02/04/2026: Warm welcome upon entry, very friendly waiter at the table, wobbly table, and not ideal in the hallway. Roast beef with tigelle was very good, roast potatoes on the side were a bit salty. Tiramisu was always very good.

UPDATED REVIEW:
I've been using The Fork for about five years. Everywhere I've gone with the discount, they've always issued an invoice without any problems.
We called The Fork last night after leaving the restaurant, and they confirmed that we can issue an invoice without any problems and that they will take this situation into consideration.
I note that initially, it was "the program is blocking me," and after two minutes, it changed to "50% of them already understand that if I issue an invoice, I'll pay too much tax."
And finally, it started with, "It sounds like a small loan."
Everything has been reported, don't worry.

The Fork also confirms that this is not true. They notified the Guardia di Finanza this morning, and they will take action on the situation.
09/11/2025: We waited an hour and a half for pizzas even though the place wasn't busy, and the same for drinks.
Terrible service, pizzas with good ingredients but expensive and burned.
If you eat in the marquee outside, you'll freeze to death.
Not recommended.

11/02/2026: I call to ask if they have room for six people and if they do gluten-free, and they say yes. We arrive within a few minutes. I ask again at the door if they can confirm a gluten-free pizza or menu, and they say yes and seat us. When the waitress comes to order, gluten-free pizza isn't available... only risotto (or vegetables). What did I do wrong?

20/12/2025: Good evening, I'd like to report that after waiting 15 minutes to order at the kiosk, I went to the cashier to order and the clerk, in a very irritated tone, told me they could only take orders from the kiosk. In fact, the week before, I had gone to the cashier to order because the kiosk was busy and I was in a hurry, and no one even blinked an eye. I'd also like to report Jessica (as noted on the receipt) because, immediately afterward, because I was in a hurry, I requested my order via Deliveroo and she delivered the Tewisters fries in a DIRTY, USED paper container with falafel residue all over it.
Another time, I asked to pay at the cashier to use the employee discount, but the clerk insisted on taking the order from the kiosk. After explaining that I couldn't use the employee discount on the kiosk, she replied that she couldn't do anything about it.
I'm attaching a photo of the dirty falafel container (WHICH I DIDN'T ORDER) and the chips.

05/01/2026: Terrible service, the girl at the cash register actually said "fuck" to people, never again, the staff were rude to the max.
19/11/2025: This morning at 10:30 (and it's the second time this has happened), we arrive at the counter to order two coffees. There's only one girl busy cleaning the counter, then the trays, and then preparing the orders for those seated. She was working her butt off, but poor thing, she couldn't perform miracles. The people behind us, annoyed by the wait, left.
To my question: are you alone? Answer: no, the colleague is in the back.
Extremely long wait!

The products are good; I also tried the savory brunch, which is very good.
The Nutella toast, which they have in both a large and small version, is also very good.

Arrived at 8 still at 10 they were supposed to serve us only the drinks arrived and they were wrong....they were upset rude they did not help us in anything a simple platter of cold cuts as a start never arrived to my complaint instead of apologizing they justified themselves saying that there were a lot of people... shame that we were the first guests to have arrived....rude ill-mannered zero professionalism they should close

02/05/2025: Peggiorato rispetto a qualche tempo fa, forse per carenza di personale ma tavolini già sporchi di mattina presto; tempi di attesa lunghi tra il pagamento e il servizio... Brioche di loro produzione sempre buone anche se le fanno pagare come in pasticceria!
19/04/2025: Ho proprio voglia di un bell’hamburger oggi! E dopo averlo ordinato e quasi pagato l’addetta non me lo fa perché “sono le 14 e ho già pulito la piastra”. Ma vi sembra normale che in un punto di ristoro nei pressi dell’aeroporto e di sabato, si smetta di fare da mangiare alle 14?! A che ora ha iniziato a “pulire la piastra”? Alle 13.30? E poi almeno un cartello così evito di fare la fila, è possibile metterlo?
