I ordered ossobuco, which, unfortunately, did not even begin to live up to the standards of this traditional dish. The meat was extremely tough, practically inedible, and far from the consistency and quality of a true ossobuco. I only tasted a small piece and decided not to eat it, as it was clearly undercooked. The situation worsened further when it came to the bill. Despite calmly explaining that I hadn't eaten the dish due to its poor quality, I was still asked to pay for the entire ossobuco. During the discussion, the owner even suggested we take the dish home to "finish the cooking," as if it were normal for a customer to finish preparing a dish at home that should be served properly cooked in the restaurant. I found this attitude extremely unprofessional and rude, especially considering that the problem wasn't a matter of personal taste, but a clear flaw in the preparation of the dish. Instead of seeking an appropriate solution, they preferred to argue and place the blame on the customer. It's truly a shame, because I expected a completely different experience. 03/01/2026: Paid 20 euros more per person for New Year's Eve for the reason of New Year's Eve service, what services apart from the TV on, there was nothing, absurd prices 400 euros for a pizza, 2 focaccias, 2 starters, 2 first courses and 4 ice creams,

01/01/2026: I hated giving the atmosphere two stars, but it's not nice to see people crammed into the restaurant's tables and staff slaloming around with trays to avoid a disaster. An even worse point are the dirty bathrooms, with no soap at the sink or toilet paper (maybe I bought the wrong one). The prices are quite high, justified by the spectacular location and the many foreign tourists who are incompetent in the kitchen and eager to leave generous tips. On a positive note, however, are the table service staff and the outdoor setting, which is truly spectacular. I also appreciated the heaters and blankets at the tables. For me, being local, it's definitely a place to stop for a coffee.

14/06/2025: En esta maravillosa pastelería, ubicada en el corazón de Cernobbio, a pocos pasos de la lujosa Villa d'Este, podrá encontrar los mejores pasteles, bocadillos dulces y salados, así como diversos alimentos. El personal amable y amable le ayudará a hacer de su desayuno o merienda en el Lago de Como una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Debo intentarlo!

03/11/2025: A very nice place for an aperitivo near the lake. It's located right on the square, with a lovely atmosphere and fair prices. The food is also good, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment.

12/10/2025: We stopped for an aperitivo, but nothing special. They bring you two chips and then offer you an additional platter for €6. But I'd say with 6-7 people having an aperitivo, it's a minimum to bring something to eat... well...
