The refuge can be reached by chairlift or on foot via a fairly steep trail of about an hour and a half, starting from the Santo Stefano d'Aveto ski lifts. The menu offers a wide selection; I tried the trofie al pesto. There are plenty of outdoor tables and a beautiful forest where you can relax in the shade. An enchanting place.

A charming, well-maintained place. Visit with the utmost respect for nature, always taking your waste away or using the refuge's recycling bins. There's an outdoor barbecue area with a shelter and tables, and a fountain with fresh, drinkable water.

21/06/2026: Small restaurant with traditional dishes. The asado was good. The lady who welcomed us was kind.
