09/12/2025: Simply awful. They should change the waitress. Totally unprofessional and uneducated. We'll never return.

08/12/2025: The place really needs a name change: calling itself a trattoria creates a completely different expectation than what you actually get. The portions aren't trattoria-like, nor are the prices, and just the exterior gives the illusion of entering a simple, down-to-earth place. The food is certainly good, well-cooked, and of high quality, but the prices are significantly higher than average, especially considering the quantities served. The worst thing, however, is the coffee: €4 for a nearly undrinkable coffee is truly shocking. In many places, it's even free, but here they serve it to you in a spectacular mug... only to find out when you're checking out that they didn't even sell you the cup! What I find unacceptable is the lack of clarity and lack of customer service. In a place that calls itself a "trattoria," if I ask for coffee, I expect a normal product and a normal price: it would have been enough to let you know in advance that it was a special coffee and that it cost €4. When I pointed out that the price was excessive, I was told that "they usually bring the menu to be transparent." It's a shame that this wasn't done with us. And despite the report, no action, no attention: total disregard for the customer. And this is precisely the main reason why I wouldn't return or recommend it: not for the food, but for the lack of clarity and care toward those who enter.

04/05/2025: Small restaurant feels like being at home, very welcoming, wonderful staff, delicious home-made food

14/04/2025: We were passing through Riano and were looking for a place to have dinner. We found this place that had great reviews and wanted to give it a try. First of all, it is a home restaurant. To welcome us at the entrance we found Mandolino, an attentive and friendly host. The restaurant consists of two dining rooms for about twenty people. We had 4 appetizers, consisting of cold cuts, crostini with janduia, sheep's ricotta with jam, Roman tripe (wonderful) and beans. First we had two carbonaras and two tagliolini with bacon and wild asparagus. As a second course, grilled chicken and three pork loins with wild fennel. Wine, water and coffee killer. In 4 €.90,00. Overall, a great place to eat. I recommend it.

20/10/2025: It's delicious, with so many different flavors. It's already cut for sharing. Good draft beer, both lager and red. Very reasonable prices, including entrees. The place isn't very big.

10/09/2025: If you are looking for good food at a fair price as well as a bit of coolness, then you are in the right place.
