Last night I dined here with the Bellegra first team, and we chose the pizza-center option. It was a perfect decision. We tried several variations, all excellent in terms of dough, leavening, and quality of ingredients. The wood-fired pizza is, without hesitation, the best in the area. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, highly digestible. Each option had balanced flavors and was perfectly cooked. Fabrizio and his staff welcomed us with professionalism and unwavering attention. Service was prompt, friendly, and never intrusive. The atmosphere was convivial, ideal for a team or large groups. The grand finale was the classic Nutella pizza, served centerpiece. A simple yet decisive touch that capped off the evening in the best possible way. Quality, organization, and passion.
