28/09/2025: Family-run restaurant serving excellent local cuisine. The selection of top-quality meat, which is hard to find, is important; it's cut to your liking and cooked to perfection. Impeccable service and a family atmosphere make you feel right at home. Excellent value for money.
27/09/2025: I wanted to know my origins, so I came to Posta.
I ate lunch at Bagatto and found the staff helpful and welcoming.
The food was delicious.
I recommended it.

16/09/2025: The 25 euro fixed menu is spectacular; you can eat there for three days, the food is very good and authentic. It's best to book, as it's always full.

22/09/2025: When we booked and after reading the reviews, our expectations were high, but not for the atmosphere and service, which we immediately imagined would be "down-to-earth," but especially for the food. We were four adults and a two-year-old child. We arrived at 12:50. At 1:30, we were served drinks: still water, sparkling water, and half a liter of red wine. At 2:00, we were brought an appetizer consisting of: a tray of mixed cold cuts, five slices of cheese, a small plate of sautéed zucchini, a small plate of peppers, and a small plate of eggplant. Next, we opted for the mezze maniche alla amatriciana. We were brought a beautiful tray of pasta, inviting to look at but terrifying to taste. More than an amatriciana, it tasted like an arrabbiata, especially considering there was a two-year-old child there who, poor thing, couldn't eat anything. We didn't order a second course because it was already past 4:00 PM and the child was a bit confused. We only had four coffees brought to us. Moral of the story: the lady presented us with a bill of €140, which we paid "strictly" in cash. I don't think anything else needs to be said.

As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a warm, family atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The new wooden pergola is particularly charming, perfect for enjoying meals in a pleasant setting.
The true strength, however, is the cuisine: homemade dishes prepared with genuine ingredients and a wealth of passion, conveying a love for their work.
The appetizers are rich and appetizing, the first courses perfectly express traditional flavors, and the second courses are tasty and well-prepared.
The pizza is surprising for its fragrance and lightness, while the desserts—prepared according to traditional recipes—are the perfect end to an unforgettable meal. Don't miss the hazelnut tozzetti (nocchie), a house staple.
Each course reflects attention to detail and a desire to offer an authentic gastronomic experience. Vacunea never disappoints: from the excellent cuisine to the impeccable service, everything exudes confidence and professionalism.
If you're in the area, this trattoria is a must-visit. It's impossible not to stop and be won over by the flavor of the dishes and the authentic atmosphere. A well-deserved five stars, given with all my heart!

11/04/2024: Ho passato un fine settimana in questo agriturismo situato a Posta,vicino Rieti.Il luogo suggerisce, già dalla natura bella e rigogliosa e vicino al fiume Velino,un soggiorno in totale relax.Ci accoglie Maria Pia,la proprietaria, per farci vedere le stanze e chiederci cosa vogliamo per cena.Le camere sono pulite, ariose e con vista sulle montagne ,dietro la stessa vi è un bel giardino con sedie e lettini per godere di una inaspettata giornata di sole quasi estivo. La cena è gustosa, espressa e con prodotti freschi e gustosi, esattamente come la prima colazione. Siamo stati benissimo, immersi nel silenzio, nella pace e nel gusto. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo e eccellente. Prima di andare via ho comprato delle essenze alla lavanda, buonissime, che la proprietaria fa lei stessa e con cura estrema, come il restante. Luogo sicuramente consigliato e dove, con piacere, tornerò.

15/12/2024: Avevo letto alcune recensioni e onestamente ero un pò preoccupato. Siamo comunque andati - 3 coppie - e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Siamo in maggioranza vegetariani e il nostro pranzo è consistito in 6 Primi, 6 Contorni di verdure e per concludere Cantucci con caffè, aggiungete mezzo Lt di Rosso della casa e acqua. Tutto molto buono, prezzo 15 € a persona. La signora che ci ha servito è stata gentilissima, se mi trovo ritorno sicuramente!
