07/12/2025: I went on Sunday evening for the piano bar and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was super welcoming and relaxed, and the live music made everything even more special. I enjoyed the evening from start to finish. It's definitely a place I'd love to return to!

The meat dishes are excellent, accompanied by high-quality wines expertly selected by an expert sommelier who knows how to recommend the perfect pairings. A private setting, ideal for those who want to enjoy a dinner in a quiet, refined, and relaxing atmosphere away from the chaos. Highly recommended for those seeking a gastronomic experience unlike the usual crowded restaurants.

08/11/2025: I bought some porchetta here and was a little disappointed: it was dry and stringy (porchetta should melt in your mouth), and my husband almost lost a tooth because of a bone (normally, there shouldn't be one). Anyway, I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff is really kind.

13/11/2025: RISTORANTE DA MICHELA and RISTORANTE LA FONTANINA are the best budget restaurants in Colleferro. DA MICHELA's food is good. Every time I've been the flavors have satisfied me, and the dishes on the menu have been varied and generously portioned. Paper tablecloths, but always tidy and clean. Bread in paper bags, but fresh, tasty, and plentiful: if you want more, THEY BRING IT TO YOU RIGHT AWAY, without leaving you waiting... Every time, the fixed price menu included a coffee or limoncello. Praise to the waitresses who welcome customers with a smile, kindness, and empathy: DA MICHELA doesn't have dishes quickly thrown on the table without even looking at the customer... If you ask, you'll be satisfied immediately. I often go back and highly recommend it.

He supported us from day one with total dedication, accompanying us step by step until our final goodbyes. His experience is evident in every piece of advice and decision, and we trusted him completely, and we did very well. The location is wonderful: both indoor and outdoor spaces are tastefully designed, ideal for offering the newlyweds and their guests a complete and varied experience. Each space is designed and managed with the care and organization that distinguishes the entire staff. Considering we had a band that played almost continuously without causing any problems with the room management, Now we come to the highlight: the food. Truly top-notch. If you want to receive compliments from every guest for the excellent food, you've come to the right place. Refined dishes, high-quality ingredients, impeccable flavor in every course—from the simplest finger food (like panelle) to the most refined and sophisticated dishes, like the cooked snapper fillet (preserved in oil). Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, from preparation to service.
