24/08/2025: Upon arrival, the menu wasn't given to us; we hadn't specifically requested it, our fault. They asked me, "What shall I prepare for you?" And how do I know? What do you propose? We opted for an appetizer (good): simple bruschetta with garlic, peppers, peas, eggplant, and cheese. Maybe something was missing, perhaps cold cuts? We didn't have any. Oh well. We sampled the first courses: gricia and amatriciana. The sum of the samples doesn't make a first course. After a long wait, we insisted on the second course... "WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR YOU?" And how do I know? What?! We aimed for breaded slices, veal slices, lamb, and chicken with peppers. The slices were good, the rest was barely adequate. No potatoes, they were gone. Just salad and a small plate of chicory. The chicory was good, but a small plate for eight people wasn't enough. A few sweets and two small (paper) cups of gentian. The place isn't rustic, not vintage, just old. Price, just over thirty euros per person.

25/08/2025: Looking for a place to eat along the Salaria, we stumbled upon this place somewhat by chance. The service was very attentive and meticulous, and the dishes—all of them—were truly delicious and well-prepared. I also enjoyed the house wine. We received a truly gracious welcome: all the staff were kind, smiling, and helpful. The restaurant industry (and beyond) needs people like this. Congratulations!
09/08/2025: We stopped by chance while traveling to the Marche region. Excellent dishes, from appetizers to dessert!
The owners were very kind and friendly. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

29/08/2025: We ate on Sunday and the menu is set. Everything was delicious and the dishes were generous. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly.
30/07/2025: A must-visit after every motorcycle tour in the area. Excellent food, friendly service, and extra-large portions. Highly recommended!

02/03/2025: Ieri sera siamo stati a cena in 3 coppie in questo tranquillo ristorante, ci ero stata tanti anni fa e ha ancora molto successo. Cordialità in primis, cibo buonissimo ( antipasti caldi e freddi abbondanti e carne alla brace e tiramisù) prezzo giusto. Oramai posti così non esistono quasi più. Super!
12/01/2025: Buona cucina sia i primi che la carne alla brace, più che discreta la pizza, locale informale con grande portico per la bella stagione e prezzi in linea con il territorio.

11/04/2024: Ho passato un fine settimana in questo agriturismo situato a Posta,vicino Rieti.Il luogo suggerisce, già dalla natura bella e rigogliosa e vicino al fiume Velino,un soggiorno in totale relax.Ci accoglie Maria Pia,la proprietaria, per farci vedere le stanze e chiederci cosa vogliamo per cena.Le camere sono pulite, ariose e con vista sulle montagne ,dietro la stessa vi è un bel giardino con sedie e lettini per godere di una inaspettata giornata di sole quasi estivo. La cena è gustosa, espressa e con prodotti freschi e gustosi, esattamente come la prima colazione. Siamo stati benissimo, immersi nel silenzio, nella pace e nel gusto. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo e eccellente. Prima di andare via ho comprato delle essenze alla lavanda, buonissime, che la proprietaria fa lei stessa e con cura estrema, come il restante. Luogo sicuramente consigliato e dove, con piacere, tornerò.

15/12/2024: Avevo letto alcune recensioni e onestamente ero un pò preoccupato. Siamo comunque andati - 3 coppie - e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Siamo in maggioranza vegetariani e il nostro pranzo è consistito in 6 Primi, 6 Contorni di verdure e per concludere Cantucci con caffè, aggiungete mezzo Lt di Rosso della casa e acqua. Tutto molto buono, prezzo 15 € a persona. La signora che ci ha servito è stata gentilissima, se mi trovo ritorno sicuramente!
