14/08/2025: We visited about 15 venues for our wedding before settling on Villa Pocci, which immediately captivated us with its breathtaking view of the beautiful Castel Gandolfo lake. The picture-perfect setting, which alone makes this place memorable, isn't Villa Pocci's only strength; its true strength lies in the people who work there. From the Director to Mirkeda, from the waiters to the maitre d', the true liaison of this flawless organization. They made our wedding an unforgettable and, above all, enjoyable event for our guests and for us, the newlyweds. The quality of the cuisine is very high considering the volume of orders at a wedding. Finally, Villa Pocci also stands out for its value for money and transparency (prices are printed and shown to the client from the first appointment, unlike other venues where the price is set on the spot). We recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place where they can feel at home while also enjoying professionalism, quality, and fairness! Thanks again to all the staff!

10/08/2025: The setting is evocative. The view and layout are enchanting. I was a guest for an event and everything was very pleasant, from the parking lot to the various spaces where the event was held. And the sunset overlooking the lake... Unforgettable.

03/08/2025: This is my second visit to this restaurant, and the experience is always truly delightful. For our appetizer, we tried the ricotta with flaked black salt, honey, and chopped pistachios, a delicate and surprising combination that perfectly opened the meal. Next, we enjoyed the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, the fettuccine with wild boar, with a bold and well-balanced flavor, and the strozzapreti with cheese, pepper, and mint, an aromatic and enveloping dish. For our main course, the sliced beef was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. All this accompanied by courteous service and a welcoming atmosphere, making this place ideal for both dinner and lunch, as a couple or with friends. A must-try for those who love traditional cuisine and authentic flavors.

16/08/2025: Our go-to restaurant for all your festive and family gatherings. The restaurant manager is extremely courteous. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The kids' area is top-notch. The food is exceptional, including the gourmet pizza.

16/08/2025: One star because I can't give it less. For God's sake, if you have to order takeout, run away. Half an hour late, and they only delivered 3 pizzas instead of 5. I ordered twice, and twice they did something stupid. You need to stop with service like this. P.S. We received the two missing pizzas and they didn't charge us. Despite the anger, we appreciated the gesture. The fact remains that the service definitely needs to improve. Unfortunately, it takes just a moment to lose customers.

08/07/2025: An old-fashioned trattoria. You eat big and cheap!! Superb cacio e pepe, tagliolini with artichokes, bacon and pecorino cheese to die for, fabulous appetizers, zucchini parmigiana... quality olive oil. The owner is incredibly friendly, he makes you feel right at home...

27/08/2025: A simple but genuine restaurant where you feel right at home. The staff is kind and helpful. Rosanna is a perfect, relaxed and always available owner. The food is excellent and the prices are affordable. I also enjoyed the pizzas and they are excellent. It is worth knowing about it.

26/08/2025: I've only had pizza so far. Excellent value for money. I promised myself I'd try the meat because I saw it being cooked over charcoal in a fireplace. The cut was truly inviting, and the customers seemed to really enjoy it. Simple atmosphere, family-run, unpretentious decor, clean, tidy, simple, and welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

03/05/2025: Delightful kiosk located a few meters from the La Nave Shopping Center in Frattocchie. Delicious food (both sandwiches and first and second courses), friendly and very quick staff. Excellent for a quick lunch or a quiet dinner. Few seats but it's not a problem. I recommend it.

28/07/2025: My husband and I went to this place for dinner on a Saturday night. I used to come here almost 30 years ago, when it was just a sort of trattoria serving a few good items: pickled vegetables on plastic plates and maybe a few traditional first courses. After so many years, we returned, and it was a great discovery! The place has completely changed (compared to my memories), with simple but very pleasant furnishings. The brothers were very kind and polite! The food was good, the bruschetta was unique and tasty, and the first courses were superb! If I could just make one comment, the wait was a bit long, but it was a Saturday night... we'll definitely be back with our friends! Maybe we'll try the pizzas/pinsas! Well done 👏

29/07/2025: An institution in Marino! La Cantina is one of those historic pizzerias that never disappoints. The giant Marino-style pizza is simply amazing: thin, crispy, generously topped, and flavorful. The traditional appetizers are also unmissable, from cheeses to local cured meats, all high-quality and plentiful. The atmosphere is simple and homey, perfect for a casual evening with friends or family. The staff is friendly and fast, despite the large crowds. If you're looking for authentic Castelli pizza and a genuine atmosphere, this is the place!

21/08/2025: Wonderful tennis courts, padel courts, a restaurant, and a beautiful garden overlooking the tennis courts. Plus, a swimming pool for the summer.

12/08/2025: For years now, some friends and I have been frequenting the summer pool and, above all, the restaurant, which is truly excellently run by Francesco and Ilaria. Every time we dine at lunchtime, during our "break" from the pool, we're never disappointed by the quality and preparation of the dishes, complemented by their innate courtesy and friendliness (including the staff). As promised, we'll be planning to visit them again for dinner during the winter months. Thanks for everything!

28/07/2025: When we want to spend a lovely evening at a restaurant, L'Antica Grotta in Marino is the first name that comes to mind. For over 30 years, Natale and his family have welcomed us with warmth and friendliness, in a traditional setting in the winter (thanks to a fireplace) and a welcoming atmosphere in the summer on their characteristic terrace. In the kitchen, everything is well organized, and the service is prompt: the staff is made up of experienced men and women and enthusiastic young people. The first courses are always plentiful and tasty; I particularly love the excellent stringozzi with chanterelle mushrooms and datterini tomatoes. Among the second courses, a special mention goes to the balsamic vinegar steaks and the grilled lamb. If you're craving a light and easily digestible pizza, you can choose from the many options. At the end, even if you're full, read the dessert menu—the coup de grace you can't pass up. The evening ends with a fair bill for the excellent quality of the food. P.S. Parking is not a problem either, as you can leave your car in the underground car park near the venue.
