After almost ten years abroad I tried Attilio's pizza again. In recent years it has made an absurd change. At the first bite, the crust proved to be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, in a perfect balance of textures. The dough, light and digestible, served as a cushion for a riot of flavours. The tomato, fresh and juicy, went perfectly with the creamy mozzarella and fragrant basil. Each ingredient was in perfect harmony, creating an intoxicating explosion of flavour. This pizza is not just a food, but a symbol of joy, conviviality and love for cooking. A hymn to Italian tradition, reinterpreted with mastery and originality. I had the opportunity to exchange a few words with the owner, who proudly told me about his growth and learning journey. He studied with dedication, experimented with new techniques and flours, perfected his art day after day. His passion and commitment could be felt in every single bite. I will definitely come back to try the other specialties on the menu such as the innovative sushi-pizza! My mouth is already watering!

Impasti leggerissimi e condimenti top. Ormai noi è un’abitudine la domenica sera, dopo le partite, mangiare pizza e patatine al bancone. Non credo sia facile trovare un gommone così alto in zona.

Pizze super buone, impasto ottimo, peccato per i prezzi piuttosto alti...

È la prima volta che prendiamo la pizza da Attilio, una capricciosa e una nocina, una soddisfazione unica, peccato che abitiamo un pochino lontano ( Misano di gera d'Adda) ma ci ritorneremo. Attilio scusa se ti dò del tu! MA FAI DELLE PIZZE BUONISSIME! GRAZIEEEE
