01/06/2026: Pirlo saved for €7, with very good appetizers. Don't you dare park your bike in the area near the shack because you'll be immediately reprimanded by the bartender, claiming you're a cop. Also, be careful about smoking; they could smell weed coming from the beach, and they were pissing me off because they saw me smoking a cigarette!!! Never again!!!!!

05/04/2026: Been waiting for the food for more than one hour, nobody comes to ask for the status of the food. We sit before 1 pm and the resting will be closed at 3 pm. 2.30 we haven’t got our food.
So we decided to go out. Disappointing. I guess this lake or somewhere around here is not ready for an international tourist unlike lake Como.

25/06/2026: What a lovely Tea Garden. Beautifully situated and we were helped in a super friendly manner by Vincent. Thanks for that. The soup is definitely worth trying. The tea was also tasty. We also had a toasted sandwich and a beer. Gulpener beer from Limburg. All very delicious.

12/11/2025: What a charming hotel in a perfect location right on the lake! There are reserved parking spaces directly in front of the building. We had a lovely room with a small balcony. Not ultra-modern, but in excellent condition. We were the only guests in the hotel in November, yet we were still treated with great care. Breakfast was also excellent. The atmosphere by the lake was wonderful, both in the morning and in the evening. Clusane is less hectic than other towns on the lake, but has everything you need for a short break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

01/07/2026: At lunchtime, we fortified ourselves at the café with pastries and a Caffè Shakerato. Sitting under the many parasols on this hot summer day, we were truly comfortable and could relax and watch the world go by.
The pastries and the coffee, however, were rather unremarkable and nothing special for us. On the other hand, the service was incredibly fast and consistently friendly, which made the visit enjoyable overall.
25/06/2026: A side location on the square with a lake view. We only had ice cream. Unfortunately, we didn't really enjoy it, but perhaps we just made the wrong choice, as it was quite busy while other cafes were practically empty.
The service was friendly. No extra charge for the cover charge. That was a pleasant surprise, given the location!

10/06/2026: A classy dinner; the restaurant is overall satisfactory. The pizza crust is burnt, and the tiramisu is a bit solid. The service is fast and professional, and the atmosphere is clean and bright.

15/02/2026: I returned after two years, and I have to say I wasn't as happy as I was the last time.
Let's start with the premise that if you're missing ingredients, like mussels, for the peppered mussels, you don't add clams without asking. Furthermore, the tagliolini allo scoglio weren't tagliolini allo scoglio, but a fish sauce with only calamari and two shrimp, and the pasta's tips weren't cooked through.
I pointed this out to the waitress, and nothing changed except the usual smirk, and I went to report it to the chef.

29/05/2026: Beautiful bar/cafe right on the lake. Located a bit off the beaten track, very quiet and with a pleasant atmosphere.
10/04/2026: I understand the expense, I understand the location, etc., but €7 for a white wine with Campari (nothing exciting) is excessive. I didn't even see anything to eat, either. At that price, I expected at least half a chicken. Hehehehe. I'll never go back.

30/07/2025: IT fue simplemente muy bueno. Mucho mejor que la pizza media y kilómetros por delante de varias trampas turísticas cercanas.
Comida Italiano en su mejor momento: nu pelusa, simplemente bien preparado con buenos ingredientes. Tradicional pero creativo, sabroso y abundante. Ambiente y personal amable y por último, pero no menos importante: tampoco caro! Pagamos 85 € por comidas completas para 2 adultos y 2 niños pequeños (incluso se comieron sus pastas completas, una rara excepción )

Grazie ad una coppia di amici abbiamo conosciuto i due simpatici proprietari, che ci hanno raccontato la storia del locale.
Buon cibo, cura nei particolari ,qualità e varietà dei prodotti.
Si possono gustare carni provenienti da tutte le parti del mondo oltre che i prodotti tipici locali.
Personale simpatico e disponibile.
Consigliatissimo.
