12/12/2024: It is very easy to give a positive review by getting married on a clear day, with mild weather and with a reasonable number of guests. We got married on December 8, 2024. It was cold, raining and we had about 180 guests. The event was more than a success: we ate very well, we spent some wonderful time together with our guests, we danced, laughed and joked, everything took place in an extremely organized and meticulous way. A round of applause to all the staff of Villa Pocci; in particular to the director Francesco, Mirkeda and the maitre d' for their great professionalism: they always made us feel at ease, they always allayed all our doubts, they always gave us very useful advice...humanly exquisite people. We add that the post-event suite is really beautiful and comfortable. Honestly beyond our expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! For us it was a 6 out of 5 stars. Timothy and Eleonora

Thanks to the director Francesco, Mirkeda and the dining room manager Amleto for their kindness, professionalism and for accompanying us from the first day and throughout the entire wedding event, following everything down to the smallest details with a careful eye... because a wedding cannot be improvised! Thank you to all the wonderful staff at the villa who were impeccable. What can we say about the food... we only received compliments, everyone was really good! The beauty of the villa is indisputable: elegant, romantic, sober but above all with a breathtaking terrace! We immediately fell in love with this place and had no doubts…We had to get married here! The only negative thing? It lasted too short!

Qualora capitassi nuovamente a Marino sicuramente ci tornerei

14/12/2024: We were there on December 13, 2024 with many friends of the association and it was a fantastic dinner thanks to different appetizers, many types of Roman pinsa cooked in a wood oven. The waitress was very kind but a little stressful because she always wanted to collect the half-empty plates early. In my opinion the cost of the dessert was exaggerated compared to the quantity served at the table. Recommended restaurant

28/11/2024: Excellent in everything such as service, food and location, no parking access problems for everyone. The only problem is that it is not clearly visible from a main road, you can find it by accessing via del Sassone after the traffic lights along a narrow one-way street.

23/10/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato il battesimo di mia figlia in questa location.. che dire cibo ottimo, i fiori di zucca, le pizze espresse e i ravioli erano sulla bocca di ogni invitato. Personale di sala gentilissimo e super disponibile. è stato tutto perfetto e curato davvero nei minimi particolari. Ci tengo a precisare una cosa non meno importante anzi, mio suocero celiaco ha fatto i complimenti perché così bene nn aveva mai mangiato per me è stato un vero piacere perché è stato trattato con estrema cura e con cose per lui celiaco di ottima qualità x grazie davvero Anita ci vedremo presto

Excellent house red wine, fresh bread, impeccable starters and first courses and, to finish on a sweet note, delicious tiramisu cream. Warm and welcoming place, compliments for the service to all the waiters and kitchen staff. Fair prices and fair portions. Pleasantly satisfied🥰❤️

06/11/2024: I have been several times to the ancient cave, a family restaurant Fabiano, the owner always kind and available in recommending the best dishes, the place is for those looking for the tastes of the past, the pasta rigorously handmade, hand-cut ham, vegetables cooked dishes of various types now forgotten that you can only find at Fabiano, handmade soups with maltagliati, what can we say for those who love the substance and flavors of the past

15/08/2024: Just had a mid-August lunch.... with a telephone reservation made 5 days before we are assured of the possibility of choosing between a fixed menu (30 euros) or à la carte. Once we arrive we are told that we can choose either the fixed menu or just components of it. What is shocking beyond this is that the menu included various appetizers and pasta with cod sauce... considering that we are in Marino we were imagining meals with meat, and first at least an amatriciana.... but the icing on the cake was the presentation of a "fruit salad with ice cream" which in reality was nothing more than a mini plastic bowl (probably the bowl of a single-dose packaged ice cream) and a few pieces of fruit. Absolutely not a place to be recommended... even at other tables there were rumors of general discontent. At the end of the day, having consumed 2 first courses, 2 starters and a fruit salad accompanied by a quarter of wine, the total was more than two set menus.
