Nemmeno vagamente somigliante a quelle fatte a mano...vomr mi sarei aspettato da una trattoria degna di questa denominazione. Per il resto, buona braceria ed ottimo pane e vino Bel locale rustico con addobbi e suppellettili interessanti

03/07/2024: Ristorante di carni pregiate in cui ho pranzato e cenato più volte. Oltre alle spettacolari bistecche di carni provenienti da vari continenti ci sono dei primi particolarmente gustosi con sugo alla genovese o allo spettacolare ragù al cinghiale. Ho tanto decantato questo piatto in famiglia che ho dovuto portarci mio figlio.

01/07/2024: NEW REVIEW: THEY HAVE GONE FROM 1 STAR TO 5. SO GOOD!!! A second opportunity, if you are in good faith, must always be granted there. This is my motto that paid me back in full last night. Despite my bad previous experience (the first review is at the bottom of the text) I decided to try dining at Bacchettone e Zazzà again. Good choice! Booked at 4.40pm and arrived at the venue at 8.30pm on Sunday. The owner welcomes us and immediately puts us at ease by giving us an excellent outdoor table. We ordered first courses and then two types of meat to put in the center plus the side dishes. Very fast waiting times. Generous portions and excellent product quality. The staff always helpful and kind. Right atmosphere. We were surprised by the small welcome gift sent by the owner. SUPER PRICES and for all budgets. The owner, if you are lucky enough to be 'recommended' by him, easily understands your desires. In short, I was happy to change my mind. My wife 'ordered' me to change my review. THANK YOU FRANCESCO (the owner) FOR PAMPERING US!!! Highly recommended, but I suggest you book 😉 What a disappointment!!! I traveled 100km to go and eat at a bigot and zazzà, on the advice of a friend of mine from Formia, I arrive with my wife and little girl at 7.49pm. The place is empty, the waiter, intent on washing the floor, with great embarrassment, tells me that it is still early, I point out to him that I come from afar and that I am with a little girl and that perhaps we could have freed up the table quickly. At this point, he tells me "ok, I'll ask the owner...". Obviously, having no scruples, the manager, without even revealing himself, sends me to say that he can't seat us because I haven't booked. THE PLACE IS EMPTY, THEY DIDN'T LET US SEAT, EVEN INSIDE. If this is the attention they have for customers, I imagine how they would have treated us with the place full!!!

21/08/2024: Trattoria spartana con arredi semplici e di annata dove ho mangiato piatti tradizionali di qualità. Eccellenti gli arrosti cotti nel forno a legna con il capretto al forno che definirei divino!!!! Prezzi leggermente sopra la media,

02/08/2024: It was the fourth time I came I don't know if I'll be back. The breakfast is very bad, for example fruit juice is not, it is a syrup with water. Cooked ham and the first price. Terrible and salty. The green fruit that cannot be eaten. I asked for soy milk which wasn't there and he didn't order me normal milk. Almost every evening there will be parties without notifying the hotel guests to play loud music until almost 1am. No respect for customers who come to rest In restaurants, if we ask to put the bill on the room they don't even give us the bill So if we encounter a problem with the invoice there is no possibility of a reply. The customer in wheelchairs who smoked in the room every day, when we reported it she made fun of us saying that she checked and that it wasn't a boar. We had to deal with Mr. Vincenzo Who, when he talks to us, laughs in our faces and makes fun of us. It's not at all correct or professional to talk like that. He says the hotel is a 4 star and insists instead it's a 3 and it's written all over. Especially when you come to rest and above all you pay. The only people who rush are the room cleaners.
