15/11/2025: The place is very characteristic, immersed in the Sabine countryside, with particular attention to detail and cleanliness.
The staff is kind yet very professional, always supported by the sweet owner, who is always present. The manager, Domenico, is the jewel in the crown, helpful and thoughtful. I don't know what kind of magic they work in the kitchen, but compliments aren't enough. If I could give more stars, I would.
15/11/2025: We celebrated our wedding in this splendid location on October 4th, and if we could get married again, I would choose Tenuta la Salvia again and again.
Everything was magnificent; they exceeded my every expectation, and I can assure you, my expectations were very, very high!
A beautiful and perfectly decorated location, excellent food, impeccable service, precise and fast, just as we requested. Everything was meticulously planned.
Congratulations, they truly made our day unforgettable.
Heartfelt thanks to Antonio (the chef), Domenico (the restaurant manager), and also to all the staff. I'd thank them individually, but I don't remember their names!

We were invited to dinner at this restaurant.
The entrance is large, with parking available inside.
The dining room was large and welcoming.
We had pizza and meat, but what really caught my attention was the spectacular way the cacio e pepe was served.
Everything was delicious.
The staff who served us were quick, kind, and polite.
I enjoyed it and will definitely return.
14/09/2025: On September 14, 2025, I had lunch with my family at Ristorante La Sabina Romana. I must say it's an excellent restaurant in the heart of Sabina. The seafood (a lavish appetizer, seafood risotto, and fried fish) was delicious, delicate, and elegantly and luxuriously plated, using high-quality ingredients. In addition to the seafood, we also sampled the desserts, which were also exquisite and elegantly plated.
Beyond the delicious food, the restaurant's atmosphere deserves special mention: welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Above all, the staff are very attentive and professional, bringing the dishes to the table and advising customers on the menu.
Last but not least, I want to highlight the skill of the owner, Andrea, a longtime friend and a special person.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

23/11/2025: Terrible service, order for home delivery.....we were left without dinner, they lost the order. The first time one of two pizzas arrived. Another time six of us without a pizza. They closed with us.
09/11/2025: Big, beautiful, and delicious pizzas. I especially recommend the burrata. The fried foods are also delicious.

05/10/2025: Family evening. Very nice place. Professional, attentive service, welcoming, and polite. I had the excellent quality cacio e pepe supplì, truly delicious, but the pizza, never tasted like it, light and tasty dough, perfectly cooked. The whole table agreed with me, with fresh ingredients and a lot of imaginative flavors. I had the one with a yellow cherry tomato sauce base, fresh red cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and prosciutto and basil to garnish—a picture of beauty. Highly recommended.

Ristorante L'Uliveto

12/10/2025: We went to this restaurant for a graduation party, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The food itself was good, but many of the promised items never arrived. We had agreed to an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, but there was practically no cheese: just a small mozzarella cut into four pieces, one per plate. The appetizer overall was truly poor, despite the promise of a wide variety.
They also said they would take care of the centerpieces, but nothing was done. Furthermore, we had two children, and there were no high chairs available, which was quite inconvenient.
Another unpleasant detail: the wine was brought to us already opened, without showing us the opening at the table.
The cake was very tall, but basically just cream, with almost no actual cake.
Overall, the price paid did not reflect what was offered. A real shame, because the quality of the food was not bad, but the organization and management were terrible.
13/06/2025: I discovered this restaurant on the occasion of a birthday. The location is very neat and welcoming. We ate two excellent first courses (fettuccine with courgette flowers and guanciale + ravioli) and a roast for a second course. Highly recommended.
