20/09/2025: Nosh is a restaurant that combines impeccable technique, authentic care, and a rare sense of balance. The cuisine is clearly rooted in tradition, yet modernized, maintaining authenticity. Each dish is coherent and rounded on the palate, leaving a clean mouth. The risotto is, without a doubt, THE signature dish: never banal, perfectly creamed, technically impeccable, with a lightness that doesn't sacrifice depth of flavor. The meat dishes are always memorable: from the tartare to the cutlet, to the spare rib. Luca in the kitchen and Stefano in the dining room demonstrate experience, vision, and potential. The dishes speak of research, passion, and technique; while the service combines precision and customer care. Desserts also deserve special mention, for their simplicity and flavor: from the Tarte Tatin to the Chocolate Fondant, they are a fitting finale to the gastronomic journey. A dessert can't be taken for granted, even if it's simply "good," often not even in a pastry shop, let alone a restaurant. Overall, Nosh is a place where you feel at ease and where there is a willingness to integrate feedback, transforming it into personal and coherent details, which makes the experience always lively and evolving.

14/06/2025: Everything so beautiful, perfect! Every dish ordered was presented amazingly delicate, already giving such satisfaction and excitement just by looking at it. Taste, not even to mention, very delicious. And the service was so kind, absolutely to revisit!!😍😍😍

16/12/2025: The place is now dated (when it rains, water leaks) and located in an area not convenient for free parking. BAR: Very good cappuccino and coffee. The brioche is not bad, but it's become expensive. The service staff is friendly and efficient, but the staff behind the counter is a bit sloppy... RESTAURANT: Excellent food and service. Prices are obviously above average.

21/07/2025: Good piada, they don't offer the discounts the parent company offers. Small Nutella piada was charged €1 for full price, even though the menu was advertised. Disreputable, customers feel cheated. I won't be back.

03/12/2025: Outrageous!! A cold welcome: it seemed like coming in at 12:30 was a nuisance, but oh well, it could be a bad day. We ask for two glasses of bubbly: they serve us the glasses without letting us taste them, without telling us what they were serving. We're already starting to think it's not the wrong day, but the place! Menu: non-existent. The lady (wearing an apron from the neighboring bakery that she tells us she's just acquired) tells us we can choose between two first courses and two second courses...we ask if it's possible to have an appetizer: seafood salad, period, no other choice. An interminable wait between the appetizer and the main course (which was one of the four listed, nothing "off the menu"). Last but not least, I ask to go to the restroom...the same lady accompanies me...outside, about 15-20 meters away across the street! Yes, this is definitely the wrong place!!

12/10/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Honorable mention for the cubotto, a delicious dessert I wasn't expecting. Impeccable service. My only criticism (constructive, of course) is the ambiance, which is undoubtedly well-kept, but suffers a bit from poor lighting and ambient noise.
