29/06/2026: We spent a pleasant evening with the family, enjoying delicious traditional dishes (casoncelli in particular) and more, and enjoying a spectacular view of the lake. The only downside is the slow service, so if you're in a hurry, it's not for you.
27/06/2026: Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.
We initially submitted a reservation request online. We received neither a confirmation nor a rejection. We then spent over two hours trying to reach the restaurant by phone to inquire and potentially make a reservation. However, the phone number was consistently unreachable.
Since we received no response, we drove to the restaurant at our own expense. Upon arrival, we were simply informed that they were fully booked. When we explained that we had tried calling multiple times and had already submitted an online request, we received only the response: "I'm sorry, it's not my fault."
Of course, a restaurant being fully booked can happen. However, what is unacceptable is the lack of communication. No response to the online request, no one was reachable by phone, and on-site, there was no attempt to resolve the situation or any understanding for the problem.
This is very disappointing, as it makes you feel like a customer is not being taken seriously.

GOEN Ristorante Pizzeria Long Drink

10/06/2026: A mixed experience. Excellent food, quality ingredients, modern and pleasant atmosphere with a terrace overlooking the lake. It's a shame we waited about an hour and a half for a first course despite the restaurant not being full. To be fair, I confirm that we were offered a coffee and a bottle of water to compensate for the mix-up. Thank you so much, I would have preferred to have dinner with my family. Hoping this is an isolated incident, I recommend the restaurant!
09/06/2026: I didn't eat, so I can't rate the food. But I want to mention their kindness. On May 30th, a Para-Triathlon event for children with disabilities was held in front of the restaurant (a beautiful day, but the road was closed). I came in for breakfast (coffee and croissant) and to use the restrooms. I was truly touched by the fact that they volunteered breakfast for the children and their chaperones. Thank you!!

La Brasera trattoria

01/06/2026: Lured by the grilled option, we stopped by, hoping to be treated to something that would set this restaurant apart from the ubiquitous pizza and pasta. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster, and I warn against dining there. The dishes we ordered were sea bass and lamb chops, plus grilled vegetables. Regarding the fish: it was completely unseasoned. Nothing, no salt or spices whatsoever. It was also dry as a bone and burnt. The "hit," however, were the grilled vegetables. They were partially cold, and the piece of red cabbage was absolutely bitter! Disgusting. I should add that I asked for the fish to be served as a single ingredient, even though it's listed with salad and something else on the menu. I only asked for the fish, nothing more... But of course, I was charged for the entire set, €22... No apology for the sour and bitter cabbage, no deduction from the set of unsolicited sides. No reflection. One big scam. I'll just mention that the lamb chops were practically boneless with very little meat... A disgrace. The only positive about this trip was the decor. However, it was sweltering inside (and it was 7:00 PM). The bottom line is: great potential, wasted in every respect...
03/05/2026: The casoncelli di magro are really good, and the vertically skewered meat carousel is a truly excellent specialty. They also offer vegan options and you can bring your dog. They even brought us a bowl of water. Excellent service and really friendly staff.

06/06/2026: Delicious and authentic homemade Italian food. The service was very friendly. The restaurant is slightly tucked away from the main pedestrian street, so you can eat here away from the hustle and bustle. I definitely recommend it.
29/05/2026: A charming family-run trattoria where you can enjoy generous and excellent traditional cuisine. All this at a remarkable price. A truly wonderful place to discover.

18/06/2026: The location is beautiful, almost right on the lake. The food was also good and tasty. However, it was rather expensive for the amount of food.
13/04/2026: Group lunch, a cured meats appetizer with delicious giardiniera, and two first courses: a fantastic mushroom risotto, delicious, and very good ravviloni with butter and sage, good house wine and water, tiramisu, and espresso with a touch of spice.
The atmosphere was well-kept and clean.
Impeccable and very courteous service.
Compliments to the chef. Very good food.

25/02/2026: We stopped for lunch, completely unplanned.
The place was half-empty, and the service was friendly (except for one young woman who was clearly annoyed by our presence).
The first courses were average, the second courses were delicious.
The downsides: side dishes from the day before were an unacceptable €6, a 700ml bottle of water was €3, and a cover charge was €3.
2 first courses, 1 second course, a side dish, and 2 waters: €60

22/03/2026: The pizza is excellent, the menu is a bit limited. Prices are high, in my opinion. A negative: when I got home, my clothes were still smelling of frying. The signage outside is sparse; if you don't know where it is, you won't notice it when you walk by.
03/03/2026: WARNING: CHILDREN NOT WELCOME!
I've been to this restaurant several times and, unfortunately, I've often turned a blind eye to various poor service without ever complaining. Now I won't do so again. I've had several occasions where they've forgotten ingredients on pizzas, where it's impossible to make any changes—not even the slightest—and where I've had to wait interminably long lines.
On one occasion, I was served a different pizza than the one I ordered. I decided to eat it anyway without having it remade as they suggested, but when it came time for the bill, I was charged the full amount down to the last cent, with no regard for the mistake.
The most unpleasant incident, however, occurred during my last visit. After an hour of waiting for dessert, my 2-year-old son asked if he could get up and walk toward the entrance without disturbing anyone. At that point, the waitress abruptly reprimanded us, saying, "The child must sit at the table." We replied that if dessert arrived in a reasonable amount of time, we would have finished and left. The attitude was harsh and unsympathetic, clearly giving the impression that the presence of children was not at all welcome.
The prices are high; while the pizza is good, it doesn't justify the expense, much less the inattentive and unfriendly service. I will never return.

26/03/2025: Ristorante, top, a pochi passi dal lago D'Iseo, Accogliente, il cibo gustosissimo è poi puoi scegliere fra tanti tipi di vino, di ALTO LIVELLO, Atmosfera fantastica, ti senti coccolato dal proprietario e da tutto lo staff, molto professionale.

20/04/2025: Location spettacolare e vista magnifica, ma solo quella e’ la nota positiva . Sono spiacente dover recensire in maniera negativissima la qualità del cibo unitamente all’incapacità nel cucinare. Antipasti immangiabili , il rosbeaff sembrava cartone maleodorante, le uova di quaglia fritte erano durissime (sicuramente riscaldate) , primi e secondi piatti senza sale e senza sapore , si salvavano solo i cappellacci, il dolce scarso ma decente . Se volete appagare lo sguardo e’ consigliato ma appagherete solo quello! ed è un vero peccato perché una location così bella meriterebbe davvero un ristorante alla stessa altezza .
14/04/2025: Avevamo scelto 5 menù’ degustazione e 1 alla carta per intolleranza. Nel menù degustazione telefonicamente era stato concordato ci fossero anche formaggi che non sono stati portati. Una cameriera lì ha proposti ma dopo mezz’ora un’altra consegnava i primi. Abbiamo chiesto del grana per condire i primi ed è arrivato SPORCO di spezie.
Le cameriere continuavano a girare a vuoto prestando un servizio lento e disorganizzato.
La cameriera più anziana ( probabilmente la proprietaria ) molto scortese e maleducata sia telefonicamente che di persona: mai più!!!
Bellissimo il posto, il paesaggio e gli animali.
Pessimo il servizio.
