15/02/2026: Eight of us went today for lunch with friends. The owner welcomed us warmly, as did the very kind waitresses. The dishes were exquisite, especially the venison tortello and the goulash. The wine list was also excellent, with direct selection from the cellar. Service was fast and attentive. We were truly pleased with everything, from the food to the service. Excellent value!

01/02/2026: La Vineria del Vignola, in the heart of Caparrola's historic center, is a welcoming, warm, and familiar refuge from the hustle and bustle of tourist Sundays. After a visit to the Palazzo Farnese, we enjoyed the courtesy, warmth, and quality this small restaurant offered. Just steps from the tourist attractions, it's a comfortable stroll away. With its carefully selected wines and refined menu, it's a perfect choice for relaxing and being pampered by people who put love and passion into their work.

08/02/2026: Rude I won't comment on the food, which I presume is excellent. Two of us showed up with a baby a few months old, and we were told to wait, saying a table would be free in half an hour. We returned after a while and were told that the people at the table had already reached their second table. So we waited outside for another twenty minutes, asked for an update, and were told they were at the cafe. After another fifteen minutes, the waitress came out and told us, verbatim, that she was sorry, but the gentlemen had no intention of leaving the table, so they wouldn't let us sit. Something like this had never happened to us in over 15 years of frequent restaurant visits around the world. We're not that bad; let us know why you didn't want us.

08/03/2026: We went there for lunch today on the recommendation of a local friend, so it was almost a sure thing... But it exceeded our expectations! Nice, clean atmosphere, super-smiling and friendly staff, and a wonderful owner, but the highlight is the food... We had an appetizer of lard bruschetta, never tasted so good, and delicious eggplant meatballs. For first courses, we had chestnut-filled ravioli with parmesan cream, incredibly delicate and a delicacy, and the chestnut flour maltagliati with guinea fowl ragu and hazelnuts, highly recommended and delicious! We were thrilled with the desserts: the ricotta and chestnut tart was delicious, and the warm hazelnut cake was absolutely delicious! We left the lunch delighted! We'll be back and recommend it to everyone!

05/03/2026: Wandering around Caprarola, we found this truly exceptional trattoria-pizzeria. Two of us went for lunch, and I must say the food was fabulous. The first courses were delicious, mouth-watering, not to mention the second courses, typical of the area. I approved and highly recommend it. Very friendly staff.

10/03/2026: I went there on Sunday 8th March for the first time and I had a great time, a family atmosphere with Mario, a very kind person who makes you feel at home right away... then the exceptional pizza, very large, very topped and delicious... all the desserts were super good because the 4 of us shared them... highly recommended

08/03/2026: Roman pizza like you've almost never found before. Welcoming atmosphere, helpful, and friendly staff. Discovered by chance. We'll definitely be back when we pass through Caprarola. Highly recommended.

01/01/2026: I wanted to thank the restaurant owners for canceling my reservation through The Fork without even a phone call to apologize. This put eight people in a difficult situation during the holiday season. You're certainly skilled in the kitchen (obviously, trustworthy, since you don't let us eat!), but to say you're incredibly friendly is an understatement! I'm writing this to warn other diners who were delighted by the positive reviews, as I was.

08/06/2025: June 2nd we booked at this place, because it was recommended on the museum website, for lunch. Some of the first courses indicated on the menu were not present. For the second courses of meat, limited choice We were a little disappointed.
