che è scritto sul menu. Peccato che io il menù non lo abbia nemmeno visto. Un trattamento da parte dei camerieri veramente assurdo, come se dessi fastidio. Mai più. Capisco perché le persone si portano i panini.
