15/10/2023: TOTAL LACK OF CORRECTNESS I sit down to order a Spritz Campari while waiting for my phone to be repaired at the adjacent Apple Store. At Drink List price €6, the girl who takes the order tells me "I have to make you pay immediately". I've never seen people pay for the food sitting at the table before it's even brought, but I ignore it and reply ok. €7.10. To which I show the price on the menu and I am told: "the prices are not updated". Given that this is illegal because by law the declared and written price is authentic. Since I am a sales person, I point this out and I am told "the price is what I told you". I don't want to argue, so I get up and leave. To prove what has been said, I attach photos of the Drink List.

28/07/2024: Se volete mangiare qualcosa di buono e veloce questo NON è il posto giusto. Dopo aver scelto due focacce con dentro le verdure, ci è stato detto che non avevano più verdura e che tutte le focacce con esse non c'erano. Erano le 12.20 e non le 16. Abbiamo quindi ordinato una focaccia Roma (Prosciutto cotto, pomodoro, insalata), una piadina Roma (stessi ingredienti) e due insalate chiamate "croccanti". Il croccante secondo loro è dato dal pollo "croccante" accompagnato da lattuga, pomodori, mais e Mozzarella. Finalmente dopo 30 minuti esatti ci arriva da mangiare ma eravamo pronti per andar via. A parte noi c'erano solo altri 2 tavoli che mangiavano. La cameriera, invece di scusarsi, ci ha detto che insomma, le cose hanno bisogno di tempo per scaldarsi. Vabbè, forse non ha mai cucinato una focaccia e un'insalata. l pollo "croccante" altro non era che una cotoletta prefritta di pollo ricompattato, quello che mangiano i bambini. Neanche un semplice petto di pollo. Per non parlare della Mozzarella, pessima! Peccato, perché in Italia la buona Mozzarella abbonda. Che brutto pranzo. State lontani da questo posto!
