04/06/2025: I was here with a group; the hotel is beautifully situated, right on the lake.
The food is typically Italian, and breakfast has everything you could need.
The town of Bolsena is beautiful and not yet overcrowded.
26/05/2025: It's a 3-star hotel that lives up to its promise. My room overlooked the lake with a private balcony, which was a real pleasure. It's not luxurious, but nothing is missing. Renovated and clean. The breakfast was full, with baked goods, dairy products, fruit, and coffee. Everyone was very friendly. It welcomes groups of teenagers on school trips, but it's very organized and they don't bother the other guests. The location is ideal, facing the lake and a short walk from the center.

06/05/2025: It's in a great location with a view of the sea (it's a lake, but it looks like the sea) right in front, and the staff are very friendly. The room is a bit old, but it's all forgiven for the view and value for money.
25/04/2025: Vado a cena cercando il posto si the Fork e compaiono loro tra le scelte , alche’ ceno e fino a qui tutto ok …. Chiedo sconto dedicato e mi viene detto che loro prenotano tramite questo sistema ma quando si tratta di fare sconto si fermano prima cioè non lo fanno .
Questi signori falsano la realtà o meglio : ti attirano con false promesse .
Vergogna !!!!!!!

01/05/2025: Leider ging es nur schon etwa 45 Minuten, bis wir die Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Dann nochmals 1 Stunde, bis sas Essen kam. Obwohl das Restaurant nicht gut besucht war. Das Essen wurde dann auch noch falscj serviert. Und meine Spaghetti Vongole, da waren etwa die Hälfte der Muscheln geschlossen.
19/04/2025: bel locale , sul lago, proprio sulla riva, è possibile mangiare all’aperto ma anche all’interno, parcheggio strisce blu a pochi metri.
Accolgono i cani e come ben venuto gli offrono uno snake e una ciotola di acqua.
Personale educato e accogliente , molto disponibile.
menù di carne e pesce, ho mangiato molto bene.

01/05/2025: Charging 6 euros for a sandwich (INO) with oil with two slices of cured meat and two slices of scamorza from the coop is theft. Prices not displayed. Inside the village we found much more convenient places.
26/04/2025: A sudden sense of hunger during a spring walk by the lake led me to discover this small bakery and it was a pleasant surprise. The tomato pizza and the black cereal bread were excellent. I also recommend two of their particular delights: the crunchy turmeric pizza and the sweet cinnamon pizza. Delicious and very cheap. To return soon.

21/11/2024: Our 'second home' for more than 25 years. Truly Italian campsite, beautiful location on Lake Bolsena, no luxury but large pitches, hospitable reception, super friendly owners and employees, cozy terrace and delicious restaurant.

27/08/2023: We had a bad experience with this location as tourists! The food (Galzone) was not tasteful and burnt. After claiming this, we got a bad reply, we are really dissapointed. I have never seen such kind of behavoiur in Italy ever.
I was not with damily there! We were 4 adults, no kids. Sorry, but you are also unable to register your guests…
You should spend your time to the kitchen to improve the quality instead of justifying yourself on google. This is proof that things are in trouble.

Abbiamo chiesto 2 alternative per il primo (mezzemaniche zucca e guanciale e trofie melanzane, pomodori secchi e ricotta salata): non soddisfacenti.
