03/07/2024: We have been in Italy for a week, and this amazing family Hotel is by far the best we have stayed at, hands down. The owner and the staff treat you like family. They have the best pizza we've tried, they have the best croissants for breakfast we have tried, and their wine recommendations are superb. Absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!!! Thank you very much!

09/06/2024: It's a family business, it's not luxurious, but it has friendly service and minimal cleanliness. It's quite outside of Rome, it's easy to reach the main city, the food is delicious, and both accommodation and food are quite affordable.

30/11/2024: Da dove iniziare.. Vincenzo il titolare ed il suo staff, professionali, gentili e cortesi.. Materia prima freschissima ed ottima, trasformata in pietanze gustosissime.. Pesce freschissimo.. Originalità nell'accostare i sapori.. Soddisfa la clientela di tutte le età.. Stasera abbiamo ordinato ravioli con ripieno di brasato su crema di zucca, gustosissimi, polpo con zucchine alla scapece, ottimo, tartare di tonno freschissimo e fatto ad hoc, seppie aglio olio e peperoncino con fagioli, ottimi, spaghetti al nero di seppia eccezionali, tonno scottato in granella di pistacchio su crema di zucca, ottimo, la frittura semplicemente spettacolare.. Il baccalà fritto strepitoso Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Consigliatissimo, se andate ad Anguillara non potete non andarci..

23/08/2024: Excellent food, friendly and attentive service. The pinsa is excellent, the burgers are very generous and tasty, the meat dishes are also very well cooked. I can't evaluate the pasta dishes because my greed has always blocked me from the first three types of dishes reviewed XD. The only flaws worth mentioning are the absence of the large bottle of coke (they only have the 33cl ones) and the sauces which would be nice to have in more abundance.

22/08/2024: Locale facilmente reperibile e poco distante dai parcheggi. La sala esterna da sulla strada, sala interna cacofonica ma climatizzata, bagno piccolo ma pulito e fornito. In tre abbiamo preso un antipasto di pesce, buono ma null'altro. Un risotto agli scampi, nella norma come quantità e sapore. Un bombolone (rigatoni allo scoglio con sugo di pomodoro molte cozze, 2 gamberi, 3 vongole e i scampo) gusto nella media. Spaghetti alle vongole nella media. Devo dire che la pubblicità sopravvaluta questa location che per rapporto qualità prezzo secondo me ha molti altri concorrenti al di sopra.

18/08/2024: Leggendo le recensioni positive di questo ristorante abbiamo pensato di fermarci a cena, essendo in una posizione centrale (attribuisco una stella solo per la posizione). Chiediamo al cameriere un mix di antipasti di pesce per due, in modo da poter assaggiare un po’ tutto, e il cameriere ci dice : vi porto un conchiglione. Invitante solo il nome: il cosiddetto conchiglione era un piatto già diviso in tre, dove in un triangolino c’erano due forchettate di insalata di mare, nel secondo triangolino una chela di granchio e un rettangolo di bruschetta al salmone, mentre nella parte lunga del piatto c’era un cocktail di gamberi (con una coda di gambero sommersa dalla maionese) e la parte forte…una ciotola di insalata di riso… senza parole!! Per secondo due fritture di pesce, morbide ma innacquate d’olio (sono stata male tutta la sera e il giorno dopo)! Mai più!!!!!!!!

07/12/2024: With my husband and the "spouses" two dear friends :), in one of our "gastronomic" evenings, where food is a convivial and joyful moment, we found ourselves by chance, thanks to the advice of The fork, in this warm, welcoming and well looked after place. A real surprise!!! The staff is very kind and professional. The food (all fish) is excellent and plentiful!! The tiramisu was delicious. We will return and also try the pizza which at first glance seemed well made and tasty!!! I highly recommend it!! Absolutely must try!!

14/12/2024: We arrived in the evening for a birthday treat for my wife. The restaurant was quiet due to the poor weather and time of year but that did not stop a wonderful evening. Daniella tha owner along with her husband Ciccio was there to meet and greet us. My wife had soup of the day I also had soup with Zucca and mushrooms both delicious and local ingredients. The wine also local was excellent. For main I had an amazing pork dish with roast potatoes and green veg. My wife had pork cheek with red wine sauce amazing desserts were also fantastic. One of best meals we have had in Italy thank you Daniella and Ciccio

24/11/2024: Semplicemente meraviglioso! Personale accogliente, cibo squisito e genuino, con un sapore che ha qualcosa di antico. Io lo definirei il luogo dove poter riscoprire il gusto di una volta. E la padrona di casa, con il suo sorriso e il suo modo di fare gentile e raffinato regala a questo posto una nota di calore e allegria. Lo consiglio vivamente.
