17/08/2024: Premise: each of us today reads reviews to understand whether that place is worth trying. Well I tell you that it is useless to go on looking for something else. Stop here. Eat, drink and then from its location you can go to Ariccia, Nemi, Anzio, Albano. As a great Roman music great said, Everything Else is Boredom. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by a girl (Elisa) who amazed my wife with her true and unforced friendliness and above all my Neapolitan in-laws who also enjoyed talking to us. Ok let's get to the most important thing.... FOOD. Mixed appetizers typical of Fraschetta, bruschetta with tomato 🍅 every taste, hot porchetta that melts, couple, salami and cured meats from coppa to grilled mortadella, cheeses of all kinds served with honey and walnuts, then beans with pork rinds, grilled tripe Roman (and what tripe!!!), bruschettone with stracciatella and pistachio (unmatched), seasonal vegetables, first courses, second courses and side dishes typical of the Roman tradition. You can see and understand the history and patience of the DA MICHELE family's love and art by observing how they move among customers, how they serve you and what quality of food they use. I could tell you much more by writing, but I would seem biased. I conclude by saying thank you because this evening I saw in the eyes of my in-laws the satisfaction of having eaten well and in arguing over who should pay 🤣 but then a very welcome surprise that is... excellent value for money, just right. Thank you very much for welcoming us with the true spirit of the Roman Fraschetta. I'll be back soon with my brothers-in-law, always Neapolitans😂 PS they were only able to post the first photos, i.e. those of the first courses because afterwards I was too busy eating. Thank you

16/08/2024: Excellent staff, fluent in English. Always high quality food, although I can't comment on the meat dishes, of which I'm not a fan. Wines always of excellent choice, both by the bottle and by the glass. Elegant, relaxing environment. Prices commensurate with the above.

But the real protagonist is the pizza: simply delicious! The ingredients are very fresh and of high quality, the cooking is perfect and the flavor is unforgettable. Every bite is a taste experience. 09/08/2024: Ideal for convivial evenings in a family environment. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Typical Roman cuisine but also pizza and vegetables. Beautiful lake view. Since I don't particularly prefer fraschette and Roman cuisine, I always choose this restaurant precisely because I have a wide choice of alternative dishes. I recommend the grilled porcini mushrooms, they are amazing. Thin, crunchy and well-seasoned pizza.

30/08/2024: "Le 4 Stelle" unfortunately does not live up to expectations. Despite the promising name, the experience was disappointing in many ways. The service leaves a lot to be desired, with inexplicably long waiting times and staff who seem more distracted than attentive to customers' needs. The quality of the food is far from what you would expect, with dishes lacking in flavor and presentation. Finally, the atmosphere fails to create a welcoming environment, leaving a rather negative overall impression. I don't think I'll be back.

25/08/2024: Very nice restaurant, large and clean. Possibility of parking inside (a few spaces) and nearby. Furthermore, the possibility of eating both inside and outside and cuisine for celiacs. We tasted the house starter, really varied and delicious, the first courses excellent, the meat fabulous and the desserts equally good. Welcoming, kind and attentive staff to customer needs. Thanks to Stefano who, with his kindness, made the evening even more pleasant and cheerful.

La vera sorpresa però è il cibo, pochi piatti,ma ben cucinati e molto abbondanti. Si può scegliere sia pesce che carne;materie prime ottime. Buona la carta dei vini. La prossima volta proveremo l'apericena 👏👏👏👏

21/07/2024: Very nice place, cozy and therefore relaxing, very clean, tidy and helpful and polite staff. The real surprise however is the food, few dishes, but well cooked and very abundant. You can choose both fish and meat; excellent raw materials. Good wine list. Next time we'll try the aperitif 👏👏👏👏

First of all, very kind and smiling staff (and it's not easy to find guys like that), exquisite and tasty food with a particular taste, especially the sea tacos and the dessert (panna cotta with caramelized pear and crumbled basil biscuit)! The price is very fair!! Good guys
