25/11/2024: On Sunday evening, returning from a trip, we wanted to stop for an aperitif before returning home.
The young lady who at that moment was serving the Cina bar said that we had to pay first in good time since we had been in the car for a long time, some of us had gone to the bathroom so we had to wait for everyone to be there at a certain point I saw a waiter pass by and I asked them if there was no one to take the order......he asked the young lady to do it and she very rudely replied that she had already said that you have to pay first, that's fine, I understand everything but these ways really with total disrespect to the work and customers, that is, as if we were unwelcome guests, the problem was that we were not at his house....we got up and removed the disturbance because faced with certain attitudes with a lack of professionalism we were disgusted
The time was between 6.30pm and 7.30pm on Sunday 24 November 2024
I hope that those in charge explain that patience and professionalism are needed at work.

Too bad only for the prices, for a plate of tortellini €12.90.
Original flavours.
Recommended instead of the usual sandwiches.

If the base lacks the desire to work, it is useless to rack your brains in customer-catching promos. Stay away!
24/01/2025: Excellent venue. The food is really good, I had the tagliatelle with meat sauce and they were really good. For dessert, try the fried gnocco with Nutella, delicious. Prices are average. If you download the App you can order comfortably from the table, skipping the queue, pay, even using prepaid credit, collect points and get free dishes.

I sit down to order a Spritz Campari while waiting for my phone to be repaired at the adjacent Apple Store.
At Drink List price €6, the girl who takes the order tells me "I have to make you pay immediately". I've never seen people pay for the food sitting at the table before it's even brought, but I ignore it and reply ok.
€7.10. To which I show the price on the menu and I am told: "the prices are not updated".
Given that this is illegal because by law the declared and written price is authentic.
Since I am a sales person, I point this out and I am told "the price is what I told you".
I don't want to argue, so I get up and leave.
To prove what has been said, I attach photos of the Drink List.
14/10/2023: What can I say... the first Neapolitan coffee after 6 years of French coffees.

01/02/2025: Bad experience with the staff, it's the second time I go to this place and I would say that the girls who work at the counter have to go do other work, they are always rude, annoyed, on the verge of telling you to go to hell with every trivial request that it's done to a barmaid, I was in the company of family and I lived to discuss but someone has to tell them that they have to change jobs, I was at this place on the morning of February 1st.
The place has a lot of potential only if it had more competent staff or at least realized that they are working and not doing the company a favor.
18/01/2025: I took a friarielli focaccia and dried tomatoes because I love dried ones but even though I heated it up, it arrived after a couple of minutes and was still very cold and the cherry tomatoes were very bitter... too bad. The staff is very courteous. The price of the focaccia seemed good to me because it was also quite large, but a Fanta costs €3…

27/11/2024: Used to come with my husband to have breakfast for the delicious cappuccino... Following a recent change of staff we will be forced to change bars! I have never tried a worse cappuccino, the lady with the short gray hair should definitely change jobs…
