27/01/2026: A charming, well-maintained place. Visit with the utmost respect for nature, always taking your waste away or using the refuge's recycling bins. There's an outdoor barbecue area with a shelter and tables, and a fountain with fresh, drinkable water.

25/03/2026: Excellent experience at Ristorante dei Fieschi.
I tried the ravioli with meat sauce, which were truly excellent: flavorful, well-made, and with a rich yet balanced sauce. The service was impeccable, attentive and professional without being intrusive. Also noteworthy are the house specialties, especially the grilled meat, which was excellent quality and cooked to perfection.
Recommended.
07/03/2026: Beautiful!! Free appetizer, 2 first courses, 1 Florentine steak, 1 side dish, 2 desserts, 1 coffee, 2 soft drinks, and 1 water. €95. Honestly, the portions are generous, the service is very friendly, and the place is quaint. But let's talk about the pesto! Very good, even with a few whole pine nuts! The chips are homemade (not frozen). If you have the chance, go there; there's convenient parking. Well done, well done! I'll definitely be back!

11/11/2025: A hotel from the 1970s, but well-maintained and cared for! Quality food, traditional cuisine, excellent service, and friendly owners! It's a 5-minute walk from the center of beautiful Santo Stefano d'Aveto!

27/10/2025: I visited this restaurant for the first time during the traditional transhumance on October 26, 2025, and I had a VERY WELL lunch.
A small disappointment is that a waitress (whose name I don't know) acted rudely toward me over something trivial. I wanted to clarify this immediately, but she responded with superficiality and arrogance. I understand the nerves caused by the busy day, given that the restaurant was packed for the event. I'm a drop in the ocean, but customers should be treated with some respect and courtesy, given that they are a source of income...

Mi è piaciuto tutto.
Tavoli ben distanziati in un ambiente luminoso e accogliente.
Ad iniziare, un gradito piattino di panissa offerto dalla casa.
Pizza molto gustosa, con impasto leggero e digeribile, ben condita.
Servizio cortese, rapido ed efficiente.
Conto modico.
Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta e tornerò sicuramente per provare altri piatti.

09/02/2025: Siamo stati diverse volte, sia a pranzo che a cena, ogni volta usciamo contenti e soddisfatti!
I primi e i secondi sono ottimi, meno gli antipasti e contorni, salumi invece buoni.
Il personale è molto professionale e molto gentile, disponibile anche con i bambini, davvero BRAVI.
Il filetto alla brace è uno dei piú buoni mai mangiati…
Ci piace tutto, l’atmosfera, il cibo, la gente, per noi una tappa fissa a Santo!
Prezzi in linea, non economico, ma ci pare giusto.
