19/01/2026: We chose Chalet del Lago for our wedding reception, and everything was perfect. The food was one of our strong points: unique and refined dishes, meticulously crafted, beautifully presented, and thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests. The location is stunning both day and night, with a breathtaking view and a simple, elegant decor. The service deserves a special mention: the staff was always present but never intrusive, attentive to timing, to the guests' requests, and especially to my needs. In the days leading up to the wedding, they patiently assisted me, answering every question and constantly reassuring me. On the day of the event, I felt truly supported, never "left alone," not even for a moment. I received so many compliments from friends and family. A sincere thank you to Diego for his availability, attention, and the passion with which he looked after us. A place I will always hold in my heart.

28/12/2025: For a quick getaway to Rome without spending a fortune, this hotel is an excellent choice and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. The owner welcomed us with the typical warmth that has characterized this family-run establishment for decades: "I've known them since I was a child." For us as a family, the hotel was fine, and I think it would be a good choice for many other types of travelers.

29/12/2025: Excellent restaurant very close to the lake. No wait; we booked online. Very nice atmosphere, beautiful location. Extensive menu and high-quality, sophisticated dishes. Prices are a little above average. The only flaw is the fairly long wait between courses. Only one waitress. The tiramisu was good, but the ladyfingers weren't very soggy. I recommend it for trying very good, high-quality dishes.

08/01/2026: What a spectacle! Not a single detail out of place. I'm rarely so amazed by a random choice, on a beautiful December day, a reservation made using the incredibly convenient The Fork system. The pleasant thing was that my father-in-law, a purebred Sicilian, was there, traveling from Catania, and he was blown away by the quality and abundance of the food. We had a seafood appetizer and various first courses, and everything was perfect: the freshest fish, the abundance of dishes, and the lakefront location... a lunch fit for a king, and at a very fair price! The excellent and varied wine list also accompanied it all, along with the amazing dessert... Compliments to the chef, he really knows his stuff. We left feeling full and happy, like we haven't been in a long time. My wife and I are from Santa Marinella, but we're already planning on returning to Lake Bracciano, and with that excuse, we'll definitely return to this pleasant restaurant to try everything on the menu! 08/12/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Trattoria da Lalla – Anguillara We went to Trattoria da Lalla and had a truly positive experience. The appetizers were the highlight: the excellent tartare, the trio of antipasti, and the fried artichoke were truly delicious. You could tell they were freshly prepared, and the portions were very generous. Among the first courses, the ravioli were very popular, the pici all'amatriciana (requested off the menu) were a pleasant surprise, while the gnocchi with ragù were average. I had the breaded and fried lamb, which was truly delicious. It was a bit of a chore, but considering the quantity and variety of dishes we ordered, it's understandable. The only small point: the wait was a bit long, probably because we all chose different dishes. The atmosphere was quiet, and most importantly, they accepted our dog, Ella, which is always a welcome treat. The bill was around €30 per person, more than fair considering the quality and the truffle-infused tartare. In short: an excellent experience, authentic cuisine, and excellent value. We'll gladly return!

On the other hand, I have to say that the food is actually excellent, even if the main courses are a bit pricey. Appetizer and first course €40

24/08/2025: What a wonderful change of pace after a long trip through Italy. A great selection, especially for vegetarians and children: wholesome, handmade, modular, practical, and delicious. And an extensive international beer and aperitivo menu. You sit comfortably in a courtyard enclosed on three sides, which opens onto a quiet parking lot—how beautiful would the world be without cars! The music is good, but could be a bit quieter. The fries are fried in fresh oil at a good temperature; an all-around great place with friendly people.
