Antica Trattoria Pie del Dos

22/12/2025: We went as a group on December 8th.
The girls were super friendly, the food was trattoria-style but with heart and elegance. The Casoncelli, the chicken liver soup, and the Brescian spit-roasted skewer (a must) were excellent. The polenta with spit-roasted butter deserves an honorable mention.
They also have a selection of wines and Franciacortas from lesser-known local producers. Highly recommended, and not expensive for what we ate and drank.

21/12/2025: A simple, rustic restaurant with an old-world charm. We ate well (it's not the first time I've eaten here, and I've always had a good experience). One point I can make is that (although I understand the management's needs), the fixed menu option with three choices (not explained in more detail during the reservation) for large groups of people isn't something we're particularly fond of. I'll definitely be back, because other than that, we've always had good food!

18/09/2025: What a fabulous place for pizza the pizza we had were fresh and made quickly over a wood fire - friendly guy making them the owner from Cairo Egypt - we sat had a couple of cold beers and two of the best pizza in Italy - definitely recommend and we will be back - cheap for the quality

08/11/2025: The breakfast was unique, nothing to complain about! The service was impeccable, but above all, smiling. I'll definitely be back.

13/02/2025: Pizza eccellente, leggera, fatta con prodotti genuini. È sempre bello incontrare lavoratori che amano ciò che fanno; sempre cordiali e disponibili, un servizio veloce anche nei weekend. Nonostante sia un posto piccolo e a lavorare siano in molti il locale è sempre pulitissimo.

08/02/2025: Ho chiesto un bicchiere di Lugana, la cameriera mi ha risposto non lo teniamo abbiamo solo cose elaborate. Un locale in franciacorta senza possibilità di bere il vino!!!!
24/12/2024: Poche parole . Siamo entrati freddo polare con spifferi e riscaldamento assente . Una stufetta senza senso in un angolo ! Per risparmiare . E noi al freddo . Cibo scadente . Ravioli adagiati nell acqua non scolati. Salumi cari e insapori . Patate novelle da super mercato coperte da formaggio . Spiedini con in mezzo la mostarda non adatti ad un bambino .Prezzi alti per un posto del genere . Insomma cari gestori ( le ragazze non c’entrano nulla messe lì per caso) ma siate professionali e seri !! La gente paga per un servizio non per stare male !!locale vuoto un motivo ci sarà.
