Even though the kitchen was still open for another 20 minutes, we received a warm welcome. The dishes were delicious, especially the mussels in broth with tomato sauce. Great, cozy atmosphere, attentive staff. Highly recommended 👍

The spaghetti with clams and trofie with pesto were very good. Recommended. A historic restaurant in the center of Laigueglia.

The best spaghetti I've ever eaten!! And it gets even better… the best calamari we've had here! Highly recommended… the slightly longer wait was absolutely worth it! 🍀🍀🍀 Thank you to the chefs!

Welcoming and pleasant place, good service, good beers, shame that the pizzas, although made with quality ingredients, were not cooked on the bottom so we can't say they were good.

Trattoria del Pescatore

30/07/2026: We ate here last night and had a wonderful time from start to finish: the staff were incredibly friendly, the food was excellent (and plentiful) at a great price, and the location was fabulous. My only regret: not having dessert!
30/07/2026: Once again, I went to dinner with my wife to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary at Il Pescatore Restaurant. When I made my reservation over the phone, I had asked for a table as close to the sea as possible, as it was a special occasion. My request was granted, and the welcome was excellent. The location is beautiful, situated in a piazza overlooking the sea, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. We ordered seven oysters, served on a tray with a bed of ice: a beautiful presentation and the oysters were very fresh. To drink, we ordered a liter of sparkling white wine by the glass. I chose the red mussels, while my wife ordered a baked sea bream. Before it was cooked, we were shown the sea bream that would be cooked, a gesture that was greatly appreciated. My mussels were good, plentiful, and accompanied by an excellent sauce. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the sea bream. It was served on a plate with plenty of liquid. My wife tasted it and found it completely bland, without any flavor. That liquid, in our opinion, wasn't suitable for baked fish. To eat it, my wife had to add my mussel sauce to the top to give it some flavor. When a waitress came by, I politely pointed out that the fish was bland and asked why there was so much liquid. She replied that it was normal because it was baked and that it wasn't water, but fish broth. I reiterated that, in my experience, baked sea bream isn't served that way. She kept repeating over and over that baked sea bream should be like that, never taking our observation into consideration. At that point, I asked her where it was from, simply because I thought maybe in her country they had a different way of cooking fish. Her response was, "You don't care where I'm from." I explained the reason for the question, but she replied, "This is Italy, this is an Italian restaurant," adding that I was being rude. At that point, I replied that I found her behavior rude and disrespectful toward someone of a certain age. I want to clarify that I don't want to confuse the staff. The waitress with whom I had this unpleasant exchange, thin and with her hair tied back, was rude and arrogant. On the other hand, the other waitress, shorter and a few pounds heavier, was very kind, polite, and professional. I wanted to describe precisely what happened because, in a restaurant, it's not enough to serve good food. The staff must also be professional, know how to listen to the customer, accept a polite comment, and respond with respect. Unfortunately, this didn't happen here. I can't say if the sea bream was frozen with all that water, anyway, we won't be coming back. Especially not to see that waitress. 7 oysters €28 1 red mussel €16 1 baked sea bream €28 1 liter sparkling white wine Bulk €18 1 sparkling water, no min €3.50 2 place settings €6 Total €99.50
