24/07/2024: We stayed in this spectacular hotel during our second stage of the three lakes journey. What can I say, breathtaking views, clean, aesthetically beautiful and comfortable rooms. A beautiful swimming pool. Fabulous breakfast, young and professional staff!!

21/07/2024: It gives the impression that the hotel has undergone a shake-up since our last visit 5 years ago. A young team that felt inexperienced or clumsy in all areas took over this modest hotel. You still have to figure out where you actually want to go. On the one hand, there are cracks and gaps in the floor, no consistent covering of ledges and channels, shabby doors, dirty tablecloths, dirty seat cushions in the garden area burned by cigarettes. Then negative highlights like that on some days there were no towels to change - then you get bathrobes to dry off without comment. Furthermore, there is no refrigerator in the room. The breakfast buffet is not very loving, with few regional products and an almost identical selection every day, although things like bread also run out. On the other hand, you want to be at the “TOP”. Spa for single use only for 20 euros per person for 2 hours, Michelin star for the KITCHEN. 80 euros for an event evening per person - dinner with musical accompaniment. The concept is not coherent and we have to watch where it goes. The honest simplicity of 5 years ago, adorned with the friendliness and the typical Italian charm and the inspiring humanity cannot be felt at the moment. But this was what excited us and therefore prevents us from continuing to recommend this hotel without reservation. We will closely monitor future reviews and base any future bookings on this. As I said, we weren't treated unkindly, but without any temperament and the noticeable joy we had at the time when working on and for the guests and customers. We wish the whole team a quick turnaround and fun and joy in the work that the guests can also see and feel. Unfortunately, climate engineering or geoengineering is also very noticeable. We didn't have a single day with clear visibility and really blue skies. The weather was very poor and, as we learned from locals in restaurants, very untypical. Little good rain, lots of thunderstorms and heavy rain. The locals should pay more attention to this in order to preserve the really beautiful area in the long term.

13/08/2024: Month of August, sun, emerald green lake, reservation at this restaurant for my husband and me. They reached our expectations with very refined and excellent quality cuisine... kindness and courtesy completed the day... I recommend going without hesitation.

13/08/2024: Restaurant with panoramic terrace with a spectacular view of Lake Iseo. The dishes are excellent and well crafted, with a combination of flavors that emerge distinctly in each course. The service is attentive and always present.

09/08/2024: This is a lovely place: we received a warm welcome and were made to feel special throughout the evening. Wonderful fish from the lake, excellent service and a friendly vibe. We loved it so much the first time we came (six years ago) that we had to return and were not disappointed!

26/07/2024: Excellent terrace on the lake, food between the tradition of lake fish products and the innovation of chef Cristian. The quality of the raw materials and the wide choice of wines are fantastic. After dinner the chef also becomes an excellent philosopher, how could you not drink a signature grappa with him while having a chat. Highly recommended.

19/08/2024: On the recommendation of Ristorante Al Guelfo, we booked a table at Just do Eat. (Al Guelfo was full that evening and the best person referred us) When we arrived at Just do Eat, it did not immediately look very pleasant. A sports club, tennis court, plastic chairs and tables.... But the food they had was incredible. delicious pizzas! The best of Lake Iseo! Good traditional choice but also the 'extensive' pizzas with special ingredients. Everything fresh and delicious! Super friendly and nice staff, best prices! sufficient parking space. This place is definitely recommended and we will 100% definitely come back here! TOP!

11/08/2024: A must in Riva di Solto! A breathtaking view over the lake and great service! At lunchtime there is a two-course menu from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. with options and including water for €12 per person (see attached pictures)!! But the pizzas etc. leave nothing to be desired!

29/07/2024: Small hidden restaurant for a delicious dinner. The staff exudes a great Italian atmosphere. Dishes are prepared with love and taste excellent. A real insider tip is the dessert.

28/07/2024: Even though you are charged by 2,5 Eur for the service, the first waiter (young guy) was very rood and impolite to our company. When he brought the food, he pretended that he does not speak English and spoke, explained everything to us in Italy, seeing that we do not understand Italian. When we asked - why are you so angry and rood, he answered perfect English. We asked the manager to change the waiter and they did it, though the atmoshere was already ruined. This is the example how bad service can ruine whole evening. If this restaurant do not want to have tourist, they can say it publicly, not with such a bad service
