03/02/2026: We went to Ristomacelleria Liberati on the recommendation of others, but unfortunately, our experience was very negative. The lunch started badly: a waiter spilled wine and water on us. The waiter was kind and offered to pay for the dry cleaning, which was appreciated, but the drinks were never returned, and from then on, the service continued to deteriorate. We ordered a charcuterie and cheese platter for four, which arrived without any cheese. After pointing this out, we were brought a few leftover pieces of cheese in a small bowl, a decidedly inappropriate solution. Next, we ordered a 1-kilo Florentine steak, rare, which arrived medium rare, and baked potatoes that were obviously old and reheated, truly inedible. When we got the bill, we found both the spilled drinks and the entire platter had been charged. After pointing out all the problems and the poor cooking of the steak, we received only vague excuses. The drinks were taken off our bill, but otherwise there was no real customer service: we were only offered four coffees and paid full price for everything else. I'm disappointed because I think it's a place where you can normally have a good time, and I think ours was a "bad table" on a bad day. However, the handling of the mix-ups and especially the treatment we received at the cash register were subpar. As for me, I won't be returning.

01/03/2026: We stopped in after strolling around the fair; the food was good as always. The courtesy of all the waiters and the rudeness of just one waiter unfortunately put us off returning.
