A beautiful discovery! We went today for Easter Monday, it should be noted that we booked only 3 days before and the owner kindly welcomed us despite the short notice. The location is very welcoming and the food is quality! There was nothing wrong! Everything went well! The owner's welcome was also exceptional, he was attentive to us even by telephone before our arrival! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! Thanks again!

We tried the Easter Monday fixed menu formula and were pleasantly impressed as both the quantity and quality of what was offered to us were excellent. To underline the extreme availability, passion, humanity and preparation of Davide, the waiter who served us, who treated us as people as well as customers. The doggy bag initiative is commendable to be able to consume leftovers without food waste. We highly recommend ☺️

While visiting Palombara we decided to have lunch at the Taverna del brigante and honestly we discovered a true pearl of catering.Local and welcoming and furnished in ancient style under the Savelli castle practically dug into the rock with original attics and floors from the 1700s. Wonderful welcome from the owner and the love for the work carried out shines through in his words. The food is a combination of Campania cuisine and from Lazio, with excellent dishes cooked by the chef with love and an abundance of expert sauces. Tasty appetizer before moving on to the sensational first courses and second courses that live up to expectations. The meal concludes with delicious homemade desserts. I think it is my duty to recommend the place to all people looking for tasty and genuine dishes. We will see you again soon. Stefano and Luisa

I want to review this restaurant because we had a particularly good time today. The place in the historic center is beautiful and characteristic. Excellent food and cuisine, mixed between Lazio and Neapolitan. Excellent welcome and service. It really feels at home. The value for money is also excellent. I will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Quality and kindness. Delicate and tasty Genoese pasta. The carpaccio with artichokes and rocket is excellent.

I gave 5 stars on everything because it was truly a very pleasant discovery! Reached on a slightly gloomy day, thanks to word of mouth from friends, the warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately captivated us... The place is truly special and the first sensation is of being catapulted into another era, the Middle Ages and its surroundings, with all the charm that the castles of the time gave off. The lighting, the attention to detail, everything done to perfection which immediately makes it clear the passion that the owner has put and continues to put into his "creature". In everything, including the dishes obviously: sea and land which always offer fresh products, and which therefore vary, depending on the season and quality. A truly remarkable mix of Campania and Lazio, sometimes with personal reinterpretations that always hit the mark, to the advantage of taste and also abundance! A special applause therefore certainly to the chef dad and, last, not least, to the honest prices! In short, you'll see us again soon!!

This restaurant in Palombara was a nice discovery, the owner's friendly welcome, a very charming place with rooms carved into the rock, excellent food, typical Neapolitan dishes, pasta and potatoes, Genoese, Neapolitan ragù, rich appetizer. Highly recommended.

Una sorpresa per un paesino così "silenzioso" come Palombara Sabina. Ho mangiato molto bene, tutto buono; trovare i proprietari di Castellammare di Stabia è stata un'altra sorpresa. Ho mangiato un antipasto di qualità, la pasta alla genovese, assaggiata per la prima volta, quisita, carne buonissima, patate al forno, crostata di visciole fatta in casa, una delizia. Amaro calabrese a chiudere il pranzo. Romeo, il cameriere e proprietario, di una cordialità e simpatia unica. Tavola apparecchiata con eleganza, tovagliato, una rarità, e pulizia ovunque. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da tornarci!
