13/10/2024: Pranzo che non dimenticheremo mai! Location perfetta, Servizio eccellente e Piatti DELIZIOSI! Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo pranzato alla Bitta da Roland nel pieno della festa “il Salto dell’Acciuga” e ci siamo trovati a dir poco benissimo! Abbiamo ordinato Spaghetti con le vongole e, per problematiche alimentari, gli gnocchetti al pomodoro fatti a mano dallo Chef. Che dire, TUTTO ESTREMAMENTE BUONO E DELICATO! In secondo luogo abbiamo ordinato tutti del fritto misto: PERFETTO! Frittura eccellente, delicato, pesce super fresco e porzione abbondante! Come dolce abbiamo ordinato una tartelletta di pasta frolla con frutta fresca… che dire? MEGLIO DI QUALSIASI PASTICCERIA NEI DINTORNI! Il servizio è stato eccellente e veloce ma ci siamo anche sentiti coccolati! Si vede che tutto il Team lavorativo, Chef, Camerieri, ama il proprio lavoro ed ha piacere nel vedere felici i propri clienti dopo aver assaporato le loro delizie culinarie. Cosa non scontata, Gentilissimi verso gli animali, ben accetti e serviti anche loro con ciottoline d’acqua. Ci torneremo!? SICURAMENTE! Da 10 e a Lode!

13/10/2024: Lunch we will never forget! Perfect location, excellent service and DELICIOUS dishes! My family and I had lunch at Bitta da Roland in the midst of the "Anchovy Leap" festival and we had a great time, to say the least! We ordered Spaghetti with clams and, due to food issues, the tomato gnocchi handmade by the Chef. What can I say, EVERYTHING EXTREMELY GOOD AND DELICATE! Secondly we all ordered mixed fry: PERFECT! Excellent frying, delicate, super fresh fish and generous portion! For dessert we ordered a shortcrust pastry tartlet with fresh fruit... what can I say? BETTER THAN ANY PASTRY SHOP NEARBY! The service was excellent and fast but we also felt pampered! You can see that the entire working team, Chefs, Waiters, loves their work and is pleased to see their customers happy after having savored their culinary delights. Something not to be taken for granted, very kind to the animals, welcome and served with pebbles of water too. Will we go back!? SURELY! 10 with praise!

28/12/2024: A wonderful sunny day, an excellent lunch on the beach. What more could you ask for on December 28th.

10/11/2024: There were 2 of us with 2 dogs for lunch, a salad and a sandwich, prices far too low for the quality of the products and the pleasure of eating on the beach. they even allowed us to relax on the sun loungers after eating, And as if that wasn't enough they gave us some snacks for our dogs!! Congratulations and thanks guys!!

19/08/2024: We komen hier al jaren in augustus, meerdere malen per week en altijd is het er goed! Lekker eten, vriendelijke bediening.

18/08/2024: il proprietario ha dimostrato un' arroganza e un pressapochismo allucinante. 2 ore fra l'antipasto e il primo(hanno perso le comande) Alle richiesta di spiegazioni mi ha risposto in malo modo "che la cucina sta lavorando" E si sono dimenticati di un piatto Un commensale praticamente non ha cenato. Invece di scusarsi,con arroganza,si è offeso.

05/01/2025: Very disappointed by this address, given the overall rating that brought us here. the quality/price/quantity ratio is not there. More than 20€ for a good pasta dish but nothing more and a portion not at all generous, Big disappointment for dessert: a tartlet with a shortcrust pastry that seems industrial, and for the pastry cream and the meringue, we are still looking for them because they are non-existent. Big disappointment…

04/01/2025: We followed the advice, as we always do, but now...! It’s a restaurant on the beach, of course, the quantity/quality/price ratio seems expensive to me compared to the competitor

14/11/2024: We are two ladies who decide to eat a pizza one November evening. We enter the semi-empty place, the staff looks at us and indicates a table with a gesture of the hand (too much effort to accompany us) we wait a long time before someone arrives finally a waiter tells us to frame the queue to read the menu (who doesn't know do it?? ) we wait a long time, it seems like we are invisible, the staff pass and pass in front of our table completely ignoring us in the meantime 2 local men come in and are accompanied to the table and shortly after they bring him a drink. At that point we decide that the time has come to make ourselves visible so we get up and remove the disturbance. The time spent in the half-empty room is approximately 45 minutes. Negative experience.

31/10/2024: The place appears to have been converted from a historic building, but has been very well modernised. Varied menu, but in a place having an asterisk on almost all the fish is a big flaw. But I must say good and well cooked raw materials. The pizza wasn't bad either, even if the mozzarella was excessively wet. Precise service, but slightly high price. Interesting experience, good dinner, but personally I wouldn't go back, I prefer to eat fresh fish.

04/09/2024: I've been to Rimini a few times in my life, but I ate the best piadina here at the Amarcord in Laigueglia... Truly amazing... Fabio's friendliness is wonderful... I can't wait to go back. .. 👏👏👏
