02/11/2025: Very kind and knowledgeable guys!!! I would recommend this place to everyone... including those with food allergies!!! Unfortunately for my husband and I, it's a bit out of the way (we're from Genoa), but if we were to stop by again... we'd definitely visit! 😉. Prices aren't particularly cheap, but considering the excellent quality... they're more than adequate.

18/09/2025: In search of the best ice cream parlor in Domaso, I landed here – and what can I say: a direct hit!
An Italian puppeteer once told me that the best ice cream is always hidden in silver ice barrels, "well chilled like on a glacier," and not under a mountain of cookie crumbs and sweets. That's exactly what it was here – pure, creamy, divine.
Our recommendation: Strawberry yogurt. A taste like a mini-vacation in the Alps, but without the cold feet.
The saleswoman? So welcoming that you could almost forget you're actually there for the ice cream. And the shop itself: beautifully decorated, so that as soon as you walk in, you think: "I'm going to stick around here."
If you don't try ice cream here in Domaso, you're missing out on the dolce vita.
14/09/2025: The ice cream is great 👍. 3 scoops for €4. Very tasty. We went there almost every day. The selection is plentiful, with about 20 flavors.

11/07/2025: This is a historic restaurant in Domaso that has had several different owners for varying lengths of time, but all have maintained the unique character of the osteria. Access is gained by descending two steps into two rooms with exposed stonework and vaulted ceilings. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where the rooms are modernly furnished.
The menu offers classic lakeside specialties and well-prepared seafood. The wine list is decent, and prices are reasonable. It's popular with tourists seeking this historic atmosphere, and they don't mind the lack of lake views. July 2025: closed until a new owner is found.
03/07/2025: This was our second time at this restaurant, and once again we weren't disappointed—quite the opposite! The food and service were fantastic, and the interior was cozy. A very pleasant and warm atmosphere.
This year, the older chef came by again to ask if we were enjoying our meal and if everything was alright. And it was! As we were leaving, we made sure to thank him personally once more!
We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

14/01/2026: The inn is in a beautiful location, practically on the lake. The room was simple but functional and, above all, spotlessly clean!
During the chilly weather, arriving to a warm room was truly a pleasure. It has everything you need: TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with a large shower, hairdryer, and complimentary soap.
In the lobby in front of the rooms, an unexpected treat: a corner with a coffee machine and pods, which you can also enjoy on the terrace furnished with tables and chairs. The owner's helpfulness and kindness are the jewel in the crown of this place.

16/12/2025: We had a delicious meal, and the service was attentive. Our dog was immediately given a water bowl. The pizzas are really tasty. The dessert menu was also appealing.
This is a great place to eat while on vacation.

30/12/2025: The owners are truly courteous and the staff are knowledgeable and polite. The pizza is excellent, in my opinion, one of the best I've tried.
The quality/price ratio is very good; I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, with helpful staff. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the Domaso area. Highly recommended.
17/12/2025: We were walking around Domaso and stopped at this restaurant for lunch. The menu was varied and interesting, with options for all tastes.
My companion chose the spaghetti alla puttanesca, which was simply delicious. The pasta was cooked just right, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. (I tried it too.)
I chose the second course, the Tagliata, which was a true masterpiece. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, and the seasoning was perfect.
The service was impeccable, thanks to Andrea, who gave us a seat outside, in an intimate and romantic corner. The weather was mild and the view was beautiful.
If you're looking for a restaurant with a varied and delicious menu and excellent service, this is the place! The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

16/10/2025: Really bad food. Overpriced and couldn't pay by card - only found out after we had eaten. Awful service that took our plates before we had finished. To date the worst experience in beautiful Italy. We will NOT be back.
15/10/2025: The tomme alla griglia was burnt on top, the lettuce was wilted and there was very little of it.
Friendliness is a foreign word there.
The owner's comment on the phone was very disrespectful to tourists.
We recommend giving it a wide berth!

10/07/2025: Einfach immer herzlich und toll. Für Familien sehr angenehm und „preisangepasst“. Auch offen für glutenfreies Essen…
Großzügig im Nachschenken und freundlichst im Service. Dazu gutes heimisches Essen.
Für Gäste wie uns, die jährlich kommen, wäre vielleicht ein Alternativ Abend (was das Menü angeht) sehr schön.
