24/08/2024: La qualité des plats ne vaut pas le prix demander. Nous y sommes allé il y a quelques jours la cuisine est fade, le canard mal cuit et il restait encore des bouts de plume.... Bref, le ramage n'est pas à la hauteur du plumage... 😅

10/08/2024: We got 2 pizza margarita for takeaway. Each costs 7.50 euros. Way cheaper then the pizzarias on the main street. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Quick service. Pizza was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. It is a hidden gem

07/08/2024: Loved this place. We ordered take-away pizza a couple of times, there are plenty of options, including vegetarian ones. The pizzas are made just as you order them with fresh ingredients. The waiters/cooks are really nice and close (they speak out loud, but remember that you are in Southern Europe, that's great!).

11/06/2024: Terrible unqualified staff, we asked for the menu and were told we're coming, after 20 minutes I got up upset that no one had considered us and stopped a waiter and asked him can we have the menu to order and was told I won't take care of this, ask the my colleague, we sat for 45 minutes and finally the menu arrived, he takes the order from us, another waiter all sweaty and smelly, poor guy, he wasn't nice, I'm sorry for him, we placed the order and another thing arrives, let's ask, look what's going on it was a mistake we didn't order this he replies that if we don't want to wait any longer there was this my wife and I got up and we left for 1 hour and a half and we didn't even drink or eat. Disorganization at the maximum place to review for the staff breathtaking view and we will never return

24/06/2024: Un endroit bucolique sur le bord du lac avec une vue magnifique, sur le lac, les montagnes et les nombreux bateaux puisque a proximité directe des embarcadères. Cet endroit magnifique sous entend une cuisine magnifique également, malheureusement ce n'est pas le cas, la cuisine est bonne, mais nous avons eu l'impression qu'il valait vendre la table pour un service suivant, les plats s'enchainent assez vite, à peine le temps de finir l'entrée que le plat suivant est servi. La cuisine est plutôt correct, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas favorable mais vous êtes à Bellagio, situé ultra touristique et sur une excellent place au bord du lac à l'ombre des muriers donc correct.

24/06/2024: TERRIBLE service from a waiter at the bar and the Peruvian manager (who by the way told us the hotel was her house 😂) They were extremely rude and loud, yelling and fighting in front of everyone. Very bad experience, I do not recommend it at all! Basically you only pay for the view because service is AWFUL!!!

03/08/2024: We waited 35 minutes to receive the appetizers (including the invitation not to order the missoltini). After 35 minutes the starters arrive and after just 5 minutes the first courses too. By the time we finished the appetizers and first courses we ate them cold. Zero apologies or desire to solve the obvious problem. I will never return.

05/07/2024: I've never been served such a sad dish at restaurant.... My son of 12 can cook better. I'll let the picture speak for itself: dry fish ( had to be cod but was definitely not)with a crust around, which is much tastier from the freezer in the supermarket and some hot vegetables without any seasoning. Nothing of salt & pepper or olive oil as you had to ask for this separately.

23/08/2023: This cafe has very good prices compared to the ridiculously expensive cafes around! I was impressed to get a glass of Aperol and a mini cold plate, but there was no seat fee... the best👍 Cheese, olives, salami, wine, and a glass of Aperol each cost €12.

04/09/2024: I’m afraid the poor reviews are right. Ok for an aperitif - they can’t ruin a cold drink and the Pimms was ok. But don’t go there for food or coffee. I could not believe Italians could make such terrible coffee.

30/08/2024: Bezocht in januari 2024. Een van de weinigen bar die open was waar je wat kon eten en drinken. Kwaliteit redelijk tot matig. Vrij prijzig.

08/08/2024: Asked for help about finding some boat rides close by. Was told they had no connections with boat companies so had no idea. Expected a hotel on the lakefront to do better.

08/08/2024: Gluten-free pizza really, really sucks. It is an industrial perforated base like schar with a layer of packaged puree like Pomi' on top. When the waiter asked me how it was I told him and he promptly left. Maybe it can work for foreign tourists who perhaps have different tastes, but not for us Italians and we also feel cheated for the quality of the food they are giving us. However, left it all on the plate, paid and left with the note of never returning again and the review was a duty towards those who, looking for some gluten-free options, might come across this "place".
