16/02/2026: My boyfriend and I went to Casale delle Streghe for Valentine's Day. All I can say is: it's a wonderful place, with a welcoming atmosphere and meticulous attention to detail. The food is truly delicious, and the service is kind and courteous. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special evening away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

18/02/2026: Even though I've known the place for years, I've never written a review, but this time I just can't help it. The Valentine's Day dinner left me truly satisfied, thanks to the quality of the food, the originality, and, last but not least, the ability to "dress up" a romantic-themed evening in an absolutely elegant and appropriate way. Let's get to the point. We chose the Terra Menu and were greeted with a fiery red cocktail (pictured) accompanied by a crispy millefeuille with ricotta mousse, bresaola, and raspberry. Second option: artichoke salad with pecorino cheese and fresh mint. But the dish that really won me over was the gorgonzola and blueberry risotto. I was amazed that I could savor both ingredients without one overpowering the other. I'm sorry, but the photo isn't very good here, because the aroma made me jump, and I took the photo after I'd already eaten half the dish. Even the meat (braised veal with pears and pink peppercorns) was tender and flavorful, accompanied by colorful sweet and sour purple cabbage topped with crunchy pistachios. My appetite prevailed. No photos. And the sweet treat? Here it is, complete with a photo. I chose from four original options, but the evening called for red, so I chose the Red Velvet. Visually stunning, and I hope the photo, showing the spoon dipping into this beauty, conveys the pleasure. I'll conclude by saying that Stefania has proven to offer an experience of taste and hospitality. Her dishes demonstrate that there's more than just preparation and creativity behind them, but a desire to amaze and pamper those who sit at her table. My compliments, truly.

08/02/2026: I don't think you've ever seen a place like this. "Charming" doesn't quite do it justice. The atmosphere overwhelms you, you feel like you're in a cabin in the Dolomites. The food is excellent and the service is engaging. I recommend it.

15/11/2025: Incredible experience for my daughter’s birthday party! They organize every part, it was effortless. The food is wonderful with many choices - we asked for hummus and fruit salad and she was very accommodating. Truly the best birthday party we’ve had. The playground is a good size and there is a play area outside also. Highly recommend!

18/01/2026: We came here today for a site inspection to celebrate our wedding, and we ended up staying for lunch anyway. The atmosphere is welcoming and homey, and Stefania is energetic and easygoing! The portions are just right and the dishes are delicious. A little restaurant that makes you feel at home ☀️🥰

06/01/2026: We had lunch there today, an appetizer, three first courses, and an 18-euro wine. We paid 90 euros, then we realized that they had added 8 euros to the bill for having asked for two extra balls of suppli the size of three Ascoli olives, which were also included in the appetizer. They brought us three (8 euros), 6 euros for the table service, 3 euros for the bread, 3 euros for the water. In short, an extra 20 euros, which is useless, and which rounds up the bill disproportionately. It's a homely place in Grotta Ferrata, and we weren't eating fish by the sea. In central Rome, with three first courses, we would have spent less. I'M RESPONDING to your message: If we hadn't pointed it out, it would have been a complete oversight. Plus, I've been digesting your pasta for three days. The appetizer wasn't for three, but for two. And then, kudos to you for your rudeness in responding. You're not even professional.

22/02/2026: Terrible experience. Maximum 50 seats in the dining room... (from what I saw) managed by two people, one of whom was splitting time between the kitchen and the dining room. We were three friends with good taste and understanding. But we were disappointed. The only decent things were the bread and the prosciutto platter as an appetizer. The house wine, both white and red (that's all they have), was poor. They don't have any in bottles. We stuck to beer... the best they could do was bring us a Peroni. Fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and fettuccine alla gricia... overcooked pasta left on the plate. Sausages and chicory... the sausage was good... but the chicory was cooked twice. This doesn't make me think well. Not to mention the wait times. At least the owner was honest... he admitted his mistakes and discounted us 30% of the bill. He deserves credit for that; not everyone would have done that.

30/12/2025: Lunch with friends, nothing special, tagliatelle and steak, a bit overpriced considering the dated restaurant.
