La Tana del Lupo In Palombara sabina

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We arrived at Tana del Lupo almost "escaping" from the Nerola Festival, where, unfortunately, we found the organization truly disappointing: endless lines for fried pizza and, already at 9:00 PM, the arrosticini were sold out. Here, however, it was a whole different story! 😍 A very well-kept and welcoming restaurant, extremely kind staff, and truly exceptional service. We were finally able to enjoy some excellent arrosticini, well-prepared and, above all, helpful! 😂 And then the pizza wasn't fried...but a Margherita alla Romana, delicious, according to my partner: crispy, tasty, and truly well-made. My son's sirloin steak was exceptional, not to mention the berry panna cotta, which he devoured in 2 minutes. A very pleasant surprise that made us completely forget the evening that began at the festival. Congratulations to all the staff at Tana del Lupo: quality, courtesy, and organization. We'll definitely be back! 👏 P.S. When organizing festivals, do so with foresight, like some towns in the Giovenzano Valley do!

Exceptional Danish beef T-bone, selection of aged meats and local products

The food is excellent, the quality is very high, and the preparation respects local traditions! It's now a regular stop for good meat! The pizza is also very good!

A family pizza and dessert to finish. They set us up in the basement and brought us, by default, still and sparkling bottled water. For dessert, instead of the sweets my children had, I had a portion of cherries (since chevé was in season). They brought me a small glass bowl with a few cherries and sugar on top, which I had never asked for and which was inappropriate. I pointed this out and they brought back the same ones, "badly rinsed" with sugar stuck to them. 13 cherries to be exact... as if... Don't forget.

I've known this restaurant for years, and it's always been one of my favorites. Recently, I had the fettuccine with asparagus and guanciale, which was truly spectacular! Don't miss the tripe in tomato sauce and their grilled meat! If you're in the area, you can't miss it!
