12/05/2025: We came to this restaurant for lunch on a Monday. We immediately realized that there was no professional in the kitchen. What was served was not risotto but dry rice with saffron without much taste. We reported this to the chef de service who simply replied that the chef was off today. For the prices charged, one can expect that a good quality risotto will be served. It's a real shame but the guests don't come like that anymore.

03/06/2025: Staff was excellent and food was good, but not quite what it was a few years ago. The lobster pasta dish was tasty, but way too messy to have customers extract the lobster from the shells. The squid ink risotto with lobster in 2019 was complete and outstanding with the lobster meat out of the shell. Ambiance is unchanged and wonderful, but it was our unfortunate bad luck that a large family with multiple children and nannies in tow (who did not eat!) arrived with their noisy kids. A no children under 12 or 13 rule would be appropriate for a restaurant that charges +200 for a meal.
03/06/2025: As everyone says, the view is spectacular! Great service and good food. Prices on the high side but overall a good experience. The table side tiramisu was great!

29/10/2024: Convenient location for the ferry to reach the various locations, slightly outdated but clean rooms with a view of the lake, plentiful and nice breakfast, very kind staff. I highly recommend
02/10/2024: Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time....
Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine.
Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough.
It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

03/05/2025: Very cute restaurant with very friendly and attentive servers. The dishes are very good but the real plus is the extremely comprehensive wine list. I recommend for those looking for an experience off the tourist trail!

26/03/2025: Un appuntamento fisso sia in estate che d’inverno.
Abitando a Cernobbio lo conosco molto bene e l’ho scelto più volte in occasioni diverse, da un incontro speciale a due, a una cena con amici, un evento particolare o una cena aziendale.
Sergio è una garanzia, sai che farai bella figura con chiunque porterai.
È un professionista vero e sa fare il suo lavoro, cosa rara di questi tempi.
Lo vedi dalla cura dei dettagli, dall’attenzione che riserva ai suoi clienti, dalle materie prime che sceglie e ciò che propone di volta in volta.
La veranda d’estate ed il giardino si prestano anche agli eventi più formali, ma la sala con il camino ha un’atmosfera magica e un’eleganza senza tempo.
Una bella cantina importante e buon cibo.
Il ristorante propone sempre piatti ricercati, di altissima qualità.
Inizi con grissini e burro fatti in casa e del buon vino e vai sempre sul sicuro.
Se vi piace la pizza napoletana, è il vostro posto.
Non potrei consigliarlo di più, la qualità si paga e qui sai sempre che spenderai bene i tuoi soldi. Bravi sempre.

18/08/2023: Due volte mi sono recato in questa pasticceria ma purtroppo non mi ci rechero’ mai piu’!!
La prima volta sono entrato e mi sono posizionato davanti al bancone non esagero per 10 minuti a tutti veniva chiesto cosa desideravano tranne che a me!!! persa la pazienza mi sono allontanato senza consumare.
La seconda volta oggi 18/8/2023 ore 08.00, stessa commessa, ci riprovo ordino cappuccino e cornetto alla crema; mi viene servito il cappuccino senza il cornetto. Lo richiedo, la signora che forse e’ meglio che cambi mestiere mi risponde”a si glielo do subito”, ma nel frettempo entrano altre persone e chiede loro prego desidera? del cornetto alla crema nessuna notizia.
Mi reco alla cassa e chiedo posso pagare? prego dica: un cappuccino. Del cornetto ancora nessuna notizia.
Mai piu in questa pasticceria. Sconsiglio vivamentte.
