01/01/2025: Rudeness, dirt and chasing away insulting customers are the order of the day!

01/01/2025: If you are looking for a dirty, unhygienic place and above all with rude staff then I recommend this place. We arrive at the entrance at 11.55am to ask if we needed a reservation (January 1, 2025). At the entrance I find this waiter who replies that they open at 12:00 and that they were still cleaning. By cleaning he meant sweeping with a broom all the dust outside that settled on the tables where people have to eat. We return to the restaurant at 12.15pm and take our seats. Unwatchable glass, saying filthy is a compliment. Behind us there was a couple who didn't speak Italian but only English. With great professionalism the waiter (if you can call him that) exclaims the exact words: "But they didn't celebrate yesterday because they're already here at 12 to piss off". We, shocked, turned to the waiter saying that if we were a nuisance we would leave. This waiter replies with a very arrogant air "For me you can leave, there's no problem, we're tired". At that point, scandalized by how they treat customers, we get up and leave and he exclaims "Well we're still cleaning" (We remember that we had asked before what time they opened). Kicking out customers, insulting customers who don't understand Italian so in plain sight is the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen in my life. A good communication course would be good :) Two steps further on we ate in a restaurant where the welcome, cleanliness and good food were perfect. P.s. Other customers left for the same reason as us.

11/03/2024: An unbeatable location for casual drinks - view of the lake in park like setting. Also near the stadium which you can hear the fans and PA. Service a bit hit and miss, we did nt get snacks with our drinks like other customers and we had to pay when they arrived, normally you get to run a tab. Put that down to non payers? Anyway, I can overlook these minor quibbles and would go there again, a cold ichnusa here is a fine thing.

05/02/2024: Locale carino, tipicamente estivo visto che dispone di molti tavolini all'aperto. In pieno centro ed in riva al lago, ottimo come location e vista sul lago. Tuttavia, c'è spesso confusione, i camerieri sono abbastanza confusionari e si dimenticano di te. Cocktail normali, né ottimi né pessimi. Una volta ho anche preso una piadina e non mi ha per niente entusiasmato. Diciamo che c'è di meglio in centro a Como...

06/08/2024: Tutto perfetto, dalla location, al servizio, alla proposta e qualità del cibo. Comodissimo anche l'ampio parcheggio limitrofo. Consigliato.

04/08/2024: Accoglienza fredda, malgrado ci fossero pochi clienti e molti camerieri abbiamo dovuto attendere parecchio x poter ordinare. I camerieri un tantino arroganti e sicuramente poco tolleranti, chiesto di sostituire la polenta con altro contorno ma solo pagando profumatamente ! Il cibo molto dozzinale, il cuoco ha bisogno di un corso d’aggiornamento. Invece i dolci molto apprezzati. Peccato perché il luogo è bello, struttura pure, hanno solo la fortuna di essere in una bella posizione.

01/12/2024: La place est belle, l'emplacement de ce bar aussi, en plein soleil c'était nickel, par contre le service ZÉRO, un seul toilette...Et la pizza moyenne pareil pour le verre de vin... A ne pas renouveler.

07/01/2025: We really didnt like it, only the location is nice.

02/01/2025: Too expensive and lazy waiters. I got the chocolate for 5 euros because it was the only thing that had the right price (maybe), honestly it looked like a supermarket food bar.
