15/08/2025: Worse than that, eating directly into the kitchen exhaust.
We booked at 8:30 PM and were made to sit under the kitchen exhaust, with ash and oil falling on us. No one warned us; we only noticed after we sat down.
It took 20 minutes to get the menus (just because we asked), then we asked to move. "Two minutes and the table's ready," they told us. 20 minutes passed, and no one showed up. We got up, tried to make ourselves noticed... ignored. Another 15 minutes of nothing. We left.
Unacceptable hygiene conditions, nonexistent service. Never again.
15/08/2025: If you want to dine in a dirty, poorly maintained environment, under a shower of grease in the middle of summer, this is the place.
For everyone else: not recommended.
I made reservations for four people at this pizzeria well in advance, respecting the time they indicated.
Upon arrival, I went to the cashier to provide the name of the reservation, but I was only acknowledged after the manager had finished sipping a drink.
Our table was located near the hood and not far from the oven: not exactly ideal on an August evening, with the stifling heat and dripping oil.
After 20 minutes, we were given the menus (requested by us).
Given the situation, we asked three different people if we could move (we had also noticed an empty table for four), but the answer was always the same: "in a couple of minutes." Result: we waited another 25 minutes without any changes.
When a fourth waiter arrived to take our order, we again pointed out the problem. Without even responding, he moved on to the next table.

17/08/2025: Food is not bad but is far from good. Chocolate cake with vanila ice cream looked like grocery store bought choko muffin. Yes, terrace and lake view are nice but not worth it.
15/08/2025: I stayed for 2 nights room good view ,Restaurant good food but just the reception (lady not friendly ! and when we're asked some thing more detail she love to make her face like complain and up set!!

22/08/2025: Terrible experience. The tall woman who works at the restaurant has a terrible attitude and looks miserable. Avoid this place at all costs if you want a good dinner with good service.
22/08/2025: First of all: I got a table and food there very spontaneously. I'm grateful for that. The food also came very quickly. It took less than 10 minutes for the fettucine to arrive, prepared in a large cheese wheel. The portion was relatively large. The taste was okay. It wasn't outstanding. But it wasn't bad either. Now comes the big but... the service was completely distracted. The waiters were very hectic and running everywhere. It must be said, though, that it was very busy. Despite that, they weren't attentive. On top of that, we paid €15 (I think) per head for the cover charge. The final blow came when the waiter brought the bill and then said that the tip wasn't included. That was the end of it for me. He practically forced us to tip. I found his behavior very rude and intrusive. The service was really bad, and then to stand there and demand a tip like that was very intrusive. I won't go there again.

30/07/2025: Primero, la comida era deliciosa y a un precio justo, y el lugar es increíble para la gente ver y simplemente relajarse. ¡Pero! Tengo que decir, que el servicio y la amabilidad del personal fue la mejor parte. Mi esposa y yo viajamos mucho y a veces, en lugares como Bellagio, tienes personajes esbozados que solo quieren tu dinero para una comida sobrecara. Este es un lugar encantador con agradables pies a la tierra y gente amable con buena comida. Gracias a ellos.

14/07/2025: Heerlijk gegeten, vrij forse porties en bijzondere smaken. Net wat afwijkend van wat je doorgaans krijgt. Bijzonder smaakvolle gerechten en super vriendelijk personeel.
12/07/2025: Un prezzo medio/alto che andrebbe anche bene se i piatti fossero rapportati anche al livello qualitativo. Ravioli al nero di seppia, farciti con salmone e crema al limone, ma talmente pepati da fare scomparire completamente tutti gli altri sapori. Cottura eccessivamente al dente. Personale di sala simpatico, titolare/cuoco un po' meno. Al momento di pagare ho fatto notare le pecche e, invece di mostrare un segno di scuse (che so... almeno un limoncello) ha provato a giustificare il piatto quasi a contestare la mia annotazione come quella di chi non capisce la cucina. In genere, il pepe serve a nascondere la qualità scadente dei prodotti.

07/07/2025: ¡¡¡La familia más increíble!!! Hemos estado visitando a estos muchachos durante más de diez años desde Nueva Zelanda y la ubicación, el servicio, la comida, todo en este lugar es para morirse. Bajando por un pequeño sendero al costado de Bellagio, se puede nadar. La última vez nos quedamos 8 horas y fue el mejor día.
Hoy sólo tuvimos unas pocas horas -
Te amamos: de tu familia de Nueva Zelanda. Nos vemos pronto

15/02/2025: Gradevole serata celebrata con il Toc,specialita del posto,che raduna tutti intorno a un tavolo rotondo facendo in modo che la serata diventi consociata e allegra. Alla polenta vengono associati salumi,bolliti,misultin e cotechino. E per concludere un vin brule' che aiuta la digestione. Prezzo per nulla caro

17/06/2024: Ich wollte mit meinem Sohn in dem Restaurant zu Abend essen. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass es keinen Platz für uns gibt, obwohl nur ein Tisch besetzt war. Seit Jahrzehnten bin ich in 5 Sterne Hotels zu Gast. Dieses Ereignis habe ich zum Anlass genommen Bellagio zu verlassen. Das Personal ist nicht nur unhöflich, sondern hat scheinbar keine gute Menschenkenntnis!
13/06/2024: Paramos en el bar para tomar unas copas por la noche (nos alojamos en el Hotel Florence de al lado). Hermoso bar, un montón de cómodas zonas de estar, y un gran pianista le dio un ambiente maravilloso. El servidor era muy atento y realmente tratan de que sea una experiencia para sus huéspedes. Muchas bebidas / cócteles en el menú llevan el nombre de personas famosas, caro pero divertido. Una buena manera de terminar una noche.

11/05/2025: Our family of 8 visited Salice Blu for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The food was excellent, and the chef Luigi made us feel quite special. The decor and the service were all excellent. We made our reservation in advance through the website.
21/04/2025: Nuestro restaurante favorito en Bellagio. Es un taxi corto desde la orilla del lago, a solo cinco minutos en coche hasta la cima de la colina. El restaurante es precioso por dentro y por fuera. Nos sentamos dentro donde pudimos ver al chef Luigi y su familia preparar las comidas. Luigi seleccionó el vino y preparó cócteles junto a la mesa. Camilla seleccionó un aceite de oliva fantástico que era tan bueno que nos llevamos a casa tres botellas extra. Mamá Flora preparó con cariño una ensalada con piñas y tomates que fue la perfección. Luigi era muy servicial a nuestras alergias alimentarias. Nuestra primera cena fue tan encantadora que cambiamos nuestra reserva para la cena de Pascua para poder comer en Salice Blue una segunda vez antes de salir de la ciudad. Durante dos noches comimos pasta, carne de res y langosta, todo cocinado a la perfección. Nuestras cenas en Salice Blue fueron lo más destacado de nuestro viaje a Bellagio.

23/08/2023: This cafe has very good prices compared to the ridiculously expensive cafes around! I was impressed to get a glass of Aperol and a mini cold plate, but there was no seat fee... the best👍 Cheese, olives, salami, wine, and a glass of Aperol each cost €12.
