25/07/2025: An authentic place, rare these days! Truly traditional cuisine, prepared by a passionate chef. The meat has exceptional flavor 🤩 and the value for money is unrivaled. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit; I highly recommend it! Skewers as a starter, pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms and truffles, and a pork chop.

16/10/2025: What can I say? The staff was fantastic, especially Cristina, who was so sweet and professional. The food was delicious, everything from the pizza to the fish. The place was very nice and clean.

24/08/2025: We've stopped there more than once; it's located at a strategic crossroads, right below the Castelli Romani. It's perfect for a quick sandwich (which is misleading to call it that; it's more of a loaf of bread), from the classic porchetta to your favorite variations, or for a restaurant-style meal with the typical fraschetta selection. You won't get the view, but it's cheap and the food is good, so you can first indulge your senses with a stroll to one of the nearby towns, and then satisfy your appetite without breaking your wallet.

21/08/2025: Great evening! Finally, after so many years of passing by and even living there, I had the chance to eat at this restaurant. What can I say? Nothing, just try it 😇. One evening with friends, we ordered an appetizer, a matriciana, and 30 arrosticini.... The... Total boom, everything was really good. 18/09/2025: An enchanting place, you enter and it's already magical. Jazz music in the background, tranquility, and the staff are excellent, both in their manner and attentiveness. The food is divine, from the Pizza (with a capital P) to the first courses, second courses, and side dishes. An intimate setting, refined cuisine, and for those intolerant to lactose, nickel, and especially celiac disease, it's heaven on Earth.

Very kind owner and available for all the attentions and needs, large parking lot and lots of space surrounded by greenery. Highly recommended

13/10/2025: An exciting discovery in the heart of Albano. We stumbled upon it by chance after a day exploring the area, and I didn't expect to find a place like this. I've never seen a restaurant with such meticulous attention to detail. As soon as we entered, I breathed in a clean, welcoming atmosphere, with a delightful atmosphere of soft background music and dim lighting. The food? Something unique. As soon as we sat down, they brought us a small plate of olive oil and bread, a true mini-tasting of their oil. I can't even begin to explain how varied and unique the appetizer was, perfectly portioned for four people, a taste without over-filling. The first courses? Magnificent. I had the linguine with datterino tomato sauce and caramelized datterino tomatoes, salted ricotta, and olives. An indescribable balance of flavors. And the quality of the ingredients was fantastic. Last but not least, the super friendly staff. I initially booked with The Fork for 2 people. Shortly before the reservation time, we tried to add the other 2, but they only let us add 1. Surprisingly, the 20% discount was applied to all 4 of us. If you're looking for a romantic, quiet, and peaceful place, this is the place for you. If I could, I'd go there every night!
