14/06/2025: A very friendly and welcoming spot, with the charm of a typical Italian local bar/restaurant. The staff were especially kind and attentive, even offering complimentary snacks with drinks. The place was clean, and service was quick and efficient. A great choice if you’re looking for an authentic and pleasant local experience.

19/05/2025: Small, beautifully designed restaurant, basically only locals... service a bit rude, always served with a full mouth, bread served at least from the day before... pasta more like packets, old recipes rather half-heartedly executed... we thought: here is some honest Italian cuisine... nop, but everyone has different expectations.
17/05/2025: A nice little restaurant with a lot of young people. It's a popular restaurant, as we could tell from the reservations.
The specialties focus on Tuscany, which we wouldn't have expected in Liguria. We had the chance to try tripe in tomato bread. Of course, the food isn't freshly prepared, but the service was friendly and super fast. And above all: it tasted great.
A bit pricey, but within reason.

12/06/2025: Coma da abitudine, prima di ritornare a Milano dopo un periodo trascorso a Rapallo, siamo passati da Dasso per acquistare alcuni loro prodotti: parmigiana di melanzane, pasta fresca, sughi (pesto, pomodoro) da portare a Milano, sia per noi che per regali ad amici e parenti.
Qualità sempre elevata!

08/07/2025: Food was so bad. I ordered a bolognese and I was expecting something else since this was 10euros. There was no sauce. It was dry and the meat had no taste. The lady with black hair was rude but I wouldn’t have minded if the food was good, but it was abysmal.
08/07/2025: Had the lasagna. The English menu has old prices. Instead of 7 euros it ended up being 9 euros. But the minimum order is for 2 people thus 18 euros. Though for 2 people it would be small.
My main gripe is with the food itself. A lacklustre lasagna with just layers of pasta and no stuffing. A rather large piece of bone in the few pieces of minced meat that I got.
A ready to go meal from Carrefour Express would have been a better choice. Please steer clear. Unless you did not have a bad food experience in Italy yet.
This review is for their pastas. Maybe the pizzas are better?

02/07/2025: Not very clean, salt dish and the like definitely to be reviewed, bread placed (by hand) in the basket without any napkin. Fast service and varied menu, however the trenette with pesto had very little pesto, maybe 10% basil and the rest, alas, parsley and also roughly chopped. I am Ligurian, I know well what pesto is. The second course of roast beef was good. To be reviewed, (maybe)
18/06/2025: 1. Locale sporco: dalle pareti dove proliferano ragnatele grandi e piccole ai cuscini delle sedie che richiedono coraggio per sedercisi sopra, alle posate…bicchieri ecc.
2. L’”oste” ha evidentemente sbagliato mestiere: non c’era quando nel mondo è stata distribuita la cortesia, la gentilezza e l’educazione; sembra che il cliente gli dia fastidio.
3. Piatti semplici ma con ingredienti scadenti, quasi tutto surgelato o di bassa qualità, eccezione per il pesto.
4. Nella pasta ho trovato una pagliuzza di alluminio, probabilmente residuo della retina per lavare i piatti, lo faccio notare all’oste e gli dico che per questo motivo la pasta non è stata consumata. Lui non fa una piega, “sarà una pagliuzza della retina…” dice e neanche si scusa o si dispiace per il grave episodio.
Alla fine CI FA PAGARE L’INTERO CONTO SENZA NÉ SCONTO NÉ SCUSE.

29/07/2025: Took a cup of cappuccino. It was under 2 euros which is nice. Stuff was helpful even tho they were a bit occupied. Definitely coming back for a full breakfast.
Some parts of the menu were translated, some weren't.
21/07/2025: I arrived asking for a Campari Spritz. I immediately noticed that the cocktail was unbalanced: almost all water and ice, with little flavor.
The aperitif was generous, no complaints about the quantity, but rather sloppy in its presentation: four identical pizzas, chips, olives, and raw carrots. Carrots, which are perfectly fine to serve raw at an aperitif, should always be accompanied by a sauce: this way, completely natural, they looked bland.
The glass, as you can see in the photo, was chipped. Even if you drink with a straw, it's still unacceptable to serve a drink in a damaged glass. Furthermore, the coaster was also missing: a small detail, but one that makes a difference in terms of care and hygiene.
Final price: €10. Honestly, too much for such a neglected experience.
The service was standard, courteous but lacking attention to detail. There were some critical issues, and unfortunately, they leave the impression of a place that focuses more on quantity than quality.

18/03/2025: Ho visitato questo ristorante con grandi aspettative grazie alla sua offerta di prodotti tipici, e devo dire che, sotto questo aspetto, non sono rimasto deluso. I piatti sono preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, che fanno onore alla tradizione locale. La cucina rispetta la genuinità dei sapori e questo è sicuramente il punto di forza del locale.
Tuttavia, l'esperienza complessiva è stata un po' deludente per quanto riguarda l'ambiente. Il locale è piccolo e, purtroppo, non molto curato. Gli spazi sono stretti e l'arredamento lascia a desiderare, con un’atmosfera che potrebbe essere migliorata per rendere il pasto più piacevole. Non ci si sente esattamente a proprio agio in un ambiente che sembra necessitare di qualche attenzione in più.
In sintesi, se cercate piatti tipici di buona qualità, questo ristorante può fare al caso vostro. Però, se siete alla ricerca di un'esperienza più confortevole e curata anche dal punto di vista estetico, potrebbe non essere il posto ideale.
12/03/2025: Locale vicino alla Stazione , provato per caso la prima sera del nostro soggiorno e…. Ci siamo tornati per altre due volte.
Cucina casalinga ligure, focaccia al formaggio e farinata buonissime, come i pansotti alle noci e i dolci casalinghi.
Gestori simpatici sicuramente da provare ma mi raccordo prenotate.

29/05/2025: Excelente bar en una pequeña calle en el centro del casco antiguo. La comida era buena, a mi esposa le encantó su ensalada de atún y mi panini de atún era sabroso y lleno de atún. Buena elección de bebidas a un precio razonable y personal amable. También tienen una tienda de vinos frente al bar
25/05/2025: Hemos utilizado el bar durante muchos años y encontramos que es un negocio familiar bien dirigido, que le proporciona un excelente servicio, una gran selección de comida y bebida, todo viene con ese ambiente italiano especial. Gracias a Ricardo y a todo el equipo.
