08/12/2025: A charming place, with qualified and friendly staff. Dishes prepared with attention to every detail. I ate very well. The Ferri wine from their cellar was also excellent. I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely be back.
17/11/2025: I've never used this term before, but I think "excellence" is the right word... unrivaled... just a mere word, however, that doesn't fully capture the essence of the culinary experience at "Il ristorante La Foresta." Every dish is a feast for the eyes and the palate... the pork-filled ravioli are a true delicacy... hand-sealed!!! The fillet with two peppers was butter... the fried porcini mushrooms were crispy and juicy... Sure, you pay, but the rest doesn't matter!!!!

12/11/2025: We stopped after a motorbike ride on the occasion of the chestnut festival of Rocca di Papa, a place with a large parking lot, very kind staff, even without a reservation they found us a table, good quality food and abundant first courses, I recommend
22/10/2025: Nice place. We had dinner during the chestnut festival in Rocca di Papa. The polenta with wild boar was good. The wine was excellent. It's a shame the menu was displayed verbally. A written version would be better. The waiter was kind and helpful, though. Everything was quick. Good.

12/12/2025: A selection of excellent ingredients, expert and meticulous cuisine. Fast, friendly, and attentive service, despite the packed dining room. To say I'll be back is an understatement.
09/12/2025: I was expecting more regional dishes, but they didn't live up to their reputation. I ordered a Matriciana, which contained too much tomato and not enough guanciale soffritto. Overall, it wasn't very tasty. The house wine was poor. An experience not to be repeated. Poor value for money.

13/11/2025: I had dinner here. The food was very good, well-seasoned, and the portions were large. The tiramisu, served in a different way, was very tasty. Friendly service, and the prices were reasonable. I recommend it.

28/10/2025: If it weren't for the location, there's nothing to complain about; it's a truly beautiful place. I was there for a birthday party; the food and service really need updating; it's not suitable for the location; the service was truly poor. I notice from the owner's response a lack of humility and a lot of presumption, but above all, very little professionalism. I remind you that reviews are for improving and growing, not for being presumptuous.

23/07/2025: Excellent first impression, the staff were kind and courteous.
I ordered a simple latte macchiato with a brioche.
When paying, I was surprised: €2.70 for the latte macchiato?! Are you kidding? A full €1.40 difference from a cappuccino. Not even at a service station.
It's a real shame, but it's really excessive.

04/05/2025: Che dire posto bellissimo immerso nel verde staff e titolare gentilissimi e soprattutto tutti i miei ospiti sono rimasti sbalorditi si è mangiato benissimo. Grazie mille a tutto lo staff della parisiana avete reso il giorno del battesimo un giorno magnifico
21/12/2024: Praticamente una delusione, il titolare vende bene i suoi prodotti , propone antipasti mare montagna e verdure pastellate abbondanti, ma al momento del pranzo gli antipasti non corrispondono al programma, pochi e insipidi , e freddi , i primi devo dire gli gnocchi alla crema di scampi erano buoni , ma la pasta fatta in casa con il guanciale è stata poco gradita , il dolce definito tris di assaggi e la torta era solo un po’ di pan di Spagna con cremina e una spruzzata di panna e gli altri assaggini: un po’ di crema con scaglie di torrone alle mandorle e un quadratino di torroncino. La location era carina e il cameriere professionale e gentile , ma il prezzo pagato non valeva il pranzo consumato

08/03/2025: Siamo stati per un pranzo fra amici in questo ristorante a gestione familiare. La cucina è ottima e prezzi contenuti. Abbiamo mangiato un'ottima polenta,il galletto speziato alla griglia e per contorno tortino di papate e cicoria,tutto molto buono

The cuisine is simple and good.
The menu is not extensive, but what it shows is not disappointing
We definitely recommend it.
In summer, when it is very hot in the city, it is quite chilly and there is a terrace from which you can admire an impressive panorama, a view from above and a sunset of unique beauty.
