30/07/2024: Excellent restaurant located near the beach, very welcoming. We were offered a welcome appetizer, with mackerel in pink sauce. Subsequently we ordered the drinks, with excellent wines (three different types, quite varied cellar with medium-high prices), and the dishes. Personally I ordered a grilled fish (photo of which I attach), with very good and tasty fresh catch of the day. Perhaps the small portions do not reflect the price, which is slightly high, but the quality can also be felt, without being an expert. Really good desserts, excellent sorbets too. Availability to order gluten-free for celiacs and intolerants. All in all good service, improved in ascending order over the course of the evening.

19/11/2024: Finally, after a summer of chasing a place to eat, I succeeded. Small place in the heart of Laigueglia, a stone's throw from the beach. Welcoming staff, limited menu but excellent food, with generous portions and competitive prices. Must try!

Location perfetta, Servizio eccellente e Piatti DELIZIOSI!
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo pranzato alla Bitta da Roland nel pieno della festa “il Salto dell’Acciuga” e ci siamo trovati a dir poco benissimo!
Abbiamo ordinato Spaghetti con le vongole e, per problematiche alimentari, gli gnocchetti al pomodoro fatti a mano dallo Chef. Che dire, TUTTO ESTREMAMENTE BUONO E DELICATO!
In secondo luogo abbiamo ordinato tutti del fritto misto: PERFETTO! Frittura eccellente, delicato, pesce super fresco e porzione abbondante!
Come dolce abbiamo ordinato una tartelletta di pasta frolla con frutta fresca… che dire? MEGLIO DI QUALSIASI PASTICCERIA NEI DINTORNI!
Il servizio è stato eccellente e veloce ma ci siamo anche sentiti coccolati!
Si vede che tutto il Team lavorativo, Chef, Camerieri, ama il proprio lavoro ed ha piacere nel vedere felici i propri clienti dopo aver assaporato le loro delizie culinarie.
Cosa non scontata, Gentilissimi verso gli animali, ben accetti e serviti anche loro con ciottoline d’acqua.
Ci torneremo!? SICURAMENTE!

29/09/2024: Während unserer Ferien haben wir fünf Mal im La Bita gegessen. Immer war das Essen ausgezeichnet, frisch und schmackhaft zubereitet. Die Bedienung war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage an der Strandpromenade, aber doch etwas am Rand, ist ideal mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir kommen wieder.

10/11/2024: There were 2 of us with 2 dogs for lunch, a salad and a sandwich, prices far too low for the quality of the products and the pleasure of eating on the beach. they even allowed us to relax on the sun loungers after eating,
And as if that wasn't enough they gave us some snacks for our dogs!!
Congratulations and thanks guys!!
10/09/2024: After years of frequenting this beach, this time I was disappointed: toilets always dirty even in the morning, public changing cabin, often unusable.
There is a lot of neglect and little cleanliness, despite the prices which are not at all popular.

12/08/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato a laigueglia per pochi giorni eppure abbiamo cenato per due volte qui perché abbiamo riscontrato cibo e vini di qualità ed una location molto accogliente. Il titolare con noi è stato gentilissimo e ha fatto pure giocare il nostro bambino!
03/08/2024: Dieses Restaurant bietet eine herrliche ligurische Küche und eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an regionalen Weinen.
Seit Jahren sind wir hier Stammgäste und stets begeistert. Die Speisekarte wird von Fisch und Meeresfrüchten dominiert, aber es gibt auch köstliche "di Terra"-Gerichte wie Carpaccio, Tagliata, Rinderfilet und Schwein. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Meeresfrüchte-Vorspeisen: herrlich frisch, je nach Fang immer ein bisschen anders, aber stets äußerst fein und geschmackvoll. Die Pasta in all ihren Variationen ist ein Muss. Bei den Hauptgerichten ist die „Grigliata Mista“ unser absoluter Favorit. Auch diese variiert je nach Tagesangebot und ist immer ein Highlight.
In Laigueglia gibt es wohl kein besseres Restaurant.

14/11/2024: We are two ladies who decide to eat a pizza one November evening. We enter the semi-empty place, the staff looks at us and indicates a table with a gesture of the hand (too much effort to accompany us) we wait a long time before someone arrives finally a waiter tells us to frame the queue to read the menu (who doesn't know do it?? ) we wait a long time, it seems like we are invisible, the staff pass and pass in front of our table completely ignoring us in the meantime 2 local men come in and are accompanied to the table and shortly after they bring him a drink. At that point we decide that the time has come to make ourselves visible so we get up and remove the disturbance. The time spent in the half-empty room is approximately 45 minutes. Negative experience.
31/10/2024: The place appears to have been converted from a historic building, but has been very well modernised. Varied menu, but in a place having an asterisk on almost all the fish is a big flaw. But I must say good and well cooked raw materials. The pizza wasn't bad either, even if the mozzarella was excessively wet. Precise service, but slightly high price. Interesting experience, good dinner, but personally I wouldn't go back, I prefer to eat fresh fish.

02/11/2024: November 1st.. beautiful day.. 20 degrees.. walking around lunchtime we end up in front of Baiadelsole.. despite it being full they seat us without any problems.. everything is fantastic: service, food and obviously location.. fantastic.. thank you 🙏
01/11/2024: I hadn't eaten so badly in years and I hadn't been treated like a dog... We waited 48 minutes for a pasta with pesto for our baby which arrived full of salt, we ate terribly and at the checkout they humiliated us by telling us that we wanted the discount when we simply did note that after 50 minutes we had received food and moreover a dish full of salt as well as our second course of calamari was completely burnt and therefore inedible I highly recommend this place to foreigners who have no pleasure in being treated well and above all have no pleasure to eat quality food regarding ways honestly I'm embarrassed for them.

10/08/2024: Migliore focacceria di Laigueglia mani basse. I prezzi sono molto convenienti e le varie focacce e pizze sono sfornate costantemente. Consigliatissima!
02/07/2024: Le focacce sono molto buone, purtroppp c'è spesso tanta gente, i prezzi abbastanza alti ma in linea con altri posti del genere in Liguria. C'è molta scelta come focacce e anche come bibite.
