16/01/2026: A very nice restaurant with a lovely terrace and interior. Tastefully decorated and very friendly, attentive, and well-trained staff. The wine list is well-chosen, and our waiter was very knowledgeable about "his" wines. We opted for a sparkling wine, and the story behind it made it taste even better. We were so tempted to buy that very same sparkling wine at the nearby winery afterward. Back to the restaurant itself: it's a bit of an experiential dining experience, without being over the top. An amuse-bouche as a small appetizer, various small bread bites, cleverly and interestingly selected dishes with typical regional products, right down to the rosemary meringue with the espresso – all in all, a wonderful dining experience.

07/03/2026: We chose Dalie e Fagioli inspired by the online menu and because we'd been wanting to try it for a while but never had the chance. A truly wonderful discovery.
The restaurant amazed us: excellent service and incredible customer care. We were looked after from start to finish with great attention and even a lot of kindness.
The stuffed pappardella was truly delicious, and the torta di rose was simply dreamy. In fact, every dish we tried amazed us.
A truly worthwhile place. We'll be back and recommend it ❤️
04/03/2026: I've been to Osteria Dalie e Fagioli for lunch a couple of times and I'm sure I'll be back very soon. The service is attentive and friendly, the dishes I've tried are truly excellent, made with quality ingredients, and the value is excellent. I highly recommend it!

07/08/2025: We had a wonderful meal here. Kudos to this restaurant. We enjoyed some fantastic wine. The service was very friendly. We will definitely be back.
19/07/2025: The website advertised the shop's opening hours from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. We arrived at 4:30 p.m. The shop door was open. After wandering around for a bit, we suddenly ran into someone. They gave us a curt answer: "The shop isn't open." That was the end of the visit. If their limoncello is as good as their attitude, it must be a bit bland.

23/07/2025: Locale tranquillo, accogliente e pulito, dalla terrazza una vista eccezionale. Personale accogliente, gentile e preparato. Cibo di qualità. Prezzo corretto. Un locale che non mi delude mai.
30/06/2025: Da anni non frequentavo questo ristorante, ne avevo un ricordo strepitoso, purtroppo il presente non è all'altezza del passato. Forse una serata storta? Ma il fatto che in piena estate il locale fosse praticamente vuoto non è un buon segnale. Piatti banali con prezzi alti, poco saporiti. Servizio cordiale.

Cucina sicuramente sopra la media…pizza di qualità, per non parlare dei dolci fatti in casa….eccezionali!!!
25/01/2025: Situato in contesto caratteristico, ambiente accogliente, cibo ottimo e proprietari molto gentili. Torneremo sicuramente anche nella bella stagione, per provare i tavoli all’aperto.
