23/05/2025: Incredibly bad service and atmosphere, Everyone in the family ordered pizza (there are four of us) and my parents got their pizzas not long after they ordered them, while my younger sister and I got ours an hour later. When my dad asked why it took so long, he was met by a rude waiter who complained that he had started at 9, but it's not our fault 🤷♀️, and that the table we were seated at was next to the counter which made it smell like sewage. Will never go here again.
21/05/2025: The food is very good, the service impeccable and the atmosphere is very pleasant, right on the shores of Lake Garda. The staff is very kind and helpful! I highly recommend!

05/06/2025: We were only there for two nights, but the food was so impressive that we immediately made a reservation for the second evening.
The food was excellent in terms of taste and quality!
Great value for money. The entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive!
We'll definitely be back if we're in the area.
05/06/2025: It's a very nice restaurant, cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. Menu has a wide selection of dishes, all the portions we ate were excellent.

22/03/2025: Non andateci, costa troppo e il servizio è scadente e sono maleducati. Un camparino soda 6 euro. Assolutamente non consigliato se guadagni meno di 300k al mese.

01/06/2025: Just keep your hands off it! Your vacation doesn't deserve this.
The food was bad and sometimes lukewarm/undercooked, the wine was warm, the service was rude, the items on the bill were incorrect, and they were really expensive.
When you complain, they get short-tempered, almost aggressive. It's just unacceptable.

Fleischspiess viel zu lange gegrillt - Fleisch zu trocken
Dessert zwar einfach Gebäckstücke) aber gut
Für das Essen , incll, Wein, Wasser und cafe 45€ mehr als ok

My husband and I travel a lot for work, so we are used to staying in different hotels. Unfortunately, due to bad past experiences, we always ask - if possible - to be able to see the room before deciding whether to stay.
As soon as we arrived at the La Pergola hotel, we made this request politely, but the manager responded in an unkind way, saying that he didn't have time and that it was "take it or leave it". We felt unwelcome.
Breakfast was also very poor, with little choice and disappointing quality.
Overall, it wasn't a good experience and we definitely wouldn't return.
17/12/2024: Excellent quality/price ratio, room 220 where we stayed overnight is in an ideal location, very quiet and clean.
Excellent breakfast, plentiful and of good quality. Ample parking. Fantastic pool. We will definitely be back.

27/08/2024: Siamo andati a mangiare qui 4 volte in totale (la prima volta il cameriere non era molto contento a causa dei pochi clienti ma appena abbiamo potuto ha cambiato il suo coraggio!🥰) Quando siamo tornati ci hanno riconosciuto di nuovo.🍽️, il cibo era delizioso! Il servizio è stato ottimo 🤩 tutti sono gentili e accoglienti. L'ultima volta le pizze ci sono state servite extra carine! Sicuramente consigliato (CONSIGLIO: mangiate tutto quello che ordinate se siete una squadra felice wilt☺️) /
Have gone to eat here 4 times in total (first time the waiter was not so happy due to few customers but as soon as we could have turned his courage around!🥰) When we came back they had quickly recognized us back.🍽️, food was delicious! Service was great 🤩everyone is friendly and welcoming. Last time we got our pizzas served extra cute! Definitely recommend (TIP: eat everything you order if you are a happy team wilt☺️)
