06/01/2025: È un locale molto bello nel centro storico di Laigueglia, proprio nel budello, sono ormai anni che lo frequento ma per la qualità dei prodotti, il servizio impeccabile, la gentilezza del personale ed il rapporto qualita/prezzo, non delude mai.

Price 50 euros per person for 2 small appetizers to interrupt the wait (taggiasche olives and octopus and potatoes dish), 1 first course tagliolini with prawns and artichokes, 1 second course of fried calamari, 1 dessert, 1 glass of rose' and coffee always per person. The price is worth the quality offered

30/01/2025: restaurant in a small square in the town near the sea. Recommended by residents of the area, in fact when requesting a table that day or having to book for the next day because it is very popular with both tourists and residents.
the dishes we tried were all excellent. The service was simple and perhaps a little too detached, but professional enough.
They have tables outside which are certainly more comfortable than the inside ones, too close and uncomfortable.
23/01/2025: In centro storico a Laigueglia un ristorante veramente ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista ! Qualità delle materie prime, menu invitante, gentilezza delle signore che ti accolgono, prezzi corretti .....
Consiglio vivamente di prenotare ... non ha molti tavoli ed è molto conosciuto !!!! Evviva !!!!!!

19/10/2024: locale piacevole , particolare la parete decorata con le cassette dei vini e degli campagne . bella esposizione di pesce . menu' a base di pesce e pizze . ottimo il filetto di pescato con crema di pomodoro e verdure . un po meno interessante la frittura di paranza , forse un po' troppo cotta . coreografica e buona la tartatin . servizio efficente e disponibile a variazioni . bella la presentazione dei piatti . prezzo 45 euro a persona . corretto . bagno semplice ma pulito . un consiglio se mi permettete , togliere il finto prato all'esterno e sostituirlo con un pavimento in legno tipo tolda di nave . comunque tutto bene .
05/10/2024: Siamo stati invitati da un amico in questo ristorante, vicino al lungomare di Laigueglia. Locale semplice ma molto curato nei dettagli così come nel servizio. Le portate mi hanno stupito, piatti di alta cucina e pesce freschissimo, cotto in modo perfetto. Carta dei vini veramente ampia e di qualità , con grande spazio ai produttori della regione.

Location perfetta, Servizio eccellente e Piatti DELIZIOSI!
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo pranzato alla Bitta da Roland nel pieno della festa “il Salto dell’Acciuga” e ci siamo trovati a dir poco benissimo!
Abbiamo ordinato Spaghetti con le vongole e, per problematiche alimentari, gli gnocchetti al pomodoro fatti a mano dallo Chef. Che dire, TUTTO ESTREMAMENTE BUONO E DELICATO!
In secondo luogo abbiamo ordinato tutti del fritto misto: PERFETTO! Frittura eccellente, delicato, pesce super fresco e porzione abbondante!
Come dolce abbiamo ordinato una tartelletta di pasta frolla con frutta fresca… che dire? MEGLIO DI QUALSIASI PASTICCERIA NEI DINTORNI!
Il servizio è stato eccellente e veloce ma ci siamo anche sentiti coccolati!
Si vede che tutto il Team lavorativo, Chef, Camerieri, ama il proprio lavoro ed ha piacere nel vedere felici i propri clienti dopo aver assaporato le loro delizie culinarie.
Cosa non scontata, Gentilissimi verso gli animali, ben accetti e serviti anche loro con ciottoline d’acqua.
Ci torneremo!? SICURAMENTE!

28/12/2024: A wonderful sunny day, an excellent lunch on the beach. What more could you ask for on December 28th.
10/11/2024: There were 2 of us with 2 dogs for lunch, a salad and a sandwich, prices far too low for the quality of the products and the pleasure of eating on the beach. they even allowed us to relax on the sun loungers after eating,
And as if that wasn't enough they gave us some snacks for our dogs!!

05/01/2025: Una delusione infinita… il personale sembra quasi obbligato a lavorare, un sorriso nemmeno a pregare. Da quando ha cambiato gestione un downgrade pazzesco… i prezzi non sono gonfiati … di più… un litro di vino sfuso della casa pagato come una bottiglia già buona ossia 30 euro… più un antipasto solo ed un primo per un totale di 75 euro…. Non torneremo mai più. Ladri ed antipatici

03/02/2025: It's certainly not a cheap place but the quality of the food is excellent. In some dishes the portions are a little small. The most important sin is the lack of heating! In winter it is unacceptable. My evening ended in the bathroom with a stomach ache due to the cold.
30/01/2025: I tried the pizzeria and found it average, the tables outside are not exceptional, but the interior is a very pleasant environment with exposed stone bricks and rustic furnishings. Professional and friendly service.

19/01/2025: A place that allows you to eat close to the sea. Excellent food and wine, professional and welcoming service, fast and attentive. Absolutely must try!
18/01/2025: Positive experience. Sunday lunch during a trip out of town. Pet friendly, we had lunch outside at a large table with our 2 big dogs under the tables.
Shared an appetizer and a salad, 2 first courses, water and wine (2 glasses) and coffee for around 80 euros. Given the seafront location and the more than friendly service, I would say an honest account. Advised!

18/08/2024: il proprietario ha dimostrato un' arroganza e un pressapochismo allucinante.
2 ore fra l'antipasto e il primo(hanno perso le comande)
Alle richiesta di spiegazioni mi ha risposto in malo modo "che la cucina sta lavorando"
E si sono dimenticati di un piatto
Un commensale praticamente non ha cenato. Invece di scusarsi,con arroganza,si è offeso.
