07/01/2025: Reservation made at the beginning of January for March for a birthday. The SPA being at an additional cost and by reservation, I asked the hotel to reserve a slot for us on the desired date, I was told that this was not possible, I was asked to write by email to SPA directly (a little curious).. I do so but having not received a response for a week, I contact the hotel who explains to me that the SPA only opens in February. As it is a 4 star hotel I ask them if they can plan to book the SPA for us when the time comes, but no, that is not possible for them.. A remake of the bronze sugar pancake perhaps? so I canceled my reservation.

27/11/2024: This is a decent place to stay, check in was reasonably quick, room was clean, seemed a bit old but still good. Breakfast was decent. Would stay again.

They were 5 stars but 1 lost for beer that expired in November (immediately changed with apologies from the staff) and another for the excessive price of the tiramisu (7 euros for a minimum quantity that in any other restaurant of a certain level with 5 euros I can eat double); However, a positive experience and I will return hoping to find more attention!

02/01/2025: We stopped at the Hotel Ulivi in ​​Arenzano by pure chance, during a trip to Nice, and we never imagined finding such a welcoming and special place. Massimo welcomed us, a true example of courtesy and hospitality. From the first moment he made us feel at home, treating us with a rare kindness that we will not forget. He even made his parking space available to us, a gesture that says everything about his attention towards his guests. The rooms were just like in the photos: spacious, spotlessly clean and with attention to every detail, perfect for resting and recharging our energy. But what made this experience unique was the human warmth. It was a real pleasure to stay here and we can't wait to return. Thank you, Massimo, for making our short stop something so special.
