UPDATED REVIEW:
I've been using The Fork for about five years. Everywhere I've gone with the discount, they've always issued an invoice without any problems.
We called The Fork last night after leaving the restaurant, and they confirmed that we can issue an invoice without any problems and that they will take this situation into consideration.
I note that initially, it was "the program is blocking me," and after two minutes, it changed to "50% of them already understand that if I issue an invoice, I'll pay too much tax."
And finally, it started with, "It sounds like a small loan."
Everything has been reported, don't worry.

The Fork also confirms that this is not true. They notified the Guardia di Finanza this morning, and they will take action on the situation.
09/11/2025: We waited an hour and a half for pizzas even though the place wasn't busy, and the same for drinks.
Terrible service, pizzas with good ingredients but expensive and burned.
If you eat in the marquee outside, you'll freeze to death.
Not recommended.

28/10/2025: It's great to be able to eat well for a fair price. The shopping center is very pleasant for those arriving at or departing from Bergamo Airport, as it's easily accessible on foot across the street.

04/12/2025: Having high standards of hospitality and customer service isn't enough to satisfy a customer; you also need to hire and/or train the right people. It's clear that the problem stems precisely from a lack of ability to select the right resources for this type of work.
P.S.: Staff training isn't enough if the staff you choose aren't suited to working in this sector. Furthermore, if the "training" you claim to provide daily isn't provided by those who themselves aren't suited to the role, the end result is a terrible experience.

23/11/2025: Driven by curiosity, I wanted to try this kebab with my partner.
We had two different kebabs for takeout—I had the classic chicken one, and she had the veal and turkey one. However, the packaging didn't indicate which one was which, and incredibly, the flavor was the SAME, so I don't know what we ate.
The kebabs, which cost double what they cost at any other kebab shop, were really small, and reading the other comments, I understand this is a shared opinion.
The flavor, unfortunately, was the worst part (so maybe it was better that it was small); they were extremely salty and had NO other flavor.
The fries and falafel were average.
In short, for two kebabs, fries, and three falafels (that's all), we spent €28, when any other kebab shop would have charged me half (or less) and they would have tasted much better.
I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone who hates wasting money.

05/07/2025: We came here at midnight while stopping between flights at the airport. Great cocktails, table service with drinks, lovely vibe on a warm night, and they didn't hurt us at all.

19/11/2025: This morning at 10:30 (and it's the second time this has happened), we arrive at the counter to order two coffees. There's only one girl busy cleaning the counter, then the trays, and then preparing the orders for those seated. She was working her butt off, but poor thing, she couldn't perform miracles. The people behind us, annoyed by the wait, left.
To my question: are you alone? Answer: no, the colleague is in the back.
Extremely long wait!

07/12/2025: I can only give a short review because we tried to eat but couldn't: there was no one in front of the register for a long time, neither before nor after us. There was no one at the register... in the kitchen there were two girls moving around... we're coming now, one says from the counter... we wait some more... another girl comes out of the kitchen after a while, starting with "the kitchen is crowded, you have to wait..." We looked around, there was no one... well, we left. Like us other potential customers, seeing that they weren't being taken into account either, they left. I would advise the owner of the place to go and have an inspection done to reorganize the kitchen and order management... 🤷♂️

13/10/2025: Good ice cream, the smell of ammonia a little less so.
Yesterday (Sunday - 7:45 PM), we went to GNAM for ice cream with TWO CHILDREN. We sat down, and the lady had the brilliant idea of poisoning us by snot-smelling ammonia all over the place. Imagine us sitting there eating ice cream, and her snot-smelling all over us, and the kids starting to cough. Even us adults were bothered, because after all, it's not the best thing to eat ice cream and be surrounded by...
22/09/2025: We had a tub of gelato yesterday. Terrible service, the guy was very kind, nothing to complain about, but he was absolutely incapable of making a tub of gelato. I've worked in gelato shops for many years and I know it's not easy to make it well (even if it looks like it). I don't know if this guy was in training or what, but he made a complete mess of the tub... I asked for three flavors and he basically filled half the tub with just one of the three. The last flavor obviously didn't fit any more gelato, so he barely put any in. He should be taught how to make tubs before putting him to work. The gelato isn't good at all; I know a lot about it, and it's truly awful. I definitely won't be going back, and I don't recommend it (at least for gelato, I don't know about the rest).

Arrived at 8 still at 10 they were supposed to serve us only the drinks arrived and they were wrong....they were upset rude they did not help us in anything a simple platter of cold cuts as a start never arrived to my complaint instead of apologizing they justified themselves saying that there were a lot of people... shame that we were the first guests to have arrived....rude ill-mannered zero professionalism they should close

02/05/2025: Peggiorato rispetto a qualche tempo fa, forse per carenza di personale ma tavolini già sporchi di mattina presto; tempi di attesa lunghi tra il pagamento e il servizio... Brioche di loro produzione sempre buone anche se le fanno pagare come in pasticceria!
19/04/2025: Ho proprio voglia di un bell’hamburger oggi! E dopo averlo ordinato e quasi pagato l’addetta non me lo fa perché “sono le 14 e ho già pulito la piastra”. Ma vi sembra normale che in un punto di ristoro nei pressi dell’aeroporto e di sabato, si smetta di fare da mangiare alle 14?! A che ora ha iniziato a “pulire la piastra”? Alle 13.30? E poi almeno un cartello così evito di fare la fila, è possibile metterlo?
