Classic trattoria appetizers, excellent first courses (on which the pappardelle with hare sauce stand out), equally top meat second courses, in particular the delicious lamb with grilled lamb. The wines are good and the artisan desserts are very pleasant, with an exquisite tiramisu. Excellent service, prices with a decidedly very good value for money.

02/04/2024: Tutto buono dall' antipasto al dolce nonostante l'affluenza. Antipasto di affettati e formaggi, primo piatto pappardelle con ragù di pecora carciofo e dolce tiramisù con l' amaretto.

12/12/2024: Second time two months later. The first time, following intuition and reviews, I was able to confirm the positive opinions published. The second time is often more disappointing as the honeymoon has already passed. But this was not the case, on the contrary!!! The wild vegetables collected and expertly enhanced by Orlando, the rigatoni alla pajata, the Genzano DOC bread, well worth the 80 minute drive to reach the restaurant. The third time I will be more "scientific" and leave a little space for dessert.

I tasted their panettone, both chocolate and three chocolate. A show. Excellent flavor, butter, leavening... Excellent and costs 30 euros a kilo. We tasted the Maritozzi, the Tozzetti, the pastries in general, the nougat... You absolutely must try it. It has an excellent quality/price ratio. In the sense that the prices are low, compared to Naples, and the quality is excellent. It's just a little difficult to find parking, even in the blue lines in front of the pastry shop.
